Abstract

本发明涉及焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理方法及装置,该方法为:焦化装置焦炭塔塔顶、塔底、冷焦热水罐、沉淀池等多处产生的低压逸散恶臭气体由各处风机微加压后输送至抽空冷却器;抽空冷却器利用冷焦水流过产生的负压动力将低压逸散气体加压,并混合冷却气体,加压冷却后的气体和碱液一同进入旋流喷射吸收器进行脱硫;脱硫后逸散气体进入固定床吸附罐脱除逸散气体中VOCs及硫醇,碱液循环使用;脱VOCs后逸散气体高点排空或进入加热炉燃烧。本发明还提供了焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理装置。

Description

一种焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理方法及装置
本发明申请要求名称为“一种高效硫化氢气体吸收装置”,申请日是2016年9月21日,申请号是201610494578.6的发明,作为本发明中旋流喷射吸附器结构的优先权。
技术领域
本发明属于石油化工与环保领域,涉及焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理方法,适用于低压逸散气体回收过程。具体地说,本发明提供了焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理方法及装置。
背景技术
延迟焦化是一种石油二次加工技术,是目前世界渣油深度加工的主要方法之一。所谓延迟是指将渣油以高的流速流过加热炉的炉管,加热到反应所需的温度,在反应炉管内不生焦,而延缓到进入焦炭塔再进行焦化反应,有延迟作用,故称为延迟焦化技术。
延迟焦化可提高轻质油的收率和脱碳效率,以其操作连续化、处理量大、灵活性强、投资费用低的特点一直是世界重油轻质化的主要途径,也是我国最主要的重油加工手段。热渣油在焦炭塔内进行焦化反应,生成的轻质产物从顶部出来进入分馏塔,分馏出富气、粗汽油、柴油和重馏分油。
延迟焦化是一种连续生产、间断操作的方法,一般至少有两个焦炭塔,一个在线生焦时另一个进行除焦。延迟焦化装置由于切焦、冷切焦水系统、除焦过程中均为敞开操作,除焦废气外排逸散、焦池露天堆放、焦粉飞散、石油焦中挥发分的挥发,导致焦化装置产生肉眼可见的粉尘污染物,以及嗅觉可明显感知的空气异味,对环境造成污染,严重威胁着操作人员的健康。
目前国内针对焦化除焦废气处理的方法和装置很少,许多处理方法和装置并不理想。如专利201320049476.5,介绍了一种焦化除焦废气处理装置,但该装置涉及多个设备,并且占地面积较大;专利201510654944.5涉及石化炼油焦化装置废气收集治理系统装置,该发明设备多,方法复杂;专利201520780147.7介绍一种石化炼油焦化装置用废气净化装置,同样存在上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有方法和装置的不足,本发明提供了焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理方法及装置。
焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理方法,其方法包括:
(1)增压输送单元:焦化装置焦炭塔塔顶、塔底、冷焦水罐等多处逸散点产生的低压逸散恶臭气体由各处风机微加压后输送至抽空冷却器顶部入口;同时冷焦水泵将冷焦水抽送至抽空冷却器顶部;抽空冷却器利用冷焦水流动产生的负压力将低压逸散气体增压,为后续气体输送和旋流提供必要动力。
(2)冷却-旋流脱水单元:抽空冷却器中冷焦水与逸散气体混合换热,冷却逸散气体,使逸散气体中部分水分凝析,换热后冷焦水回流至冷焦水罐;加压冷却后逸散气体进入旋流喷射器顶部入口,利用旋流场作用,使逸散气体中凝析水滴进一步聚结分离。
(3)旋流喷射脱硫单元:碱液作为脱硫吸收液经泵进入旋流喷射吸收器,逸散气体从吸收器顶部入口切向进入,碱性吸收液从吸收器侧壁小孔喷入;径向喷入的流线型吸收液被切向高速旋转的逸散气体持续切割,形成无数吸收液雾滴;经吸收后富含硫化物的吸收液从吸收器底部流出,脱硫后气体从旋流喷射吸收器顶部流出;
(4)固定床吸附单元:脱硫后逸散气体进入固定床吸附罐,利用活性炭脱除逸散气体中VOCs、硫醇及硫醚等碱液无法吸收的恶臭组分,净化后逸散气体高点排空或进入加热炉燃烧。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述的低压逸散气体来自焦化装置多处逸散点,可一次收集处理。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述的抽空冷却器,当用不同流量、压力的工业用水进行抽空后,可产生不同流量与压力的抽空后气体、工业用水。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述的冷焦水温度为30-40℃,可将逸散气体降温10℃以上,凝结水滴可聚结吸附部分粉尘、烃类及恶臭物质,初步净化气体。
优选的,步骤(3)中所述的旋流喷射吸收器侧壁小孔直径为0.5~5mm。
优选的,步骤(3)中所述的旋流喷射吸收器可采用不同碱液,采用氢氧化钠或碳酸钠溶液可脱除逸散气体中硫化氢及硫醇,采用MDEA胺液可脱除逸散气体中硫化氢。
优选的,步骤(3)中所述的旋流喷射吸收器还可脱除逸散气体中粉尘、水分,进一步净化逸散气体。
本发明所述的方法适用于焦化装置低压逸散体回收处理,可脱除逸散气体中水、含硫物、VOCs及其他恶臭组分,降低气体粉尘含量,使净化后气体总硫含量低于1mg/m3,VOCs低于60mg/m3,粉尘低于20mg/m3
另一方面,本发明提供了焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理装置系统,该系统包括:
风机,收集输送低压逸散气体;
碱液泵,用于输送脱硫碱液;
抽空冷却器,用于冷却加压低压逸散气体;
与抽空冷却器连接的旋流喷射吸收器,用于脱除逸散气体中硫化物、颗粒物等;
与旋流喷射吸收器连接的固定床吸附罐,用于脱除逸散气体中VOCs;
优选的,所述抽空冷却器利用焦化装置中原有冷焦水泵产生的高压冷焦水,进行抽气增压。
优选的,所述旋流喷射吸收器的脱硫吸收效率在99%以上。
本发明所述系统装置,风机、碱液泵、固定床吸附罐占地小,抽空冷却器、旋流喷射吸收器撬装一体,减少系统总占地面积和总投资。
本发明的方法特点如下:
(1)多种设备串联,采用抽空冷却器、旋流喷射器、固定床吸附罐,可增压、冷却气体,脱除气体中硫化氢、硫醇、粉尘及VOCs等多种有害组分。
(2)该方法设备少,方法简单,能耗低。
(3)该方法适用于焦化装置多处低压逸散气体处理工况。
本发明的装置特点如下:
旋流喷射吸收器的脱硫吸收效率在99%以上。
无外加动力设备,设备可靠,故障率低。
风机、碱液泵、固定床吸附罐占地小,抽空冷却器、旋流喷射吸收器撬装一体,减少系统总占地面积和总投资。

