本实用新型涉及一种汽车用轴承,尤其是涉及一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的双列圆锥滚子轴承只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命等的技术问题。本实用新型包括内圈与外圈,内圈与外圈之间设有保持架,保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子,内圈与外圈的端部之间设有内骨架与外骨架,外骨架的水平边叠加在内骨架的水平边上,并且外骨架的垂直边与内骨架的垂直边之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件,密封件上设有密封唇,密封唇端部接触在内圈外表面。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车用轴承,尤其是涉及一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
汽车用轴承一般包括有内圈、外圈,内外圈之间通过保持架固定有单列或者双列滚子。中国专利公开了一种新型结构的密封双列圆锥滚子轴承(授权公告号:CN 2625638Y),其包括一个双滚道外圈,两个单滚道内圈,两个保持架,两列滚子和内圈间的一个内隔圈,外圈的外径为“V”字型,在两个保持架的外端面各适配有一骨架,每一骨架上均适配合有一密封圈,骨架、密封圈的截面形状似槽钢,密封圈的材料是橡胶。中国专利还公开了一种两面带防尘罩的双列圆锥滚子轴承(授权公告号:CN 2864213Y),其由外圈、内圈、圆锥滚子、保持架和隔圈组成,轴承外圈两端面带有防尘罩,外圈直接作为支撑的工作表面。但是这种汽车所用的双列圆锥滚子轴承只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的双列圆锥滚子轴承只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本实用新型的一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括内圈与外圈,内圈与外圈之间设有保持架,保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子,所述的内圈与外圈的端部之间设有断面为“L”型的内骨架与“L”型的外骨架,外骨架的水平边叠加在内骨架的水平边上,并且外骨架的垂直边与内骨架的垂直边之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件,密封件上设有密封唇,密封唇端部接触在内圈外表面。密封件包括附着在内、外骨架上的密封件本体,密封件本体上延伸出密封唇。内圈为对称设置的两个,其在双列圆锥滚子的内外端处开有槽体,可以容留润滑脂,避免双列圆锥滚子在滚动时磨损内圈。密封件本体延伸出的密封唇阻挡在内圈的外表面处,因此通过两道防尘唇口,可以有效地防止灰尘进入轴承内部。“L”型的内骨架与“L”型的外骨架互相叠加在一起后,这样形成一个矩形的空间,可以用来放置密封件。
作为优选,所述的密封唇为两个,其组成“人”字型,两个密封唇都接触在内圈外表面上。这样可以设置两道防线,阻止灰尘进入。
作为优选,所述的外骨架的水平边过盈压制在内骨架的水平边上。内骨架与外骨架叠加在一起设置,可以加强整个密封件的支承力,从而增加密封效果。
因此,本实用新型在内圈与外圈之间组装内骨架与外骨架,密封件位于内、外骨架的矩形空腔内,从而增加了整个密封件的支承力,增加了密封唇性,加强了密封效果,结构简单、合理。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:本例的一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承,如图1,有内圈1与外圈2,内圈与外圈之间设有保持架3,保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子4。如图2,内圈与外圈的端部之间设有断面为“L”型的内骨架5与“L”型的外骨架6,外骨架的水平边过盈压制在在内骨架的水平边上,并且外骨架的垂直边与内骨架的垂直边之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件7,密封件上设有成“人”字形的两个密封唇8,两个密封唇端部都接触在内圈外表面上。
使用时,装配好内圈1、外圈2、双列圆锥滚子4后,将内骨架5、外骨架6、密封件7压到内圈1与外圈2端部之间即可。最后将整个双列圆锥滚子轴承装入汽车中即可使用。

1.一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括内圈(1)与外圈(2),内圈与外圈之间设有保持架(3),保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子(4),其特征在于所述的内圈(1)与外圈(2)的端部之间设有断面为“L”型的内骨架(5)与“L”型的外骨架(6),外骨架的水平边叠加在内骨架的水平边上,并且外骨架的垂直边与内骨架的垂直边之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件(7),密封件上设有密封唇(8),密封唇端部接触在内圈外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于所述的密封唇(8)为两个,其组成“人”字型,两个密封唇都接触在内圈外表面上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带复合骨架密封圈的双列圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于所述的外骨架(6)的水平边过盈压制在内骨架(5)的水平边上。
