Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备,与高压水泵相连的水冲真空泵,作为动力装置,为焦化恶臭废气提供运输;与水冲真空泵连接的分液罐,用于分离气液两相;碱液罐连接水泵,将碱液送至为气液吸收反应提供场所的废气处理装置;在废气处理装置内设有旋流喷射吸附器;所述废气处理装置设有进液管,进气管,出气管和出液管,与内设的旋流喷射吸附器连接;与风机相连的加热炉,用于燃烧净化残余可燃废气。该方法利用原有冷焦水泵的富裕能量作为冷焦恶臭废气的动力来源,并将处理后无臭气体通入加热炉作为燃烧气源。不产生二次污染,无需额外增加装置能耗,方法流程简单,适用于多种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理系统。

Description

一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备
本实用新型申请要求名称为“一种高效硫化氢气体吸收装置”,申请日是2016年9月21日,申请号是201610494578.6的发明,作为本实用新型中旋流喷射吸附器结构的优先权。
技术领域
本实用新型属于油类废气处理领域,涉及一种以现有碱液治理油类恶臭废气的处理设备,适用于焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理过程。具体地说,本实用新型提供了焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备。
背景技术
延迟焦化是渣油加工的关键环节,是目前应用最为广泛的渣油加工手段。延迟焦化原料以渣油为主,具有多族烃、分子量大以及沸点高的特点。在水力除焦和冷焦水冷凝时,必然产生大量冷焦恶臭废气。冷焦恶臭废气以VOCs,硫化氢和有机硫化物为主,温度可达85~125℃,对周围的空气污染非常严重,为了解决日益严重的环境问题,治理冷焦恶臭废气越来越受到各方关注。目前,采用的净化方法与设备普遍效果差,容易造成二次污染。
冷焦恶臭废气的处理方法主要有两种方式:一种是将废气与油水分离后,经泵运输进入后续废气吸收装置。还有是将废气在冷凝罐内多次冷凝后,再将不凝气体外排。其中涉及的净化机理分为三种:第一类为静电法,即在外加电场作用下,使污染物发生电离、解离和激发,将较大分子污染物转变成简单小分子安全物质;第二类是采用过滤、惯性碰撞、吸附等机械法;第三类是采用水膜、喷雾、冲击等以液体吸收为主的湿法。
中国专利CN201320049476.5公开了一种焦化除焦废气处理装置,中国专利CN200610148728.4公开了一种冷焦水中废气处理方法及装置,它们都立足于焦化废气的治理问题,但都存在一定问题和不足,实践证明上述专利存在以下缺点:
(1)净化不彻底,有害废气吸收率低。经脱硫罐除臭后的尾气,无法完全脱除硫化氢,还残存大量VOCs物。同时,洗涤液会吸附在气体上,造成管道和设备的腐蚀。凝气外排也会造成大量污染。
(2)能源利用率低。现有的方法流程需要外界提供大量动力,无形中造成能源浪费和经济损失。
(3)方法流程较复杂。在线仪表较多,设备台数较多。
(4)成本较高。已有的废气吸收装置需要定期清理或者更换过滤部件,提升现有成本,资源浪费。
因此,本领域迫切需要开发一种能够降低成本,简化系统,同时提高效率的焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套方法与设备。
实用新型内容
为了解决传统冷焦恶臭废气净化不彻底、能源利用率低、组成元件多等问题,本实用新型提供了一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套方法与设备,具体方案如下:
本实用新型提供了一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备,该设备包括:
水冲真空泵,用于为废气运输提供动力;
分液罐,用于为油气分离提供场所;
喷射旋流吸附器,用于吸收废气中的VOCs,硫化氢,和有机硫化物;
加热炉,用于燃烧净化尾气;
优选的,旋流喷射器可多级串联和并联,吸附效率在99%以上。
优选的,分液罐和废气处理装置上下同轴连通,分液罐顶部设置有出气管,用于将分液后的废气通入废气处理装置内。
优选的,废气处理装置设有进液管,进气管,出气管和出液管,同时内设喷射吸收器。
优选的,水冲真空泵在冷焦水作用下能够产生负压,迅速抽取冷焦恶臭废气,并输送至后续设备。
另一方面,本实用新型的一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备的处理方法,该方法包括:
(1)来自冷焦水罐的冷焦废水经高压水泵和水冲真空泵,抽至焦炭塔用于除焦作业,利用冷焦水经水冲真空泵产生的动力将含油汽的焦化废气输送至分液罐,分液后废气从分液罐顶部输送至废气吸收装置,废气吸收装置内设有旋流喷射吸附器,在喷射旋流吸附器内与碱液发生吸收分离,无臭气体从吸收器顶部排出并与空气混合,通过风机输送至加热炉,作为气源进行燃烧。
(2)经分液罐分离出的液相混合物从分液罐底部流出,返回至冷焦水罐中上部,由冷焦水罐原有隔油系统统一处理。
(3)碱液经水泵运输注入废气处理装置,在旋流喷射吸收器内充分反应分离后,形成碱渣由底流口排出至吸收剂氧化再生装置,再生后循环后使用。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述的焦化恶臭废气成分主要包括可挥发性有机物(VOCs)、硫化氢、有机硫化物占总焦化废气的98%以上。
优选的,入口VOCs浓度不超过5000mg/m3时,净化后VOCs含量可达50mg/m3以下。
优选的,步骤(2)、(3)中所述的冷焦水和碱液均可循环使用。
本实用新型所述的方法适用于焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理工况。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:
(1)焦化恶臭废气串联水冲真空泵,利用冷焦水力抽力,无需额外动力源。
(2)液源自现有方法,无需额外配置或购买。
(3)液反应后形成碱渣后,排至吸收再生装置,再生后循环使用,无二次污染。
(4)焦化恶臭废气经净化吸收后排至加热炉燃烧,无直接外排废气。
(5)方法适用于焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气的处理工况。
本实用新型的成套设备特点如下:
(1)分液罐与废气处理装置同轴连接,减少装置的总占地面积和投资。
(2)喷射旋流吸附器的吸收效率在99%以上。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的技术构思如下:
如图1所示,冷焦水经高压水泵1和水冲真空泵2,抽至焦炭塔,冷焦水池抽出的冷焦恶臭废气经水冲真空泵2输送至分液罐51中,分液罐51与废气处理装置52同轴串联,分液罐51中的废气进入废气处理装置52净化,废气处理装置52中设有旋流喷射吸附器53,旋流喷射吸附器53内净化尾气经风机6输送至加热炉7。碱液罐3中的碱液经水泵4输送至废气处理装置52,吸收分离后,排至溶剂再生装置。
在本实用新型的一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备的处理方法,该方法包括:
冷焦水灌内的冷焦水经高压水泵和水冲真空泵抽至焦炭塔,同时温度为100℃的冷焦恶臭废气利用冷焦水在水冲真空泵中产生的负压,抽至分液罐上部由进料口进入。
由于密度不同,通过重力和浮力作用,混合废气中的少量油滴分液沉降到分液罐底部,经循环液槽送至冷焦水罐,由原有隔油系统统一处理。
分液后废气从分液罐顶部流至废气吸收装置,从旋流吸附器进气管以切向速度进入,碱液吸收液经水泵送至喷射旋流吸附器,从进液管流入,待气液吸收分离后,尾气从溢流口流出,与空气混合,通过风机运输,在加热炉内焚烧,最后高空排除。
同时,碱液与酸性气体和有机挥发物反应生成钠盐溶液(碱渣),碱渣从废气吸收装置底部由底流管排除,送至吸收剂再生装置,氧化成钠盐。
在本实用新型中,焦化恶臭废气与碱性吸收液自身的流动形成力场和压力梯度场,依靠离心场和压力梯度场进行旋流吸附。
在本实用新型中,选用长径比较大的分液罐,分离效率更高。
在本实用新型中,入口VOCs浓度不超过5000mg/m3时,净化后VOCs含量可达50mg/m3以下。
在本实用新型的一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备,该设备包括:
水冲真空泵,用于为废气运输提供动力;
分液罐,用于为油气分离提供场所;
喷射旋流吸附器,用于吸附焦化废气中VOCs,硫化氢,和有机硫化物;
本实用新型中旋流喷射吸附器结构,可参见名称为“一种高效硫化氢气体吸收装置”,申请日是2016年9月21日,申请号是201610494578.6的专利申请文件。
加热炉,用于燃烧净化尾气;
在本实用新型中,喷射旋流吸附器的吸附效率在99%以上。
分液罐和废气吸收装置上下同轴连通,分液罐顶部设置有出气管,用于将分液形成的废气处理装置内。
本实用新型装置的优点在于:
焦化恶臭废气串联水冲真空泵,利用冷焦水力抽力,无需额外动力源;碱液源自现有方法,无需额外配置或购买;碱液反应后形成碱渣后,排至吸收再生装置,氧化再循环使用,无二次污染;焦化恶臭废气经净化吸收后输送至加热炉,无外排废气;该方法适用于焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理工况;分液罐与废气处理装置同轴连接,减少装置的总占地面积和投资;喷射旋流吸附器的吸附效率在99%以上。

