Claims (8)
- LPG燃料を減圧して加熱室(14)に導く弁機構(18)を内蔵せしめるボディ(6)に、前記加熱室(14)を形成するための凹部(11)が設けられ、前記加熱室(14)のLPG燃料を加熱するための加熱流体を流通させる加熱流体通路(70,80,90,100,110,120)が前記ボディ(6)に形成されるLPG燃料用減圧弁において、
前記凹部(11)が、仮想円(C1)に内周を沿わせるように形成され、前記加熱流体通路(70〜120)は、前記仮想円(C1)に3つの頂点が配置される直角三角形(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6)の直交する2辺にそれぞれ沿うように配置される2つの通路部(71,72;81,82;91,92;101,102;111,112;121,122)のみからなり、前記2つの通路部が相互に直交して連なって成ることを特徴とするLPG燃料用減圧弁。 - 前記ボディ(6)の外周に開口するようにして前記加熱流体通路(70〜120)以外に前記ボディ(6)に設けられる通路(23,52,62)が、前記加熱流体通路(70〜120)を構成する2つの前記通路部(71,72;81,82;91,92;101,102;111,112;121,122)のいずれかと平行に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のLPG燃料用減圧弁。
- 前記両通路部(71,72;91,92;101,102;111,112;121,122)の連設部の外縁が前記仮想円(C1)に内接するように前記加熱流体通路(70,90,100,110,120)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載のLPG燃料用減圧弁。
- 前記両通路部(71,72;81,82;91,92;101,102;111,112)の長さが等しく設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のLPG燃料用減圧弁。
- 前記ボディ(6)が、前記凹部(11)の中心軸線(CL)を水平とする姿勢で車両に搭載され、前記両通路部(71,72;81,82;101,102;111,112;121,122)の連設部の外縁が、前記加熱室(14)内に溜まる液相燃料の最高液面(L)以下の位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のLPG燃料用減圧弁。
- 前記加熱流体通路(70,80,120)のうち前記凹部(11)の内周よりも内方に在る部分の全てが、前記加熱室(14)内に溜まる液相燃料の前記最高液面(L)以下の位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5記載のLPG燃料用減圧弁。
- 前記弁機構(18)が、前記凹部(11)の中央部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のLPG燃料用減圧弁。
- 前記弁機構(18)は、前記加熱室(14)に通じる弁孔(19)を中央部に開口させる弁座(20)と、該弁座(20)に着座可能な弁体(21)とを備え、前記弁座(20)を形成する弁座部材(26)を嵌合、固定するようにして前記ボディ(6)に一体に設けられる弁機構収容筒部(6b)で、前記弁体(21)の作動方向に沿う方向で前記弁座(20)と同一位置を通る前記加熱流体通路(70〜120)の周壁の一部が構成されることを特徴とする請求項7記載のLPG燃料用減圧弁。
