Abstract

本实用新型公开了无人机机体支架,包括一次成型的下支架、机臂、电机座,机臂两端分别连接下支架和电机座,下支架上侧固定有上支架,上、下支架之间设有减震球,竖直设置的减震球上下两端分别连接上、下支架。本实用新型从无人机机体的角度出发,将电机及其他部件的震动与无人机拍摄装置分离,在机体产生的震动向云台传播之前将其消耗掉,从根本上避免了机体震动传播到云台及摄像机上的问题,极大地提高了拍摄效果;另外,本实用新型结构简单、零部件相对较少,因而提高了无人机飞行的稳定性和安全性。

无人机机体支架
技术领域
本实用新型涉及无人机机体结构技术领域,更为具体来说,涉及一种具有减震效果的无人机机体,是无人机机体支架。
背景技术
常用的小型无人机大多采用四轴结构,具有灵巧、机动、便捷等优点,无人机最大的用途在于连接带有摄像机的云台进行航拍、侦查等相关飞行任务。为了提高拍摄效果,需要克服无人机飞行、无人机工作产生的震动等对摄像机的影响,现有的方案是通过将减震球设于机体和云台之间进行减震。
申请号为201520446982.7的中国实用新型专利公开了一种云台的减震结构,具有一对平行设置的固定臂组件,每个固定臂组件皆具有横截面为C字形的横梁,横梁顶板固定在多旋翼无人机的底面,横梁底板的两端在其内面上分别竖立二级减震球,两个二级减震球的顶面之间连接一条开口向上的固定槽,固定槽内至少竖立两个一级减震球,一级减震球的顶面之间连接一条压板,压板的两端分别固定拉杆,拉杆向下穿出固定槽,所有拉杆的底端之间共同固定云台。
上述方案通过无人机底面与云台之间的减震球实现减震。但是,这种方式的减震效果甚微,仅能消除一部分来源于无人机的震动。为提高减震效果,上述方案增设了两组减震球,虽然对减震有些帮助,但是仍不能从根本上解决减震问题。另外,额外增设的减震球额外地增加了整个无人机的体积和重量,不利于航拍和节能。
因此,对于无人机领域来说,获得一种有效的减震方案成为了本领域技术人员始终研究的重点和追求的目标。
实用新型内容
为解决现有的无人机减震效果较差的问题,本实用新型提供了无人机机体支架,将减震球安装在无人机机体支架内部,从无人机机体角度解决震动问题,将震动消耗在无人机机体上,彻底避免了无人机内电机等震动对摄像机拍摄的影响。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型公开了无人机机体支架,包括一次成型的下支架、机臂、电机座,机臂两端分别连接下支架和电机座,下支架上侧固定有上支架,上、下支架之间设有减震球,竖直设置的减震球上下两端分别连接上、下支架。
相对于传统的方式,本实用新型创新地将减震球设于上、下支架之间,通过减震球吸收电机等部件产生的震动,减震效果优越;另外,相对现有技术,本实用新型的体积更小、集成度更高。
进一步地,为较好地固定减震球、最大程度地发挥其减震能力,同时为增加减震球的使用寿命,本实用新型长方体状的上支架包括一体的矩形底壳和U形侧壁,侧壁连接底壳的边缘,矩形底壳的四角各固接一支撑杆,支撑杆依次穿过减震球、下支架,支撑杆末端螺纹连接下支架下侧的螺母。
进一步地,为简化固定结构,支撑杆包括一体的圆盘部和杆部,圆盘部为片状结构,杆部一端连接至圆盘部的中央、另一端从下支架伸出,圆盘部与上支架底壳一体注塑。支撑杆与上支架一次成型制成,既提高了机体支架的集成度,又简化了加工工序。
进一步地,本实用新型的减震球包括一体的上连接部、中部及下连接部,呈圆筒形的上连接部插入至上支架底壳的凹槽中,下连接部呈阶梯状筒形且其下端直径大于上端直径,下连接部嵌入至下支架的凹孔中、与下支架卡合连接。
上述结构的减震球与上支架、下支架的连接效果较好,因而其可靠性更高,使用寿命更长。
进一步地,上支架底壳的凹槽截面呈圆形、直径大于/等于减震球上连接部的直径,下支架的凹孔为台阶圆孔,凹孔的下半部直径大于上半部直径。
进一步地,减震球的中部的外部轮廓呈轮胎状。
进一步地,为方便旋动螺母,本实用新型中,与支撑杆末端连接的螺母为蝶形螺母。
进一步地,电机座上方开有用于容纳电机底座的Y形凹槽。
进一步地,机臂的个数为四个。
进一步地,下支架呈长方体状、连接四个机臂。本实用新型的无人机机体支架可用于四旋翼小型无人机。
本实用新型的有益效果为:相对于现有的技术,本实用新型从无人机机体的角度出发,将电机及其他部件的震动与无人机拍摄装置分离,在震动向云台传播之前将其消耗掉,从根本上避免了机体震动传播到云台及摄像机上的问题,极大地增强了拍摄效果。
另外,本实用新型结构简单、零部件相对较少,因而提高了无人机飞行的稳定性和安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构进行详细的解释和说明。
如图1、2所示,本实用新型的无人机机体支架,包括一次成型的下支架1、机臂5、电机座3,本实用新型以四旋翼无人机为例说明,机臂5的个数为四个,机臂5两端分别连接下支架1和电机座3,下支架1上侧固定有上支架2,电机座3上方开有用于容纳电机底座的Y形凹槽;本实用新型创新地在上支架2、下支架1之间设置橡胶材质的减震球4,减震球4竖直设置,减震球4上下两端分别连接上支架2、下支架1,通过该部分的减震球4,能够高效地消除电机及其他部件产生的震动,使云台和摄像机工作在一个较平稳的环境下,摄像机的拍摄效果更佳。
本实用新型的上支架2、下支架1均呈长方体状,上支架2坐落在下支架1上,上支架2包括一体的矩形底壳和U形侧壁,U形侧壁连接底壳的边缘,矩形底壳的四角各固接一支撑杆7,共四个支撑杆7,每个支撑杆7分别依次穿过减震球4、下支架1,支撑杆7末端螺纹连接螺母6,螺母6设于下支架1的下侧。下支架1呈长方体状、连接四个机臂5。
如图3、4所示,更为具体地,本实用新型的支撑杆7包括一体的圆盘部70和杆部71,圆盘部70为片状结构,杆部71一端连接至圆盘部70的中央、另一端从下支架1伸出,圆盘部70与上支架2底壳内部一体注塑成型。
如图4所示,本实用新型的减震球4包括一体的上连接部40、中部41及下连接部42,呈圆筒形的上连接部40插入至上支架2底壳的凹槽中,下连接部42呈阶梯状筒形且其下端直径大于上端直径,下连接部42嵌入至下支架1的凹孔中、与下支架1卡合连接。上支架2底壳的凹槽截面呈圆形、直径大于/等于减震球4上连接部40的直径,下支架1的凹孔为台阶圆孔,凹孔的下半部直径大于上半部直径。为提高减震效果,减震球4中部41的外部轮廓呈轮胎状。为方便扭动螺母6,本实用新型中,与支撑杆7末端连接的螺母6选用蝶形螺母。
安装时,使用外力在下支架1的四个凹孔内分别嵌入四个减震球4,减震球4放置完毕后,将上支架2置于下支架1之上,此时,四个支撑柱分别对准四个减震球4,在放置上支架2的过程中,支撑柱先穿过减震球4后再穿过下支架1,然后使用蝶形螺母6与支撑柱露出下支架1的末端连接,蝶形螺母6旋紧的程度根据实际安装情况而定,以牢固固定减震球4、发挥出减震球4的减震作用为准。