具体实施方式
本发明的技术构思如下:
如图1所示,焦化装置多处逸散点排放的低压逸散气体由风机1收集输送至抽空冷却器4顶部入口,同时自冷焦水泵输送的冷焦水也输送至抽空冷却器4顶部入口;抽空冷却器4中冷却、加压、初步除尘脱水后的低压逸散气体进入旋流喷射吸收器3中,同时碱液由碱液泵2输送至旋流喷射吸收器;旋流喷射吸收器3中逸散气体经脱硫、脱水、除尘后进入固定床吸附罐5中利用活性炭脱除逸散气体中VOCs、硫醇及硫醚等碱液无法吸收的恶臭组分,净化气体高点排空或进入加热炉燃烧。
本发明中旋流喷射吸收器结构,可参见名称为“一种高效硫化氢气体吸收装置”,申请日是2016年9月21日,申请号是201610494578.6的专利申请文件。
本发明方法和装置的特点在于:
多种设备串联,采用抽空冷却器、旋流喷射器、固定床吸附罐,可增压、冷却气体,脱除气体中硫化氢、硫醇、粉尘及VOCs等多种有害组分;该方法设备少,方法简单,能耗低;该方法适用于焦化装置多处低压逸散气体处理工况;旋流喷射吸收器的脱硫吸收效率在99%以上;无外加动力设备,设备可靠,故障率低;风机、碱液泵、固定床吸附罐占地小,抽空冷却器、旋流喷射吸收器撬装一体,减少系统总占地面积和总投资。

