根据另一个有利设计,本实用新型的调节驱动装置的特点是如此设计对置的固定法兰,即,用于固定位移测量系统或是过程控制阀的轭架,这也简化了所述改装。
根据另一个有利设计,本实用新型的调节驱动装置的特点是,该调节驱动装置的隔膜工作机构以及隔膜盘被固定在所述连接机构的连接件之间,这导致该阀杆被可靠地居中连接至隔膜工作机构。

或者,可将一个连续衬套装入隔膜盘中,其中在隔膜盘过渡处所需的气密性例如通过因拧入阀杆接合件而被压缩的密封来保证。
在本实用新型的调节驱动装置中,位移测量系统的传感器壳体最好在调节驱动装置壳体的远离轭架的外侧安置在固定法兰上,而在另一个优选设计中,阀杆在壳体的朝向轭架的内侧中的固定法兰处被引导,其中该固定法兰是可更换的。此时阀杆相对于壳体被密封。

具体实施方式
附图示出了气压/流体单向作用的过程控制阀2,尤其是用于这种过程控制阀2的调节驱动装置4。
如图所示的过程控制阀2包括调节驱动装置4和通过轭架6与调节驱动装置4相连的阀壳体8,阀壳体具有进口10和出口12以及阀开口14,阀开口将通过阀体16来关闭或打开,阀体由与阀体16和调节驱动装置4相连的阀杆18来操作。为此,阀杆18直接连接至调节驱动装置4的隔膜工作机构20。
如图所示的调节驱动装置4包括由两个半壳24、26构成的壳体22。朝向壳体22内部被密封的且可往复运动的隔膜工作机构20一方面与壳体22一起形成可承受压力的工作腔28和用于至少一个与隔膜工作机构20的施压反作用的复位弹簧32的空间30。工作机构20包括隔膜34和隔膜盘36,复位弹簧32支承在隔膜盘上。在壳体22的半壳24、 26上通过在固定法兰38处的焊接42和在固定法兰40处的焊接44安装有相互对置的且居中设置在半壳24、26上的固定法兰38、40。在固定法兰38上设有多个堵塞 (Blindstopfen)41、41",其中当固定法兰38如图1所示位于调节驱动装置4的外侧时,相应的孔不具功能。固定法兰40通过销43、43"被固定在轭架6上,其中所述销43、43" 插入固定法兰40内的孔中,如图1所示。
此外在调节驱动装置4上设有位移测量系统48,其根据图2由与隔膜工作机构20相连的活动部50、与活动部50相连的弹簧52、与弹簧52相连的可纵向移动地安装在传感器壳体54里的且与弹簧52相反被预紧的芯件56和与芯件56配合的霍尔探头58组成。位移测量系统48也可以是感应式或电容式测量系统等。利用位移测量系统48,可以测量工作机构20的运动和进而阀体16的运动。位移测量系统48的传感器壳体54根据图1 和图2在阀壳体8的远离轭架6的外侧设置在固定法兰38上。
根据图1和图2,隔膜工作机构20在无压状态下借助复位弹簧32的弹簧偏置力被置于一个位置,该位置是过程控制阀2的无压打开位置。为此,根据图1在上方位于调节驱动装置4内的工作腔28通过管接头60被排气,根据图1在下方位于调节驱动装置4内的复位弹簧32所用空间30通过管接头62保持无压。
根据图3和图4,在无压状态中隔膜工作机构20借助复位弹簧32的弹簧偏置力被置入过程控制阀2的无压关闭位置。为此,通过管接头60使根据图3在调节驱动装置4中位于下方的工作腔28处于压力下,通过管接头62使根据图3在调节驱动装置4中处于下方的复位弹簧32所用空间30保持无压力或者说被排气。
为了将阀杆18和位移测量系统48连接至调节驱动装置4,设有带有连接件66、68的连接机构64,这些连接件带有相互对应的接合件70、72用于将连接机构64一方面连接至阀杆18且另一方面连接至位移测量系统48的活动部50,其中,阀杆18或者位移测量系统48可选择地通过各自的接合件70、72被连接在连接机构64上。隔膜工作机构20 的隔膜34和隔膜工作机构20的隔膜盘36被固定在连接机构64的连接件66、68之间。
在根据图2和图4的调节驱动装置4中,连接机构64的第一连接件68包括第一衬套,第一衬套位于隔膜34的一侧且带有内螺纹74,内螺纹在朝向隔膜34的一侧被加入。连接机构64的第二连接件66包括第二衬套,第二衬套通过隔膜34内的孔76以螺纹销78 被拧入第一连接件68的内螺纹74中,其中,隔膜34的两侧尤其借助密封圈80相对于隔膜34被流体隔绝。
根据图1和图2,位移测量系统48的活动部50与设于工作腔28内的连接件66螺纹连接,阀杆18与设于复位弹簧32用空间30内的连接件68螺纹连接。根据图3和图4,位移测量系统48的活动部50与设于复位弹簧32所用空间30内的连接件68螺纹连接,阀杆18 与设于工作腔28内的连接件66螺纹连接。
用于接合至连接机构64以便可选择地固定阀杆8或位移测量系统48的接合件70、72相对于彼此对置的固定法兰38、40是对称布置的,所述固定法兰通过焊接42、44 被固定在壳体22的半壳24、26上。对置的固定法兰38、40被设计成或是要固定该位移测量系统48,或是要固定该过程控制阀2的轭架6。
