背景技术
目前已有汽车前组合灯如图1所示，在配光镜1′前制有承载保险杠2′的两个支撑脚11′，装配时将前保险杠卡入两个支撑脚之间，车辆行驶时会有很强的振动，因而整灯与前保险杠的振动受力均在配光镜上，而配光镜与底壳3′的连接采用密封胶软体4′连接，当配光镜受力振动会与底壳拉开，从而影响整灯密封效果，导致进水、灰尘，影响灯具的使用性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点，提供一种使配光镜与底壳固定牢靠、振动受力均匀，保证整灯密封性能的汽车前组合灯配光镜固定装置。
本实用新型汽车前组合灯配光镜固定装置的技术方案是：包括前组合灯的底壳，在底壳前安装配光镜，底壳与配光镜连接处通过密封胶相密封，其特征在于所述底壳下部制有固定板，配光镜前端制有安装柱，在固定板前安装前保支架，前保支架与固定板通过螺栓相固定，前保支架的上部通过螺钉与配光镜的安装柱相固定。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车前组合灯配光镜固定装置，如图2-图3所示，包括前组合灯的底壳1，在底壳前安装配光镜2，底壳1与配光镜2连接处通过密封胶3相密封，其特征在于所述底壳1下部制有固定板11，配光镜2前端制有安装柱21，在固定板11前安装前保支架4，前保支架4与固定板11通过螺栓41相固定，前保支架4的上部通过螺钉42与配光镜2的安装柱21相固定。在底壳1的下部制有固定板11，固定板11的前端安装前保支架4，前保支架4与固定板11通过螺栓41紧固，在配光镜2的前端制有安装柱21，前保支架4的上端与安装柱21通过螺钉42紧固，底壳1与配光镜2通过前保支架4固定连接，连接牢靠，使车辆行驶振动时，灯具整体得到受力，受力均匀，使配光镜2与底壳1不易被拉开，从而保证配光镜与底壳连接处的密封效果。所述前保支架4上安装前保险杠5。安装时只要将保险杠5挂在前保支架4上，安装方便、牢靠。

1.汽车前组合灯配光镜固定装置，包括前组合灯的底壳(1)，在底壳前安装配光镜(2)，底壳(1)与配光镜(2)连接处通过密封胶(3)相密封，其特征在于所述底壳(1)下部制有固定板(11)，配光镜(2)前端制有安装柱(21)，在固定板(11)前安装前保支架(4)，前保支架(4)与固定板(11)通过螺栓(41)相固定，前保支架(4)的上部通过螺钉(42)与配光镜(2)的安装柱(21)相固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车前组合灯配光镜固定装置，其特征在于所述前保支架(4)上安装前保险杠(5)。
