本实用新型涉及一种电动汽车电池电解液循环利用系统,属于新能源车动力领域。
背景技术
目前,电动汽车使用的充电方式有直接对电池充电和更换电池两种方法,但直接对电池充电的方式耗时较长,而且需要设立停车点和充电设备,这样不仅工程量大而且需要占用一定的空间资源,更换电池的放室内虽然操作简单,但是需要足量的电池储存量和花费适当的工作量,电池的储存及充电又成了另一个大问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电动汽车电池电解液循环利用系统,以克服现有技术中充电耗时长及充电站占用空间大的问题。
本实用新型按以下技术方案实现:一种电动汽车电池电解液循环利用系统,包括充电站、电池箱4、电能供电单元7;充电站与电池箱4连接,电能供电单元7安装在电池箱4上,充电站包括电解液库1、废电解液库2、电解液循环单元3;废电解液库2通过电解液循环单元3与电解液库1连接,电池箱4侧部开设有电解液注入口5、废电解液回收口6。
所述电池箱4内设有电解液隔间8。所述电池箱4通过其开设有的废电解液回收口6与充电站的废电解液库2连接。所述充电站的电解液库1通过电池箱4开设有的电解液注入口5与电池箱4连接。
所述电解液注入口5与废电解液回收口6均设有止回阀,电解液隔间8之间设有小孔、且小孔处均设有止回阀。
一种电动汽车电池电解液循环利用系统的工作原理为:将电池箱4中充满电解液,电动车工作,电能供给单元7从各隔间中提取电能(从电池箱最右边第一个隔间开始),当需要增大功率时电能供给单元7会自行同时从两个或多个隔间中提取电能,但一般情况下电能供给单元7会一一提取,以保证电解液的充分利用,当电动车到达充电站对电动车进行充电时,将电解液库1和电池箱4的电解液注入口5相连接,废电解液库2和废电解液回收口6相连接,同时进行电解液的注入和废电解液的回收。
本实用新型具有的有益效果为:结构简单,能源的交换环节简单,转换效能高,可提高能源的利用率。

实施例1:如图1所示,一种电动汽车电池电解液循环利用系统,,包括充电站、电池箱4、电能供电单元7;充电站与电池箱4连接,电能供电单元7安装在电池箱4上,充电站包括电解液库1、废电解液库2、电解液循环单元3;废电解液库2通过电解液循环单元3与电解液库1连接,电池箱4侧部开设有电解液注入口5、废电解液回收口6。
电池箱4内设有电解液隔间8。电池箱4通过其开设有的废电解液回收口6与充电站的废电解液库2连接。充电站的电解液库1通过电池箱4开设有的电解液注入口5与电池箱4连接。

1.一种电动汽车电池电解液循环利用系统,其特征在于:包括充电站、电池箱(4)、电能供电单元(7);充电站与电池箱(4)连接,电能供电单元(7)安装在电池箱(4)上,充电站包括电解液库(1)、废电解液库(2)、电解液循环单元(3);废电解液库(2)通过电解液循环单元(3)与电解液库(1)连接,电池箱(4)侧部开设有电解液注入口(5)、废电解液回收口(6)。
