背景技术
汽车缸盖罩在生产过程中，一般都是通过注塑模整体注塑而成，现有的汽车缸盖罩模具在生产缸盖罩过程中，由于结构原因，在注塑过程中，尾部会积聚少量的气体，注塑料不易进入尾部，从而导致产品尾部的厚度与整体产品的厚度存在不均匀问题。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车缸盖罩模具，本实用新型有效解决了缸盖罩在注塑生产过程中，由于模具尾部聚结一些气体，注塑料进入尾部有一定的困难，从而导致产品的尾部厚度较薄，降低了产品的品质问题。

一种汽车缸盖罩模具，包括固定底座（1），固定底座（3）上设置有与进缸盖罩形状、尺寸相匹配的型腔（2），其特征在于：所述型腔（2）尾部设置有排气装置（3）。

所述排气装置（3）包括固定块（31）、排气管（32）以及气帽（33），固定块（31）上设置有排气孔（34），排气孔（34）与排气管（32）相连通，气帽（33）设置于排气管（32）尾端，排气装置（3）通过固定块（31）与固定底座（1）固定连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有明显优点，本实用新型在注塑模具尾部加设排气装置，在注塑过程中，通过排气装置将模具型腔内的气体排出，从而提高缸盖罩在注塑过程中的厚度均匀性，提高产品的质量。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括固定底座1，固定底座1上设置有与进缸盖罩形状、尺寸相匹配的型腔2，所述型腔2尾部设置有三个排气装置3，所述排气装置3包括固定块31、排气管32以及气帽33，固定块31上设置有排气孔34，排气孔34与排气管32相连通，气帽33设置于排气管32尾端，排气装置3通过固定块31与固定底座1固定连接。
