统计数据表明，汽车正面碰撞所发生的概率和其造成的死亡人数都是最高的，汽车发生正面碰撞时，前纵梁是吸收碰撞能量的主要部件之一，汽车前纵梁支架对前纵梁起到支撑保护作用，但目前的汽车前纵梁加强件结构复杂，抗振能力差，加工成本高，装配效率低。

为了克服目前汽车前纵梁支架结构复杂、装配效率低的技术不足，本实用新型提供一种汽车前纵梁支架，结构简单合理，抗振能力强，加工装配方便，提高了装配效率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种汽车前纵梁支架，包括主体、定位孔、凸槽和折弯面；主体是平面和立方体组合结构，两个定位孔位于主体立方体上部，一个定位孔位于主体平面上；主体两侧有折弯面，折弯面正反两侧和主体立方体上部有凸槽。
所述主体与折弯面为垂直方向焊接。
本实用新型的有益效果是，一种汽车前纵梁支架，结构简单合理，抗振能力强，加工装配方便，提高了装配效率。

1.一种汽车前纵梁支架，包括连接板、上板、下板、定位孔、卡扣、凸槽、凹槽和折弯面，其特征是：连接板、上板、下板和折弯面焊接成U型结构，连接板两端设有卡扣，上板内侧边缘有凸槽，上板外侧与凸槽相对位置有凹槽，下板边缘折弯面和连接板一侧各设有两个定位孔。