实施例1:
山东某炼厂焦化装置除焦废气处理,按照本发明方法和装置进行。
具体方法流程如图1所示,除焦废气组分如下表所示:

技术效果:
由于采用本发明所述方法,多处逸散点气体一同收集处理,系统排气口检测硫化氢含量低于0.8mg/m3,最大脱除效率为96%,非甲烷总烃含量低于100mg/m3,最大脱除效率为99%,粉尘含量低于20mg/m3。和其他方法及装置相比,本发明的方法及装置简化了系统,节省了成本,能产生极大的经济效益。
实施例2:
浙江某石化企业焦化冷焦水作业环境空气净化处理,按照本发明方法和装置进行。
具体方法流程如图1所示,环境空气监测数据如下表所示:

技术效果:
由于采用本发明所述方法,多处逸散点气体一同收集处理,系统排气口检测硫化氢含量低于0.6mg/m3,最大脱除效率为96%,非甲烷总烃含量低于50mg/m3,最大脱除效率为94%,臭气浓度低于45mg/m3,最大脱除效率为97%。和其他方法及装置相比,本发明的方法及装置简化了系统,节省了成本,能产生极大的经济效益。
实施例3:
湖北某炼厂焦化装置废气处理,按照本发明方法和装置进行。
具体方法流程如图1所示,焦化装置废气数据如下表所示:

由于采用本发明所述方法,多处逸散点气体一同收集处理,系统排气口检测硫化氢含量低于0.7mg/m3,最大脱除效率为99%,硫醇含量低于0.9mg/m3,最大脱除效率为96%。和其他方法及装置相比,本发明的方法及装置简化了系统,节省了成本,能产生极大的经济效益。

Claims (5)

1.焦化装置低压逸散气体回收处理方法,该方法包括:
(1)增压输送:焦化装置焦炭塔塔顶、塔底、冷焦水罐等多处逸散点产生的低压逸散恶臭气体由各处风机微加压后输送至抽空冷却器顶部入口;同时冷焦水泵将冷焦水抽送至抽空冷却器顶部;抽空冷却器利用冷焦水流动产生的负压力将低压逸散气体增压,为后续气体输送和旋流提供必要动力;
(2)冷却-旋流脱水:抽空冷却器中冷焦水与逸散气体混合换热,冷却逸散气体,使逸散气体中部分水分凝析,换热后冷焦水回流至冷焦水罐;加压冷却后逸散气体进入旋流喷射器顶部入口,利用旋流场作用,使逸散气体中凝析水滴进一步聚结分离;所述冷焦水温度为30-40℃,可将逸散气体降温10℃以上,凝结水滴聚结吸附部分粉尘、烃类及恶臭物质,初步净化气体;
(3)旋流喷射脱硫:碱液作为脱硫吸收液经泵进入旋流喷射吸收器,逸散气体从吸收器顶部入口切向进入,碱性吸收液从吸收器侧壁小孔喷入;径向喷入的流线型吸收液被切向高速旋转的逸散气体持续切割,形成无数吸收液雾滴;经吸收后富含硫化物的吸收液从吸收器底部流出,脱硫后气体从旋流喷射吸收器顶部流出;(4)固定床吸附:脱硫后逸散气体进入固定床吸附罐,利用活性炭脱除逸散气体中VOCs、硫醇及硫醚等碱液无法吸收的恶臭组分,净化后逸散气体高点排空或进入加热炉燃烧;所述旋流喷射吸收器侧壁小孔直径为0.5~5mm;所述旋流喷射吸收器采用不同碱液,采用氢氧化钠或碳酸钠溶液可脱除逸散气体中硫化氢及硫醇,采用MDEA胺液可脱除逸散气体中硫化氢。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中所述的低压逸散气体来自焦化装置多处逸散点,采用一次收集处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中所述的抽空冷却器,当用不同流量、压力的工业用水进行抽空后,产生不同流量与压力的抽空后气体、工业用水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中所述的旋流喷射吸收器脱除逸散气体中粉尘、水分,进一步净化逸散气体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法适用于焦化装置低压逸散体回收处理,可脱除逸散气体中水、含硫物、VOCs及其他恶臭组分,降低气体粉尘含量,使净化后气体总硫含量低于1mg/m3,VOCs低于60mg/m3,粉尘低于20mg/m3。
