本实用新型涉及一种圆锥滚子轴承单元,尤其是涉及一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的汽车所用的双列圆锥滚子轴承只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净等的技术问题。本实用新型包括内圈(1)与外圈(2),内圈与外圈之间设有保持架(3),保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子(4),其特征在于所述的外圈(2)上设有连接法兰(5),连接法兰上开有螺栓孔,连接法兰与外圈整体制成。

本实用新型涉及一种圆锥滚子轴承单元,尤其是涉及一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元。
背景技术
汽车用轴承一般包括有内圈、外圈,内外圈之间通过保持架固定有单列或者双列滚子。中国专利公开了一种新型结构的密封双列圆锥滚子轴承(授权公告号:CN 2625638Y),其包括一个双滚道外圈,两个单滚道内圈,两个保持架,两列滚子和内圈间的一个内隔圈,外圈的外径为“V”字型,在两个保持架的外端面各适配有一骨架,每一骨架上均适配合有一密封圈,骨架、密封圈的截面形状似槽钢,密封圈的材料是橡胶。中国专利还公开了一种两面带防尘罩的双列圆锥滚子轴承(授权公告号:CN 2864213Y),其由外圈、内圈、圆锥滚子、保持架和隔圈组成,轴承外圈两端面带有防尘罩,外圈直接作为支撑的工作表面。但是这种汽车所用的双列圆锥滚子轴承只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的汽车所用的双列圆锥滚子轴承只是采用外骨架和密封圈进行防尘,整个密封装置的支承力较差,轴承容易使氧化铁皮、夹杂物、水等从外部侵入,从而降低了轴承使用寿命,轴承分解清洗周期短,提高了用户使用成本,且润滑脂消耗量大,影响作业环境洁净等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本实用新型的一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元,包括内圈与外圈,内圈与外圈之间设有保持架,保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子,所述的外圈上设有连接法兰,连接法兰上开有螺栓孔,连接法兰与外圈整体制成。外圈与法兰集成后,形成二代圆锥滚子轮毂轴承单元,可以减少零部件,其连接强度较强。
作为优选,所述的内圈与外圈的两端端部之间都设有断面为“L”形的密封圈,其中一端的密封圈还相对设置有“L” 形的防尘盖,并且密封圈与防尘盖之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件,密封件本体附着在密封圈上,密封件本体延伸出三个密封唇过盈接触在防尘盖内表面。密封件本体延伸出的密封唇阻挡在防尘盖的外表面处,因此通过三道防尘唇口,可以有效地防止灰尘进入轴承内部。“L” 形的防尘盖与“L” 形的密封圈互相叠加在一起后,这样形成一个矩形的空间,可以用来放置密封件。组合式的密封结构,通过唇口过盈配合,可以减少漏脂率,降低摩擦力矩,减少汽车能耗。
作为优选,所述的内圈与外圈的另一端的密封圈上集成有磁性编码器。将ABS系统中的磁性编码器与组合式密封圈集成,可以减少整个轮毂轴承单元的体积占用。
作为优选,所述的内圈分体为对称设置的两个。内圈为对称设置的两个,其在双列圆锥滚子的内外端处开有槽体,可以容留润滑脂,避免双列圆锥滚子在滚动时磨损内圈。
因此,本实用新型将外圈与法兰集成为一体,增加了连接强度,并且在内圈与外圈之间组装密封圈与防尘盖,密封件位于密封圈、防尘盖的矩形空腔内,通过唇口过盈配合,可以减少漏脂率,降低摩擦力矩,减少汽车能耗,结构简单、合理。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:本例的一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元,如图1、图2,有内圈1与外圈2,内圈分体为对称设置的两个,外圈上设有连接法兰5,连接法兰上开有螺栓孔,连接法兰与外圈整体制成。内圈与外圈之间设有保持架3,保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子4,如图3,内圈与外圈的两端端部之间都设有断面为“L”形的密封圈6,其中一端的密封圈6还相对设置有“L” 形的防尘盖7,并且密封圈与防尘盖之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件8,密封件本体附着在密封圈上,密封件本体延伸出三个密封唇过盈接触在防尘盖内表面。内圈与外圈的另一端的密封圈上集成有磁性编码器9。
使用时,装配好内圈1、外圈2、双列圆锥滚子4后,将密封圈6、防尘盖7、密封件8压到内圈1与外圈2端部之间即可。最后将整个双列圆锥滚子轴承装入汽车中即可使用。

1.一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元,包括内圈(1)与外圈(2),内圈与外圈之间设有保持架(3),保持架上设有双列圆锥滚子(4),其特征在于所述的外圈(2)上设有连接法兰(5),连接法兰上开有螺栓孔,连接法兰与外圈整体制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元,其特征在于所述的内圈(1)与外圈(2)的两端端部之间都设有断面为“L”形的密封圈(6),其中一端的密封圈(6)还相对设置有“L” 形的防尘盖(7),并且密封圈与防尘盖之间形成空腔,空腔内设有密封件(8),密封件本体附着在密封圈上,密封件本体延伸出三个密封唇过盈接触在防尘盖内表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元,其特征在于所述的内圈(1)与外圈(2)的另一端的密封圈上集成有磁性编码器(9)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种集成法兰的圆锥滚子轴承单元,其特征在于所述的内圈(1)分体为对称设置的两个。