实施例1:
冷焦水流量为200m3/h,冷焦恶臭废气处理量为2000Nm3/h,浓度为3850mg/m3
焦化恶臭废气组成如下v%:VOCs:71%,硫化氢:26.8%,有机硫化物:1.32%,苯系物:0.88%
技术效果:
该冷焦恶臭废气流量大,含有较多可挥发性有机物和硫化氢,采用焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套方法与设备,多设备串联,净化后的尾气浓度为:VOCs:32.3mg/m3,硫化氢:2.67mg/m3,有机硫化物:1mg/m3,苯系物:0.52mg/m3。总污染物的含量在36.49mg/m3,没有二次污染,大大提升了废气的净化效果和处理量。

Claims (3)

1.一种焦化装置冷焦恶臭废气处理成套设备,该成套设备包括:
与高压水泵(1)相连的水冲真空泵(2),作为动力装置,为焦化恶臭废气提供运输;与水冲真空泵连接的分液罐(51),用于分离气液两相;碱液罐(3)连接水泵(4),将碱液送至为气液吸收反应提供场所的废气处理装置(52);在废气处理装置(52)内设有旋流喷射吸附器(53);所述废气处理装置(52)设有进液管,进气管,出气管和出液管,与内设的旋流喷射吸附器(53)连接;与风机(6)相连的加热炉(7),用于燃烧净化残余可燃废气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成套设备,其特征在于,所述分液罐(51)和废气处理器(52)上下同轴连通,分液罐顶部设置有出气管,用于将分液后的废气通入废气处理装置内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成套设备,其特征在于,所述旋流喷射吸附器(53)是单级、多级串联和/或并联。
