背景技术
[0002] 膨胀螺丝包括有螺钉与套在螺钉表面的膨胀套,通常膨胀套在生产的时候需要将钢管切割成一段一段,现有的切割设备往往需要人们将钢管进行推送,然后在利用切割机进行切割,这种方式效率底下,不能够实现完全自动化处理。而且膨胀套的结构较小,现在使用的切割设备,一次只能够切割一根管,不能引入大型的切割设备。
实用新型内容
[0003] 针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种实现进料、切割、下料完全自动化而且一次性能够加工多根钢管的全自动切割设备。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种全自动切割设备,包括工作台,所述工作台上设有切割台与送料架,所述送料架内设有导柱,所述导柱上设有活动台,所述活动台上设有用于夹持钢管的第一夹具,所述第一夹具、活动台上均连接有用于驱动其运转的液压缸,所述切割台上固定设有用于夹持钢管的第二夹具,所述第二夹具数量为两个且相互之间呈间隙设置,所述切割台上固定设有用于切断钢管的切割机,且所述切割机的切刀位于两个第二夹具的间隙内,所述第二夹具上连接有用于驱动其运转的液压缸,工作台上还设有下料斗,所述下料斗固定在切割台侧边。

[0007]与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于,这种切割设备能够将用于切割的钢管利用第一夹具夹持住,然后再将其推送至第二夹具内,切割机会将其切割,由于第一夹具每次进送量的确定,这样能够确保每根切割出来的钢管长度稳定,避免了人们切割的不稳定性,而且在切割的过程中切割出来的膨胀套由下面推送出来的钢管直接顶到下料斗内,不必再需要人工去捡了。利用这种切割设备,能够实现进料、切割、下料完全自动化,而且一次性能够加工多根钢管,在加工的时候不会出现偏差的,保证加工质量与加工效率。

具体实施方式

[0014] —种全自动切割设备,包括工作台1,所述工作台I上设有切割台2与送料架3,所述送料架3内设有导柱31,所述导柱31上设有活动台32,所述活动台32上设有用于夹持钢管的第一夹具33,所述第一夹具33、活动台32上均连接有用于驱动其运转的液压缸,活动台32受到液压缸的驱动,沿着导柱31运动,导柱31数量为两根。
[0015] 所述切割台2上固定设有用于夹持钢管的第二夹具21,所述第二夹具21数量为两个且相互之间呈间隙设置,所述切割台2上固定设有用于切断钢管的切割机22,切割机22为常见的管材切割机22,切割机22上有圆形的切刀,切刀受到电机的驱动旋转用于切割钢管。所述切割机22的切刀位于两个第二夹具21的间隙内,所述切割机22铰接在所述工作工作台I上,且切割机22上连接有用于驱动其翻转的液压缸。工作的时候液压机驱动切割机22往下翻转将钢管切断,之后液压缸再驱动切割机22往上翻转确保回位。
[0016] 所述第二夹具21上连接有用于驱动其运转的液压缸,工作台I上还设有下料斗4,所述下料斗4固定在切割台2侧边。
[0017] 所述第一夹具33与第二夹具21均由两个相互扣合的夹持块5构成,两个夹持块5由液压缸驱动合拢或者张开,实现夹持的功能。所述夹持块5相互贴合的面上设有凹陷部51,两块夹持块5上的凹陷部51共同构成容纳三根或者四根钢管的空腔,具体凹陷部51的形状如图4所示。
[0018] 该全自动切割设备的工作过程如下,将钢管夹持在第一夹具33上,然后活动台32往前位移将钢管送入第二夹具21内,第二夹具21夹紧钢管。然后第一夹具33松开,由活动台32移回原位,与此同时,切割机22往下切割,将夹持住的钢管切断。之后,第一夹具33重新夹住钢管,继续将钢管往前面推送固定位置,于此同时,第二夹具21松开,方便将切割好的膨胀套推到下料斗4内,新的钢管重新穿入第二夹具21内。两个第二夹具21夹持稳定,不会出现晃动等情况,这种切割设备,能够实现进料、切割、下料完全自动化,而且一次性能够加工多根钢管,在加工的时候不会出现偏差的,保证加工质量与加工效率。

1.一种全自动切割设备,包括工作台,其特征是:所述工作台上设有切割台与送料架,所述送料架内设有导柱,所述导柱上设有活动台,所述活动台上设有用于夹持钢管的第一夹具,所述第一夹具、活动台上均连接有用于驱动其运转的液压缸,所述切割台上固定设有用于夹持钢管的第二夹具,所述第二夹具数量为两个且相互之间呈间隙设置,所述切割台上固定设有用于切断钢管的切割机,且所述切割机的切刀位于两个第二夹具的间隙内,所述第二夹具上连接有用于驱动其运转的液压缸,工作台上还设有下料斗,所述下料斗固定在切割台侧边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动切割设备,其特征是:所述第一夹具与第二夹具均由两个相互扣合的夹持块构成,所述夹持块相互贴合的面上设有凹陷部,两块夹持块上的凹陷部共同构成容纳三根或者四根钢管的空腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全自动切割设备,其特征是:所述切割机铰接在所述工作工作台上,且切割机上连接有用于驱动其翻转的液压缸。
