Abstract

Description

用于制造电感应线圈的半自动系统
技术领域
本发明的应用领域为用于发动机和变压器的线圈的制造,尤其地,用于大型设备,更具体而言是使用高电压的系统。
背景技术
大型电气设备的感应线圈的制造有很多来自于所使用的材料和尺寸方面的复杂因素,意味着,构造和装配过程基本上需要由手工完成。
线圈的形状必须在开始时设定且导线必须合适以使线圈有合适的匝数,且各层有合适的匝数,以满足用于所要安装的设备的线圈所需要的特性。
由于作用在导线上的张力通常很大,导线受损扭曲结果导致线圈的形状扭曲。同样地,各匝的位置需要利用手工工具,槌,楔等来校准,意味着整个过程是纯手工的。
迄今没有已知系统与本发明相似,本发明通过替代通常用于高压系统的大型设备的线圈中最费力的手工技术,能够避免布置线圈以及校准各匝的过程。
发明内容
本发明提出的制造大型电感应线圈的半自动系统包括:绕线台,具有双重压力系统的铰链头,用于进给电缆的自动设备,要被卷绕的导线卷轴组,及可编程控制面板。
绕线台包括其上置有适应所制造的线圈尺寸的缓冲器和模具的板。利用安装在绕线台上的液压系统推动一组窄条,该绕线台能抬起线圈,一次完成。手动夹具被安置以保持线圈处于其最终尺寸。这些操作完成之后,线圈被从台上抬起传递到下一个工序一“敷裹线圈”:联接各层因此各层可以保持它们的形状,使得线圈在接下来的处理中更加刚硬。
系统的压头安装在一个旋转臂上,该旋转臂紧固在固定到地上的垂直支架上。在作用于绕线台和导线的尾端,压头具有两组轴/轮以配合用导线形成线圈。
具有垂直轴的液压轮保证在卷绕工序中进入的电缆长度正确,施加压力是为了保持线圈的矩形形状和圆形的边角。轮子用专门的塑料制成以避免损坏覆盖在铜导线上的纸张,这些纸张使得线圈匝形成的各层上的铜导线彼此绝缘。轮子作用于电缆的压力通过尾端连接到旋转臂的液压缸和垂直支架调节,且轮子连接了一个不管旋转臂的位置在何处都能保持均匀压力的液压油机构。
具有水平轴的一组气压轮用于保持线圈平坦,且其具有调节气压缸的装置。
这两组轮子的动作使得压头加压并形成各匝,此外当它们进入线圈时记录它们的每一个,以便通过测量压力轮的位置并将它和应有的理论值相比较,在制造的同时就知道了线圈的实际尺寸。因此,通过遵循预先编程的目标标准,该系统可以停止工序以便操作员对线圈执行任何必要的工作,或者只是通知操作员和理论值的偏差。为了接近所述的值,操作员可以停止卷绕工序以手工插入垫料,并依此达到最终的理论尺寸。
自动电缆进料器是安装在轨道上的一组夹具,因此,当电缆进入时进料器随着机器运动,意味着进料器总是形成压头的液压轮的切线。
控制系统包括具有触摸屏界面的自动装置和用来保证机器操作员安全的手动控制面板。自动装置连续地控制系统的全部功能,绕线台的转动,压头机构的推动,旋转臂的运动和进料器的位置。可以利用含有输入数据(关于要制造的线圈和控制所述制造的系统参数的信息)的计算机来输入文本文件并利用本地网络来输出输出数据(工序信息)。记录的输出数据包括:已加工线圈的实际尺寸,卷绕时间,编程的停止次数,绕线台的启动次数,警报。
这样就在工序间建立了联系。
本发明涉及制造大型电感应线圈的半自动系统,包括:依靠向线圈各匝施加必要压力的铰链头作业且由拉紧和进给导线的系统辅助的制造线圈的台子。所有这些被一个远程编程系统依次控制,该系统中要制造的线圈属性的相关命令被输入。
本发明明显的作用在于相当大地改进了当前的制造工序,由于不再需要如压制线圈的工作,使得制造周期更短,因此所需要的线圈尺寸获得了更大的精度。
而且,利用此方法来调节和控制导线的机械张力,避免了拉长或扭曲导线的危险,因此生产出了更高质量的线圈。

具体实施方式
参照附图,可以看出本发明的外观和其他的特征。
图1显示了制造大型电感应线圈的半自动系统的不同组件的布局。有一个区域排列了用于线圈进料的不同的导线卷轴6。待卷绕的导线离开卷轴,并沿安装在轨道7上的自动进料器5被引导。
导线以跟压头的调节轮相切的方式从进料器5向着压头2移动。压头被安装在一个臂上,图中显示了它的工作位置2和休止位置4。通过支架3的旋转,压头从一个位置变换到另一个位置,因此,压部的尾端就被释放用于在绕线台1上作业。
绕线台1包括其上安置了适于要制造的线圈尺寸的缓冲器和模具的板。利用安装在绕线台上的一组被液压系统推动的窄条9,该绕线台能抬起线圈,一次完成。
整个系统被控制单元8控制,控制单元提供以下测量:处理中的线圈的匝数,卷绕时间,编程的停止次数,绕线台的启动次数及警报。
在线圈生产的过程中,对照线圈的理论位置,也具有压头2的实际位置,当两者的差需要手工垫料时停止加工。
在图2中详细显示的压头用于定位导线的匝。为了达到上述目的,其具有调节高度和保证线圈的各层是平坦的垂直压力轮10。所述压力轮根据它们各自气压系统12是如何编程的来保持压力。为了保证进入线圈的电缆组始终与垂直压力轮接触,这些垂直压力轮具有两个附于它们并与所述进入的电缆组接触的辅助水平盘。
压头有一个水平压力轮11对着导线加压,在一层的最上面立即形成匝,因此达到线圈的精确形状。水平压力轮执行工作时具有的压力被液压缸12调节。
为了帮助保持导线的张力和在其进入线圈工序时预设定角度,提供一电缆进料器,如图3所示。图中可见,导线13被进料器的后滚柱接收,并沿着夹具系统14导向出口滚柱15,以便在该端以此方式与压头的水平轮相切。
进料器安置在轨道16上,该轨道允许导线在需要被卷绕时离开,如同上面所述。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于制造大型电感应线圈的半自动系统,其特征在于,其包括安装在支架(3)上并绕其旋转的压头(2,4),并且其具有作用于要卷绕的导线上的一组垂直轮(10)和一水平轮(11),从而无需手工劳动就能完全地形成匝。
2、如权利要求1所述的用于制造大型电感应线圈的半自动系统,其特征在于,进料器(5)的动作避免了要卷绕的导线的牵引张力,从而避免了拉长导线的风险。
3、如前述权利要求所述的用于制造大型电感应线圈的半自动系统,其特征在于,控制单元(8)的预先编程的命令被传送给在垂直轮(10)和水平轮(11)上保持合适压力的液压部分(12),这样避免了压制工序且线圈的各匝正确地定位。
4、如前述权利要求所述的用于制造大型电感应线圈的半自动系统,其特征在于,通过在控制单元(8)中预先编程的命令,线圈的形状和位于形成线圈的各层中的匝数被提供,通过压头(2)的水平轮(11)的位置监控所述系统,以便当偏离期望的理论值时,可以在必要时使用垫料以提供预先设定的形状。
