Abstract
本发明是有关于一种轨道传送车,特别是用于在轨道上方、其内或其上的加工站之间传送一工件架上方、其内或其上的被加工工件,该轨道传送车带有运动部件,例如车轮,其以燃料电池作为运动部件的动力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种轨道传送车,尤其是用于通过运动部件,例如滚轮在轨道上方、轨道内或轨道上的加工站之间传送一工件支架上方、其内或者其上的待加工的工件,其具有运动部件,例如车轮。
背景技术
在加工工业中应用到传送系统,该系统由一个在其上设有多个车的轨道索组成,这些车将工件传送到一系列前后排列的加工站点上。该轨道索是一个封闭的系统,其借助转向器将车导入支轨道索,并将其返回主轨道索。还设置了提升装置,其能够将车导入在不同高度设置的各支轨道索,例如,以跨接内驱动车道。在DE 43 05 347 A中描述了一个这样的系统的例子,该种轨道传送车的描述见DE 195 06 670 A。
至今公知的轨道传送车要么通过固定在轨道索上的电流导体和摩擦接触器取电,有些也通过滚动接触取电,要么自备电流储存器(电池和/或超级电容器),电流储存器必须时常在充电站重新充电。
如果要求在非常干净的环境(清洁室)内传送工件,则不能采用摩擦接触或者滚动接触来传递电能,因为它们污染空气。在每个轨道传送车里用电池驱动也有缺点,就是所谓的“记忆效果”,其表现为定期的部分放电,并导致储存在电池里的能量实际上只有一部分可以使用。储存在超级电容器里的能量以电容量测量,其重量较低,这使得轨道传送车到下一个装卸站的距离必须相对地小,这样剩余的能量够这段距离使用。这种系统的结果是必须配备许多装卸站,相应地承担较高费用。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是改进轨道传送车的驱动。
该任务的解决方案是用燃料电池作为运动元件的动力。
通过为轨道传送车提供既不污染空气又没有上述不期望的使用部分能源的效应的能源,可以克服上述系统的上述缺点。燃料电池满足这个条件。关于电池的功能这里不涉及。所有使用酒精和氢气作为能源载体的都可以,在一种情况下会产生水蒸汽和少量的二氧化碳和一氧化碳,在其他情况下只有水蒸汽。
轨道传送车带有一个气罐,在气罐站点通过与气罐接管自动对接充以上面提到的能源载体。在另外一种实施形式中,排空的接触气罐在一气罐站自动地从车上卸下,并将一只装有酒精或者氢气的接触气罐换上。当气罐电子监测装置测出的能源量达到运行所确定的能源测量值的时候,就应该添加燃料或者更换轨道传送车的接触气罐。新系统的另外一个优势就是,轨道传送车罐或者轨道传送车接触气罐里储存的能量与同体积的电池或者超级电容器里的能源相比要超过好几倍。这样就显著地提升了功能自动化,相应的结果是明显地减少了装载次数以及气罐站的减少。
构成整个传送系统的轨道索以及系统的其它组成部件,如凸轮、转向器、提升装置、定位装置等,与在“现有技术”中描述的一样,没有改变。
Claims (2)
1、一种轨道传送车,尤其是用于在轨道上方、其内或其上的加工站之间传送工件支架上方、其内或者其上的待加工工件的轨道传送车,其具有运动部件,例如车轮,其特征在于,将燃料电池作为运动部件的动力。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轨道传送车,其特征在于其中所述的燃料电池带有一用于与一能源联接的罐。
