本实用新型属于充气装置领域,该装置包括输气 管、偏心轮、气缸、放气阀、连接管座、调节螺丝和键 卡。将两个对称的气缸固定在车轮轮轴轴承上,偏心 轮和键卡安装在轴上,气缸上的活塞杆与偏心轮上的 轮缘槽相配合。气缸出气口同连接管座相连,连接管 座上装有放气阀和输气管,输气管与轮圈上的气嘴相 接。车轮转动时,气缸随之转动,偏心轮固定不动,活 塞杆作往复运动,实现自动充气。该装置气缸可双向 充气,并可自动排放多余气体和停止充气,方便省 力。

Description

本实用新型属于充气装置领域,特别是涉及车胎自动充气的装置。
现有的车胎充气装置为打气筒,充气时需人工施力完成。中国专利局于88年4月20日公告了《通用式自行车自动充气机》(公告号CN87200021)专利申请,提供了一种在车轮转动过程中自动充气的装置。该装置是将偏心轮和充气筒固定在轮胎辐条上,充气筒体的活塞杆末端装有滚轮,滚轮在偏心轮上绕动,使活塞杆形成往复运动,达到自动充气目的。由于该装置固定在辐条上,在活塞往复运动中,辐条受力较大,时间较久,辐条易磨损;充气筒为单作用活塞作功状态,延长了充气时间;没有自动排气阀,不需充气时,需人工将偏心轮处的滚轮提离。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种固定牢靠、活塞为双作用作功状态、能自动排除多余气体的自动充气装置。
本实用新型的方案如下:该装置包括输气管、偏心轮、气缸、放气阀、连接管座、调节螺丝和键卡。气缸体内壁上有一内气腔,内气腔两端各装一锥型隔套,中间装一隔套,该隔套与锥型隔套之间装有弹簧和球阀,内气腔与出气孔相通。气缸体的底板和顶板上均装有与气孔配合的阀堵。当活塞向某一方向运动时,该方向的阀堵将气孔塞紧,气体冲开内气腔球阀经内气腔流入输气管,反方向球阀自动封闭;活塞向相反方向运动时,原理同上。这样,气缸活塞在往复中作两次功,成为双作用活塞作功状。安装时,将两个对称的气缸通过固定座和调节螺丝固定在轮轴的轴承上。两气缸的出气口之间装有连接管座,连接管座上装有自动放气阀和输气管,输气管与车胎的气门嘴相接。偏心轮的周边上有与活塞杆相配合的轮缘槽,活塞杆的末端被弯成直角,杆端头置于槽中。偏心轮上有一偏心孔,偏心孔上装有轴承,轴承及靠近轴承的轮毂上有一键槽。安装偏心轮时,先将轮轴端螺母松开,将偏心轮套装在轴上,同时将键卡也装在轴上,然后通过螺母固定,键卡中的键与键槽的镶合与脱离可通过钢丝控制。当键镶合时,偏心轮固定不动,气缸随车轮转动,活塞杆往复运动,气缸充气作功。当键脱离键槽时,偏心轮在活塞杆横向力和偏心孔轴承作用下随车轮和气缸转动。这时,活塞杆停止了往复运动,气缸停止了充气作功。
本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、由于该装置气缸中设置有内气腔,气缸顶板和底板上均有进气孔及阀堵,活塞在一往一复过程中双向充气,缩短了打气时间;
2、设置了放气阀,在自动充气中车胎气满且人未发现时,气压值的上升可导致放气阀自动放气。骑行者发现后,可使键脱离键槽,气缸便可停止自动充气;
3、如车胎孔破,本装置可连续自动充气,不影响骑行者骑行。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括输气管(1)、偏心轮(4)、气缸(6)、放气阀(17)、连接管座(20)、调节螺丝(8)和键卡(27)。气缸(6)内壁上设置有内气腔(13),气腔(13)中间有一隔套(10),两端装有锥形隔套(9),隔套(9)和隔套(10)之间对称的装有弹簧(11)和球阀(12),内气腔与出气口相通。气缸(6)缸体的顶板和底板上各有一锥形孔,孔上装有阀堵(7),阀堵(7)的腔内装有阀顶(22)和弹簧(23),锥形孔的内孔口处装有弹簧片(21),(2)为活塞杆,活塞杆(2)的端头处弯成90°直角,端头上装有微型滚针轴承。(3)为活塞。气缸(6)的出气口处接有连接管座(20),连接管座上装有放气阀(17),阀(17)内装有弹簧(16)、阀塞(18),阀口上旋有螺帽(15),阀壁上有放气孔(19),阀(17)与管座(20)上的管口相通。管座(20)的管口上接有输气管(1)。气缸壁上装有调节螺丝(8)和固定板(14),通过螺丝(8)和固定板(14)可将两对称的气缸固定的车轮轮轴的轴承上。
如图3、图4所示,偏心轮(4)上有偏心孔(24)和与活塞杆(2)端头相配合的轮缘槽(5),偏心孔(24)上套有轴承(25),轴承(25)及紧靠轴承的轮毂上有一键槽(31)。(27)为键卡。键卡(27)壳体与套(20)焊为一体,壳体中装有键(26)和弹簧(28),可与手把相连的钢丝(29)通过壳体孔与键(26)相连。
将本实用新型与自行车配套安装时,先将两个对称的气缸(6)通过弧形固定板(14)和调节螺丝(8)固定安装车轮轮轴的轴承上,输气管(1)接在车圈气嘴上;松掉车轴螺母,将偏心轮(4)通过偏心孔套在车轴上,气缸(6)上的活塞杆端头放置在轮缘槽(5)中,键卡(27)通过套(30)套装在车轴上,最后通过车轴螺母将偏心轮(4)和键卡(27)固定车轴上。车胎不需充气时,键(26)脱离偏心轮(4)上的键槽(31),偏心轮随气缸转动,气缸不作动;需充气时,键(26)镶合在键槽(31)中,气缸便处于作功状态。

1、一种高压自动充气装置,包括输气管(1)、偏心轮(4)和气缸(6),其特征在于:
a.气缸(6)内壁上设置有内气腔(13),内气腔(13)中间有一隔套(10),两端装有锥形隔套(9),隔套(9)和(10)之间对称地装有弹簧(11)和球阀(12),内气腔与出气孔相通,气缸(6)缸体的顶板和底板上有锥形孔并装有相配合的阀堵(7);
b.设置了可排除余气的放气阀(17),放气阀(17)安装在与气缸(6)出气口相通的连接管座(20)上,阀体内装有弹簧(16)、阀塞(18),阀口上旋有螺帽(15),阀壁上有放气孔(19),阀体腔与管座口相通;
c.偏心轮(4)上有偏心孔(24)和与活塞杆(2)相配合的轮缘槽(5),偏心孔(24)上套有轴承(25),轴承(25)及紧靠轴承的轮毂上有一键槽(31);
d.设置了键卡(27),键卡(27)中的键(26)与键槽(31)相配合,并有控制键(26)的钢丝(29)。
