Claims (8)
- 低圧通路(85,86,94,119)および低圧室(83,84,116)に通じる弁孔(68)を中央部に開口させるとともに高圧通路(27,28,30,64)に通じる弁室(66)に臨む弁座(58)に着座可能な弁体(59)を有する弁機構(20)が、前記低圧通路(85,86,94,119)および前記低圧室(83,84,116)の圧力に応じて作動する圧力受動部材(115)に前記弁体(59)を連結せしめてボディ(16,16′)内に収容されるガス用減圧弁において、
前記ボディ(16,16′)が、強度の異なる2つの、第1および第2ボディ部材(18,19;18′,19′)の結合により構成され、前記弁機構(20)を同軸に収容する挿入孔(25)を有する高強度の第1ボディ部材(18,18′)と、低強度の第2ボディ部材(19,19′)とが、前記低圧室である減圧室(83)を相互間に形成しつつ前記弁体(59)の軸線に沿う方向で重なるように結合されて前記ボディ(16,16′)が構成され、前記挿入孔(25)と同軸にして第1ボディ部材(18,18′)に一体に突設された横断面円形の嵌合突部(18a)が、第2ボディ部材(19,19′)に気密に嵌合されることを特徴とするガス用減圧弁。 - 前記ボディ(16,16′)を構成して相互に結合される前記第1および第2ボディ部材(18,19;18′19′)の結合面の少なくとも一方側に、加熱媒体を流通させる加熱媒体通路(109)または加熱手段(131)を収容する収容室(132)を、相互に結合された状態の前記ボディ部材(18,19;18′,19′)相互間に形成するための溝(110,133,134)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス用減圧弁。
- 低圧通路(85,86,94,119)および低圧室(83,84,116)に通じる弁孔(68)を中央部に開口させるとともに高圧通路(27,28,30,64)に通じる弁室(66)に臨む弁座(58)に着座可能な弁体(59)を有する弁機構(20)が、前記低圧通路(85,86,94,119)および前記低圧室(83,84,116)の圧力に応じて作動する圧力受動部材(115)に前記弁体(59)を連結せしめてボディ(16,16′)内に収容されるガス用減圧弁において、
前記ボディ(16,16′)が2つの、第1および第2ボディ部材(18,19;18′,19′)の結合により構成され、それらのボディ部材(18,19;18′,19′)の結合面の少なくとも一方側に、加熱媒体を流通させる加熱媒体通路(109)または加熱手段(131)を収容する収容室( 132)を、相互に結合された状態の前記ボディ部材(18,19;18′,19′)相互間に形成するための溝(110,133,134)が設けられており、前記弁体(59)と同軸にして第1ボディ部材(18,18′)に一体に突設された横断面円形の嵌合突部(18a)が、第2ボディ部材(19,19′)の嵌合孔(80)に気密に嵌合され、第1ボディ部材(18,18′)は内部に弁体(59)を備え、第2ボディ部材(19,19′)は前記嵌合孔(80)と同軸に弁軸(105)のガイド部(106)を有することを特徴とするガス用減圧弁。 - 前記加熱媒体通路(109)または前記収容室(132)が、前記弁体(59)の軸線に沿う方向で見て前記弁体(59)および前記弁座(58)を囲む円弧状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のガス用減圧弁。
- 前記加熱媒体通路(109)または前記収容室(132)が、前記弁体(59)の軸線に沿う方向で前記弁座(58)と略同一位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のガス用減圧弁。
- 前記溝(110,133,134)が形成されるボディ部材(19;18′,19′)が型成形され、前記溝(110,133,134)が該型成形時に同時に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載のガス用減圧弁。
- 前記加熱媒体通路(109)に導かれる加熱媒体がエンジン冷却水であることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載のガス用減圧弁。
- 前記加熱手段(131)が、電気ヒータであることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載のガス用減圧弁。
