Abstract
El sistema semi-automático para la fabricacion de bobinas de induccion eléctrica de gran tamano, está formado por una mesa de fabricacion de bobinas sobre la que se actua mediante un cabezal articulado que confiere la presion precisa a cada una de las espiras de la bobina y que se ayuda de un sistema de tension y guiado del conductor, controlándose mediante un sistema programado remoto en el que se introducen, en funcion de las características del bobinado a fabricar, las ordenes oportunas. Dicho sistema permite disminuir el tiempo de ciclo de fabricacion pues elimina tareas que actualmente se realizan de forma manual, tales como control de las dimensiones y el prensado de bobinas, consiguiendo además mayor precision en el tamano requerido para las bobinas. Este proceso regula y controla la tension mecánica del conductor, evitando el riesgo de alargamientos y deformaciones del mismo, disponiendo así de bobinas de mejora calidad.
