Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种汽车用轴承单元,尤其是涉及一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的轮毂轴承单元需要采用别的零部件用来固定内圈,使得零部件过多,体积占用较大,并且采用的密封圈过于简单,汽车在使用时,灰尘、泥水容易进入到轴承单元的内部,漏脂率较高,从而使得摩擦力矩增大,内圈与外圈磨损过度,造成产品的寿命较短,汽车能耗较大等的技术问题。本实用新型包括法兰盘,法兰盘上设有螺栓,法兰盘的内端设有卷边,卷边固定有长内圈、短内圈,长内圈、短内圈外设有外圈,长、短内圈与外圈之间设有保持架,保持架上设有钢球,内密封圈上设有磁性编码器。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车用轴承单元,尤其是涉及一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,汽车轮毂轴承单元的集成度越来越高。汽车用轴承单元一般包括有内圈、外圈,内外圈之间通过保持架固定有单列或者双列滚子。中国专利公开一种轮毂轴承单元(授权公告号:CN201671960U),其包括法兰盘、内圈、外圈、滚珠、内保持架、外保持架,内圈安装在法兰盘外面的端部;所述外圈安装在法兰盘外面的根部,外圈与法兰盘及内圈之间设有环状的第一沟道及第二沟道,第一沟道在法兰盘端部一侧,第二沟道在法兰盘根部一侧,在第一沟道及第二沟道内设有滚珠,外圈与法兰盘及内圈通过所述的两排滚珠滚动连接,内保持架安装在第一沟道内,外保持架安装在第二沟道内,第二沟道的直径大于所述第一沟道的直径,第二沟道内的滚珠多于第一沟道内的滚珠;法兰盘端部设有与法兰盘一体的卷边,卷边紧贴所述内圈的一端;第一沟道内装有18颗滚珠,第二沟道内装有20颗滚珠;内圈外还设有速度感应器,速度感应器包括磁感应头及合金环状齿圈。中国专利还公开了一种汽车轮毂轴承单元(授权公告号:CN201401445),其包括法兰盘内圈、法兰盘外圈、内套圈、滚珠和保持架,法兰盘外圈内表面上设有两个外滚道,法兰盘内圈和内套圈外表面上各设有与外滚道相对应的内滚道,滚珠安置在保持架内切位于内滚道和外滚道之间,法兰盘内圈外表面上具有环形凹槽和台阶面,凹槽内设有环形挡圈,内套圈一端面抵靠在环形挡圈上,另一端面抵靠在台阶面上。但是这两种轮毂轴承单元需要采用别的零部件用来固定内圈,使得零部件过多,体积占用较大,并且采用的密封圈过于简单,汽车在使用时,灰尘、泥水容易进入到轴承单元的内部,漏脂率较高,从而使得摩擦力矩增大,内圈与外圈磨损过度,造成产品的寿命较短,汽车能耗较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的轮毂轴承单元需要采用别的零部件用来固定内圈,使得零部件过多,体积占用较大,并且采用的密封圈过于简单,汽车在使用时,灰尘、泥水容易进入到轴承单元的内部,漏脂率较高,从而使得摩擦力矩增大,内圈与外圈磨损过度,造成产品的寿命较短,汽车能耗较大等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本实用新型的一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰盘,法兰盘上设有螺栓,所述的法兰盘的内端设有卷边,卷边固定有长内圈、短内圈,长内圈、短内圈外设有外圈,长、短内圈与外圈之间设有保持架,保持架上设有钢球。法兰盘的内端集成有卷边,卷边可以卡在长内圈的内端处,无需使用卡环,这样能永久性地将法兰盘和内圈固定在一起,减少了体积和材料消耗,提高刚性,增加可靠性。
作为优选,所述的外圈与长内圈的内端之间设有“L”形的内防尘盖与内密封圈,内密封圈上附着有内密封件,内密封件上延伸出密封唇过盈接触在内防尘盖的内表面上。内密封圈与内防尘盖之间设有空腔,空腔内设有密封件,密封件本体附着在内密封圈上,密封件本体延伸出3个密封唇过盈接触在内防尘盖的内表面上。密封件本体延伸出的三个密封唇都阻挡在内防尘盖的内表面处,因此通过三道防尘唇口,可以有效地防止灰尘、泥水进入轴承内部。
作为优选,所述的外圈与短内圈的外端之间设有“L”形的外防尘盖与外密封圈,外密封圈上附着有外密封件,外密封件上延伸出密封唇过盈接触在外防尘盖的内表面上。外密封圈与外防尘盖之间设有空腔,空腔内设有密封件,密封件本体附着在外密封圈上,密封件本体延伸出3个密封唇过盈接触在外防尘盖的内表面上。密封件本体延伸出的三个密封唇都阻挡在外防尘盖的内表面处,因此通过三道防尘唇口,可以有效地防止灰尘、泥水进入轴承内部。
作为优选,所述的内防尘盖的内侧设有磁性编码器。将ABS系统中的磁性编码器与组合式密封圈集成,减少了体积占用。
因此,本实用新型在法兰盘的内端设置卷边机构,可以将内圈永久性地固定,减少了体积和材料消耗,提高刚性,增加可靠性,并且在外圈的内外端都采用了三唇组合式迷宫密封结构,密封唇的唇口过盈设计,可以减少漏脂率,提高抗泥水侵入能力,降低摩擦力矩,减少汽车能耗,结构简单、合理。

实施例:本例的一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元,如图1、图2,有一个法兰盘1,法兰盘上设有螺栓2,法兰盘的内端设有卷边3,卷边固定有长内圈4、短内圈5,长内圈、短内圈外设有外圈6,长、短内圈与外圈之间设有保持架7,保持架上设有钢球8。如图3,外圈与长内圈的内端之间设有“L”形的内防尘盖9与内密封圈10,内防尘盖9的内侧设有磁性编码器15。内密封圈上附着有内密封件11,内密封件上延伸出密封唇过盈接触在内防尘盖的内表面上。如图4,外圈与短内圈的外端之间设有“L”形的外防尘盖12与外密封圈13,外密封圈上附着有外密封件14,外密封件上延伸出密封唇过盈接触在外防尘盖的内表面上。
使用时,装配好长内圈4、短内圈5、外圈6、钢球8后,将内防尘盖9、内密封圈10、内密封件11、外防尘盖12、外密封圈13、外密封件14压到内圈与外圈两端端部之间即可。最后将整个轮毂轴承单元装入汽车中即可使用。

1.一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰盘(1),法兰盘上设有螺栓(2),其特征在于所述的法兰盘(1)的内端设有卷边(3),卷边固定有长内圈(4)、短内圈(5),长内圈、短内圈外设有外圈(6),长、短内圈与外圈之间设有保持架(7),保持架上设有钢球(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于所述的外圈(6)与长内圈(4)的内端之间设有断面为“L”形的内防尘盖(9)与内密封圈(10),内密封圈上附着有内密封件(11),内密封件上延伸出密封唇过盈接触在内防尘盖的内表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于所述的外圈(6)与短内圈(5)的外端之间设有“L”形的外防尘盖(12)与外密封圈(13),外密封圈上附着有外密封件(14),外密封件上延伸出密封唇过盈接触在外防尘盖的内表面上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种卷边结构的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于所述的内防尘盖(9)的内侧设有磁性编码器(15)。
