本实用新型的目的在于针对现有动车组转向架齿轮箱与反作用拉杆之间的柔性支承，以及车辆的振动性和舒适性，提供了一种结构简单合理、柔性好、疲劳寿命高的动车组转向架用弹性套组成。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种动车组转向架用弹性套组成，所述的弹性套组成安装在齿轮箱反作用拉杆两端，该弹性套组成包括外套、内套、内层橡胶和外层橡胶，内层橡胶和外层橡胶之间设置有隔板，内外双层层橡胶与外套、内套和隔板硫化为一体的弹性体结构，所述的外套的外侧两端设置为15℃的斜坡。

工作时，使用条件为：温度最大变化值为40℃。性能试验如下：