Claims (10)

1.无人机机体支架,其特征在于:包括一次成型的下支架(1)、机臂(5)、电机座(3),机臂两端分别连接下支架和电机座,下支架上侧固定有上支架(2),上、下支架之间设有减震球(4),竖直设置的减震球上下两端分别连接上、下支架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:长方体状的上支架包括一体的矩形底壳和U形侧壁,侧壁连接底壳的边缘,矩形底壳的四角各固接一支撑杆(7),支撑杆依次穿过减震球、下支架,支撑杆末端螺纹连接下支架下侧的螺母(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:支撑杆包括一体的圆盘部(70)和杆部(71),圆盘部为片状结构,杆部一端连接至圆盘部的中央、另一端从下支架伸出,圆盘部与上支架底壳一体注塑。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一权利要求所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:减震球包括一体的上连接部(40)、中部(41)及下连接部(42),呈圆筒形的上连接部插入至上支架底壳的凹槽中,下连接部呈阶梯状筒形且其下端直径大于上端直径,下连接部嵌入至下支架的凹孔中、与下支架卡合连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:上支架底壳的凹槽截面呈圆形、直径大于/等于减震球上连接部的直径,下支架的凹孔为台阶圆孔,凹孔的下半部直径大于上半部直径。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:减震球的中部的外部轮廓呈轮胎状。
7.根据权利要求2所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:与支撑杆末端连接的螺母为蝶形螺母。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:电机座上方开有Y形凹槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:机臂的个数为四个。
10.根据权利要求9所述的无人机机体支架,其特征在于:下支架呈长方体状、连接四个机臂。
