本发明涉及一种可特别适用于柔性容器的传送星形轮和一种冷却柔性容器的方法。
背景技术
众所周知,在柔性容器的生产和填充部门中,迫切需要尽可能在最短的时间内传送和冷却先前成型的柔性容器。
通常,柔性容器包括一个一般由聚乙烯材料制成的袋体和一个可供装盛于柔性容器中的物品,如酒、果汁或其他饮料等流出的管道。
此类柔性容器的成型方式为:首先提供一个设有开口的袋体,然后将管道的一部分插入袋体的开口中,并通过密封将管道稳定组接于袋体上。
尤其,密封操作会牵涉到袋体开口的边缘且是通过加热装置完成的,这会导致开口边缘自身的局部融化,并使得开口边缘粘结于管道已插入袋体中的部分上。
柔性容器生产和填充部门亟待解决的一个问题是:冷却已密封部位,以防止袋体材料的结晶,改善袋体材料的机械性能。
其次,还需要尽可能在最短的时间内完成冷却操作,以避免任何对生产流程效率的不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是消除上述各种缺陷,提供一种可特别适用于柔性容器的传送星形轮和一种冷却柔性容器的方法,该冷却方法不会对柔性容器加工线的生产造成任何不利影响。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种冷却柔性容器的方法,该冷却方法可优化生产流程。
本发明的再一个目的是通过合理、可靠、经济的技术方案去获取前述各技术效果。
上述各目的完全可通过本发明的可特别适用于柔性容器的传送星形轮和冷却柔性容器的方法来实现,本发明由下述各权利要求的内容界定。

请特别参照图1,本发明传送星形轮1包括一个转台2,转台2设有若干可承载柔性容器或袋体的操作台3,每个操作台3设有可夹持柔性容器的装置。
尤其,转台2整体组装于一个旋转支撑轴5上。
在本发明一个全新、独创的实施方式中,传送星形轮1设有冷却柔性容器先前密封部位的冷却装置。
在最佳实施方式中,冷却袋体先前密封部位的冷却装置包括一对钳头9、10,钳头9、10能相向运动,并可接触袋体待冷却的密封部位。
上述冷却装置还包括一个可将冷却液输送至钳头9、10上的输送管6,一个可供冷却液回流的回流管7,以及一个可在冷却液和钳头9、10热交换后排出冷却液的排出管8。

一个冷却柔性容器先前密封部位的冷却装置,所述冷却装置设有至少一对可夹持柔性容器先前密封部位的钳头(9,10),
其特征在于:所述冷却柔性容器先前密封部位的冷却装置设有至少一个可将冷却液输送至钳头(9,10)中至少一个上的输送管(6),至少一个可供冷却液自所述钳头(9,10)回流的回流管(7);和至少一个可供冷却液在和钳头(9,10)中至少一个热交换后排出的排出管(8)。

11.如权利要求1所述的传送星形轮,其特征在于:所述输送管(6)和回流管(7)直接导接于至少一个所述钳头(9,10)上。
12.一种用权利要求1至11中任一项所述传送星形轮冷却柔性容器的方法,其包括以下步骤:
在柔性容器的第一成型、密封台的输出端收集柔性容器;和
将柔性容器从第一成型、密封台传送至第二加工台;
其特征在于:该冷却方法还包括在柔性容器传送过程中对其同时强制冷却的步骤,所述强制冷却通过与冷却液间的间接热交换实现。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于:所述冷却液为温度范围在12℃至20℃之间的水。
