背景技术
消声器安装支架总成是载货汽车排气系统的主要组成部分，消声器安装支架总成为消声器的固定提供支撑。消声器安装支架总成的位置和形式与整个排气系统的振动息息相关。消声器安装支架总成必须在整车运行时要有足够的强度和可靠性。目前，我国载货汽车使用的消声器安装支架多为L型支架，直接固定在车架腹面上，严重影响其他管线路的布置。
发明内容
针对载货汽车消声器安装支架空间布置的局限性，本实用新型提供一种新结构用于载货车的消声器安装支架总成。
具体的结构改进技术方案如下：
用于载货车的消声器安装支架总成，包括U形支架,所述U形支架的两端分别向内弯曲,两弯曲端分别设有螺栓；U形支架的底部连接着L形支架的一侧臂，L形支架的另一侧臂上开设有安装孔。
所述U形支架的两弯曲端分别焊接连接有螺栓。
所述U形支架的底部通过两只螺纹连接件连接着L形支架的一侧臂。
本实用新型的材料采用汽车大梁用钢板，有足够的强度和可靠性；该结构支架与车架腹面之间预留有一定空间，便于其他管线路布置；同时支架上凸焊螺栓，装配快捷方便。

实施例：
参见图1，用于载货车的消声器安装支架总成包括U形支架1, U形支架1的两端分别向内弯曲,两弯曲端分别焊接连接着螺栓3；U形支架1的底部通过两只螺纹连接件4连接着L形支架2的一侧臂，L形支架2的另一侧臂上开设有安装孔。
参见图2，使用时，本实用新型通过两只螺栓3将U形支架1安装在车架纵梁5的内侧，消声器6通过吊挂和橡胶垫与L形支架2的安装孔连接。

1. 用于载货车的消声器安装支架总成，其特征在于：包括U形支架,所述U形支架的两端分别向内弯曲,两弯曲端分别设有螺栓；U形支架的底部连接着L形支架的一侧臂，L形支架的另一侧臂上开设有安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于载货车的消声器安装支架总成，其特征在于：所述U形支架的两弯曲端分别焊接连接有螺栓。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于载货车的消声器安装支架总成，其特征在于：所述U形支架的底部通过两只螺纹连接件连接着L形支架的一侧臂。