在所述过程控制阀2中,为了改变单向作用的调节驱动装置4的从图1的位置起从无压打开位置到无压关闭位置的安全位置而需要如下步骤:首先,使位移测量系统48 脱离固定法兰38。随后从连接件66中拧出位移测量系统48的活动部50。接着,其中安装有阀杆18的固定法兰40通过松开螺栓43、43'被拧开,由此可以取出调节驱动装置4 且阀杆18可从连接件68中被拧出。接着,使调节驱动装置4转动180°,使得固定法兰 40在上而固定法兰38在下地位于调节驱动装置4内。重新安装以阀杆18在调节驱动装置4的另一侧通过固定法兰38被安装在连接件66上开始。接着,位移测量系统48被安装在固定法兰40上,且位移测量系统的活动部50被拧入连接件68中。接着,被阀杆18 穿过的固定法兰38被拧上,随后所述改装结束。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于过程控制阀(2)的调节驱动装置(4),该调节驱动装置包括壳体(22),该壳体包括两个壳体部(24,26)和在所述壳体部(24,26)之间密封安装的能够往复运动的隔膜工作机构(20),该隔膜工作机构一方面与所述壳体(22)一起构成能承受压力的工作腔(28)且另一方面承受至少一个复位弹簧(32)的作用,从而在无压状态中所述隔膜工作机构(20)借助所述复位弹簧(32)的弹簧偏置力被置入预定位置,其中所述隔膜工作机构(20)要与所述过程控制阀(2)的同阀体(16)相连的阀杆(18)连接,其特征是,设有连接机构(64),该连接机构在两侧具有位于所述隔膜工作机构(20)的往复运动方向上的连接件(66,68),所述连接件与所述阀杆(18)上的接合件(70)如此协调匹配,即所述阀杆(18)与所述隔膜工作机构(20)的连接通过单侧安装实现,其中所述阀杆(18)要以可选择的方式接合至所述连接机构(64)的每个连接件(66,68)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调节驱动装置(4),其特征是,在所述调节驱动装置(4)上设置有位移测量系统(48),且所述位移测量系统(48)具有接合件(72),所述接合件要通过单侧安装被接合至所述连接机构(64)的每个所述连接件(66,68)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的调节驱动装置,其特征是,在一个连接件上连接有所述位移测量系统(48)的活动件(50)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的调节驱动装置,其特征是,所述连接件(66,68)与对应的接合件(70,72)相似地构成以便以可选择的方式将所述阀杆(18)或所述位移测量系统(48)固定在所述连接机构(64)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的调节驱动装置,其特征是,所述连接机构(64)与彼此对置的固定法兰(38,40)同心设置,所述调节驱动装置(4)的所述壳体(22)安装在所述固定法兰上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的调节驱动装置(4),其特征是,所述对置的固定法兰(38,40)被设计成用于固定所述位移测量系统(48)或所述过程控制阀(2)的轭架(6)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的调节驱动装置(4),其特征是,所述连接机构(64)的第一连接件(68)包括第一衬套,该第一衬套位于所述隔膜(34)的一侧并具有内螺纹(74),该内螺纹在朝向所述隔膜(34)的一侧被加入,且所述连接机构(64)的第二连接件(66)包括第二衬套,该第二衬套通过所述隔膜(34)内的一个孔(76)以螺纹销(78)被拧入所述第一连接件(68)的所述内螺纹(74)中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的调节驱动装置(4),其特征是,所述调节驱动装置(4)的隔膜工作机构(20)以及隔膜盘(36)被固定在所述连接机构(64)的连接件(66,68)之间。
9.根据权利要求6所述的调节驱动装置(4),其特征是,所述位移测量系统(48)的传感器壳体(54)设置在所述调节驱动装置(4)的所述壳体(22)的远离所述轭架(6)的外侧上的所述固定法兰(38,40)处。
10.根据权利要求5所述的调节驱动装置(4),其特征是,所述阀杆(18)在所述调节驱动装置(4)的所述壳体(22)的朝向轭架(6)的内侧中的所述固定法兰(40;38)处被引导。
11.根据权利要求7所述的调节驱动装置(4),其特征是,所述隔膜(34)的两侧借助密封圈(80)相对于所述隔膜(34)被流体隔绝。
