Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的盘式制动器,特别是用于商用车的气动操纵的盘式制动器,包括:一制动钳和一用于压紧制动器的压紧装置,该压紧装置具有一第一构件如扭杆,该第一构件借助于一滚针轴承(1)可活动地支承在一第二构件如制动钳上,其特征在于,所述内圈(3)构成为由塑料制成的轴承保持架,其侧向地包围一作为外支承的扁平的薄片环。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的用于汽车的盘式制动器,特别是用于商用车的气动操纵的盘式制动器。
背景技术
根据本专利申请的申请人的产品名称SB6和SB7以及SN6和SN7,同类型的盘式制动器以各种实施形式公知。本发明特别适合于在这种制动器上使用,但原理上也适合于在其他类型的盘式制动器使用,其中可活动的第一制动构件的特别是偏心支承的扭杆在另一个制动构件的支承借助一圆弧形的滚针轴承实现。在此把不封闭的环称为外圈和内圈而不是制动构件,它们在圆的一部分上弧形地延伸。
为了可相互相对活动地支承制动构件,具有外圈、内圈和一组滚针的滚针轴承或滚子轴承证明是有效的。特别地,对于制造这种滚针轴承的相对较高的成本费用提出优化的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,解决上述问题。
本发明通过权利要求1的主题达到上述目的。
对此,内圈设计为由塑料制成的轴承保持架,其U形地包围一作为外支承的“扁平的”薄片环。因为外圈由金属片制成,其除了功能元件如凸起部等可在唯一的弯曲过程中以简单的方法制造,并且因为由塑料制成的内圈承担侧向的保持架壁的作用,该内圈可以成本低廉的方式例如作为注塑件制造,所以在功能与现有技术相比还至少保持相同或甚至改进的情况下降低滚针轴承的制造成本并由此降低盘式制动器的制造成本。与此相对地,按现有技术外圈制成具有两个侧向的保持架壁的弧形板,所述保持架壁仅仅可以借助于成本高的和昂贵的制造过程安装在所采用的非常硬的金属片上。与上述的期望相反,不同的是侧向的保持架边界的功能转移到由塑料制成的内环上。
有利的构造从从属权利要求中得出。

具体实施方式
图1示出一用于在此而没有示出的盘式制动器,其特别可用于将扭杆支承在例如盘式制动器的制动钳上,如它例如根据产品名称SN6或SN7或者以类似的结构型式例如由DE4204307A(参见那里的滚子轴承)或DE19731696A公知。对于在此没有进一步讨论的盘式制动器的结构全文引用所述文献。
在图1示出的滚针或滚子轴承1具有圆弧形的外圈2和配属的内圈3,在它们之间这样地设置一组滚针4,使得外圈2可相对于内圈3活动地滚动支承。
内圈3由塑料制成并且设有两个垂直于内圈向外定向的侧向的保持架壁5(也参见图2),所述保持架壁5朝外圈2的方向延伸并且侧向地U形地包围所述外圈。
也参见图3,外圈2由扁平的金属片制成,该金属片被弯成圆柱形段或被弯成圆弧形。它在其两侧具有两个侧向的凹口6、7,内圈的保持架壁5嵌入到所述凹口中,其中凹口6、7具有这样的长度,使得内圈在外圈2的凹口中有限活动地导引,从而凹口6、7一方面以简单的方式承担限制活动的止挡的功能,另一方面外圈2在内圈3上良好地导引并且保持在安装位置中。
固定装置如凸起部8和/或孔9将内圈3和/或外圈2固定在相应配属的、可相互相对活动地支承的构件如盘式制动器的制动钳和扭杆(未示出)上。
由塑料制成的内圈3具有多个空隙状的用于容纳各两个滚针4的腔10。相反地,由片材制成的外圈2由金属片制成,该金属片除了凸起部9可只在唯一的弯曲过程中以简单的方式制成,从而按本发明的滚针轴承与公知的滚针轴承相比可明显成本低廉地制造而不影响任一个功能。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于汽车的盘式制动器,特别是用于商用车的气动操纵的盘式制动器,包括:
a)一制动钳,以及
b)一在制动钳中设置的压紧装置,用于压紧制动器,
c)其中压紧装置具有一第一构件优选一扭杆,该第一构件借助于一滚针轴承(1)可活动地支承在一第二构件如制动钳上,该滚针轴承具有一组滚针(4)、一外圈(2)和一内圈(3),
d)其中外圈(2)和内圈(3)具有一圆弧段形的几何形状,
其特征在于,
e)内圈(3)构成为由塑料制成的轴承保持架,其U形地包围一作为外支承的薄片环。
2.按照权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述内圈(3)设有两个垂直于内圈向外定向的侧向的保持架壁(5),所述保持架壁朝外圈(2)的方向延伸并且侧向地包围该外圈。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述外圈(2)由扁平的金属片制成,该金属片被弯成圆弧形。
4.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述外圈(2)在相对的两侧上具有侧向的凹口(6、7),内圈(3)的保持架壁(5)嵌入到所述凹口中。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述凹口(6、7)具有这样的长度,使得内圈在外圈(2)的凹口中可有限活动地导引,从而凹口(6、7)承担限制活动的止挡的功能。
