本实用新型涉及轮胎硫化成型模具的附件结构,具体是一种安装在轮胎成型模具的排气孔中的轮胎模具排气套。
背景技术
在橡胶轮胎的成型模具上通常要设置多个排气孔,以保证原料在模具中顺利成型。现有技术中,在排气孔中通常安置一个不锈钢的排气套,该排气套为一个简单的筒体,在轮胎成型过程中少量胶料会从排气套处溢出,使最终成型的轮胎产品表面产生沿圆周分布的柱状毛边,一方面这会增加轮胎的制造的材料消耗,另一方面对毛边的修剪也增加了加工工时,降低了生产效率,修剪时也容易对轮胎表面造成损伤。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够安装在轮胎模具的排气孔中,并可避免在轮胎表面产生毛边的轮胎模排气套。
本实用新型的轮胎模具排气套包括有外套体和穿在外套体内孔中的芯柱;芯柱前、后两端伸出外套体,芯柱前端设置有封堵头,封堵头与外套体内孔前端设置有相互配合的封闭锥面;芯柱后端伸出外套体的实体部分被压扁为扁平状的挡片,挡片的宽度大于外套体内孔后端的直径;芯柱外围套有一个压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧前后两端分别压的封堵头内侧和外套体内孔中的台阶上,弹簧力可使芯柱向前移动并将上述封堵头打开。
本实用新型使用在轮胎模具上,替代原有的不锈钢气孔套,在轮胎成型的排气阶段,模具内的气体可以正常排出,而当胶料充满模具后又可阻止胶料从排气孔外溢,从而避免了在轮胎表面产生毛边,提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该轮胎模具排气套包括有外套体1和穿在外套体内孔中的芯柱2;芯柱前、后两端伸出外套体,芯柱前端设置有封堵头3,封堵头与外套体内孔前端设置有相互配合的封闭锥面4;芯柱2后端伸出外套体的实体部分被压扁为扁平状的挡片5,挡片的宽度大于外套体内孔后端的直径。其制造过程中,芯柱2后端未压扁前先从外套体内孔前端穿入,芯柱后端从外套体后端伸出后,通过模具将其压扁,形成挡片5,从而可限制芯柱再向前退出。芯柱外围套有一个压缩弹簧6,压缩弹簧前后两端分别压的封堵头3内侧和外套体内孔中的台阶7上,弹簧力可使芯柱向前移动并将上述封堵头打开。
本实用新型使用过程中,被安置在轮胎模具8的排气孔9中,在轮胎成型过程中,在排气阶段,在压缩弹簧6的作用下,封堵头3被打开,模腔内的气体可以经过外套体的内孔向外排出;当排气结束,胶料充满模腔后,胶料会压动芯柱2前端的封堵头3克服弹簧力向后移动,将封闭面关闭,使胶料无法溢出,因而不会在轮胎表面形成毛边。

1.一种轮胎模具排气套,包括有外套体(1)和穿在外套体内孔中的芯柱(2);芯柱前、后两端伸出外套体,芯柱前端设置有封堵头(3),封堵头与外套体内孔前端设置有相互配合的封闭锥面(4);其特征是:芯柱(2)后端伸出外套体的实体部分被压扁为扁平状的挡片(5),挡片的宽度大于外套体内孔后端的直径,其制造过程中,芯柱(2)后端未压扁前先从外套体内孔前端穿入,芯柱后端从外套体后端伸出后,通过模具将其压扁,形成挡片(5),从而可限制芯柱再向前退出;芯柱外围套有一个压缩弹簧(7),压缩弹簧前后两端分别压的封堵头(3)内侧和外套体内孔中的台阶(8)上,弹簧力可使芯柱向前移动并将上述封堵头打开。
