采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车保险杠等。目前的汽车保险杠模具为了使保险杠外表面光滑、无痕,特别是在保险杠两端的外缘部位,由于该部位存在较大的倒角,传统模具的分型面从倒角处分型,保险杠成型后在倒角处有分型线,所以现有技术均采用内分型结构,即将模具的分型面设置在保险杠的内侧端,倒角部位脱模采用预拉变形和斜顶相结合的结构。但是,在实际生产中,为了使保险杠与汽车车身装配更方便、可靠,在保险杠的倒角部位设置装配孔,在预拉变形过程中,导致装配孔拉伤,造成产品报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种在装配孔的镶块部位设置限位结构,使装配孔不变形,不拉伤的内分型汽车保险杠模具防止孔拉伤机构。
