本实用新型涉及一种汽车用轴承单元,尤其是涉及一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的圆锥滚子轴承需要采用别的零部件用来固定内圈,使得零部件过多,体积占用较大,并且只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净等的技术问题。本实用新型包括法兰盘,法兰盘上设有螺栓,法兰盘的内端设有卷边,卷边固定有内圈,法兰盘外设有外圈,法兰盘、内圈与外圈之间都设有保持架,每一个保持架上都设有一列圆锥滚子。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车用轴承单元,尤其是涉及一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元。
背景技术
汽车用轴承一般包括有内圈、外圈,内外圈之间通过保持架固定有单列或者双列滚子。中国专利公开了一种新型结构的密封双列圆锥滚子轴承(授权公告号:CN 2625638Y),其包括一个双滚道外圈,两个单滚道内圈,两个保持架,两列滚子和内圈间的一个内隔圈,外圈的外径为“V”字型,在两个保持架的外端面各适配有一骨架,每一骨架上均适配合有一密封圈,骨架、密封圈的截面形状似槽钢,密封圈的材料是橡胶。中国专利还公开了一种两面带防尘罩的双列圆锥滚子轴承(授权公告号:CN 2864213Y),其由外圈、内圈、圆锥滚子、保持架和隔圈组成,轴承外圈两端面带有防尘罩,外圈直接作为支撑的工作表面。但是这种汽车所用的双列圆锥滚子轴承需要采用别的零部件用来固定内圈,使得零部件过多,体积占用较大,并且只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的圆锥滚子轴承需要采用别的零部件用来固定内圈,使得零部件过多,体积占用较大,并且只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本实用新型的一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰盘,法兰盘上设有螺栓,所述的法兰盘的内端设有卷边,卷边固定有内圈,法兰盘外设有外圈,法兰盘、内圈与外圈之间都设有保持架,每一个保持架上都设有一列圆锥滚子。法兰盘的内端集成有卷边,卷边可以卡在内圈的内端处,无需使用卡环,这样能永久性地将法兰盘和内圈固定在一起,减少了体积和材料消耗,提高刚性,增加可靠性。法兰盘与内圈做成一体,采用三代单元结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,减少零件,减少材料消耗。
作为优选,所述的内圈内端与外圈之间设有断面为“C”型的防尘盖与断面为“L”型的内密封圈,防尘盖与内密封圈之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件,密封件本体附着在内密封圈上,密封件上延伸出四个密封唇,密封唇端部过盈接触在防尘盖上。密封件包括附着在内密封圈上的密封件本体,密封件本体上延伸出的4个密封唇。密封件本体延伸出的其中三个密封唇阻挡在防尘盖的内表面处,另一个紧贴防尘盖的外表面,因此通过四道防尘唇口,可以有效地防止灰尘、泥水进入轴承内部。“L”型的内密封圈与“C”型的防尘盖互相叠加在一起后,这样形成一个矩形的空间,可以用来放置密封件。
作为优选,所述的外圈的外端与法兰盘之间设有外密封圈,可以有效地防止灰尘、泥水进入轴承内部。
作为优选,所述的两列圆锥滚子之间的法兰盘上设有齿圈,齿圈连接有传感器。采用内置式的齿圈,利用线束ABS传感器技术,提高ABS传感器的耐久性、抗振性能和电学性能的稳定性。
因此,本实用新型在法兰盘的内端设置卷边机构,可以将内圈永久性地固定,减少了体积和材料消耗,提高刚性,增加可靠性,并且在外圈的内外端都采用了组合式迷宫密封结构,密封唇的唇口过盈设计,可以减少漏脂率,提高抗泥水侵入能力,降低摩擦力矩,减少汽车能耗,结构简单、合理。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:本例的一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,如图1、图2,有一个法兰盘1,法兰盘上设有螺栓2,法兰盘的内端设有卷边3,卷边固定有内圈4,法兰盘外设有外圈5,法兰盘、内圈与外圈之间都设有保持架6,每一个保持架上都设有一列圆锥滚子7。两列圆锥滚子之间的法兰盘上设有齿圈13,齿圈连接有传感器14。内圈内端与外圈之间设有断面为“C”型的防尘盖8与断面为“L”型的内密封圈9,防尘盖与内密封圈之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件10,密封件本体附着在内密封圈上,密封件上延伸出四个密封唇11,密封唇端部过盈接触在防尘盖8上。外圈的外端与法兰盘之间设有外密封圈12。
使用时,装配好内圈4、外圈5、圆锥滚子7后,将防尘盖8、内密封圈9、密封件10、外密封圈12压到外圈5与法兰盘1、内圈4端部之间即可。最后将整个轮毂轴承单元装入汽车中即可使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰盘(1),法兰盘上设有螺栓(2),其特征在于所述的法兰盘(1)的内端设有卷边(3),卷边固定有内圈(4),法兰盘外设有外圈(5),法兰盘、内圈与外圈之间都设有保持架(6),每一个保持架上都设有一列圆锥滚子(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于所述的内圈(4)内端与外圈(5)之间设有断面为“C”型的防尘盖(8)与断面为“L”型的内密封圈(9),防尘盖与内密封圈之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件(10),密封件本体附着在内密封圈上,密封件上延伸出四个密封唇(11),密封唇端部过盈接触在防尘盖(8)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于所述的外圈(5)的外端与法兰盘(1)之间设有外密封圈(12)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种卷边结构的圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于所述的两列圆锥滚子(7)之间的法兰盘(1)上设有齿圈(13),齿圈连接有传感器(14)。
