本实用新型自动调压微型充气泵,是属于交通工 具附件技术领域,它是由凸轮箱,大活塞,气缸体,下 盖四部件所组成并通过螺钉连在一起。其特征是无 需动力,只要车轮转动即可不断向轮胎充气,当轮胎 气充足后,泵即自动停机,但当胎内气压低于额定压 力时,泵又自动启动工作。其一方面免除人工打气或 行驶中车胎被扎破而漏气所造成的烦恼,同时也延长 了轮胎使用寿命。

Description

本实用新型自行车自动调压微型充气泵,它涉及车辆轮胎充气装置。它属于交通工具附件技术领域。
现有的轮胎充气泵虽然多种多样,但大都由于密封性能不好,气压低,结构复杂安装拆卸不便,零、部件所采用的材料(塑料制作)易损坏而未能推广。
本实用新型之目的在于为自行车轮胎充气提供了一种密封性好、压力高、全金属结构,装拆方便,勿需改变现有车轮构造的自动充气装置。图1为剖视图,图2为图1的A-A视图
根据附图对本实用新型做具体描述:一种自行车自动调压微型充气泵它包括凸轮箱(1)、大活塞(2)带有四个螺钉孔的气缸下盖(3)小活塞(4)导向套(5)压盖(6),塔形弹簧(7)出气孔(8)单向阀(9)泵体(10),气管接头(11),出气管(12)调压进气孔(13),调压通气孔(14),调压阀(15)调压螺帽(16)锁母(17)导向杆(18),密封圈(19),定位销(20)钢珠(21)钢球(22),车轴(23)凸轮(24)。其特征在于所述的泵体(10)通过其下端4个孔与下盖(3)的4个螺孔与凸轮箱(1)上的螺孔经螺钉紧固而装配成一整体。根据本实用新型的剖视图将其工作原理进一步描述于下:凸轮箱(1)代替了自行车前轴或后轴的原轴皮和自行车上的花盘固定在一起,凸轮箱内的前、后轴上固定一凸轮(24),利用轴上不动的凸轮(24)和大活塞(2)的相对运动,产生压缩气体,压缩气体通过孔(8)推动单向阀(9)进入接头(11),通过接(11)与金属空心导管(12),而金属空心导管与车轮轮胎相联结,当泵处于工作状态时,轮胎内的气压和接头(11)内的气室气压相等,而当轮胎内的气压达到额定气压(0.28-0.42Mpa)时,高压气流经接头(11)经调压进气孔(13)并将调压阀(15)推向另一端,从而使高压气流经调压通气孔(14)进入导向杆(18)并同时将起自锁作用的锥形小活塞(4)推向顶部。此时泵体(10)内的大活塞(2)中的钢珠(21)挤出,从而使大活塞(2)和凸轮(24)处于非接触状态,气泵即自锁,这时自行车行驶毫无阻力。当轮胎内的气压低于额定压力(0.42Mpa)时,调压阀(15)受弹簧(25)的弹力而复位,调压阀(15)复位后,小活塞(4)受弹簧(26)的压力而复位,此时钢珠(21)也回到大活塞(2)内,大活塞(2)即又开始往复工作,如此循环即可使车轮轮胎永远保持在调定压力的70%-100%之间。即使当轮胎由于札眼漏气而充气泵则仍连续工作以保驾驶者安达目的地。

1、一种自行车自动调压充气泵,它是由凸轮箱(1),大活塞(2),带有4个紧固螺钉孔的气缸下盖(3),小活塞(4),导向套(5),压盖(6),塔形弹簧(7)出气孔(8)单向阀(9)泵体(10)气管接头(11)出气管(12)调压进气孔(13),调压通气孔(14),调压阀(15),调压帽(16),锁母(17),导向杆(18),密封圈(19)定位销(20),钢珠(21)钢球(22),车轴(23),凸轮(24),调压阀弹簧(25),小活塞压力弹簧(26)所组成。其特征在于泵体(10)是通过下盖(3)上的4个紧固螺钉与凸轮箱(1)联结成一整体,所述的泵体(10)内过出气孔(8)接单向阀(9),在单向阀(9)的前端装气管接头(11),气管接头(11)前装出气管(12),泵体(10)内的前端有调压装置其中有调压阀(15)和压力弹簧(25),调压帽(16)锁母(17),沿泵体(10)的中心线且靠近调压通气孔(14)的一侧装有空心导杆(18),导向杆(18)上端有压盖(6)压盖的上端有起自锁作用的小活塞(4),小活塞(4)的周围有压力弹簧(26)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动调压充气泵,其特征在于所述的泵体(10)的下端是方形其与下盖(3)是通过四个螺钉与凸轮箱(1)相联结。
3、根据权利要求1所述的自动充气泵,其特征在于所述的泵体(10),下盖(3)与凸轮箱(1)连接接触面上有垫片以防止雨水和泥沙浸入。
