Abstract
Description
本発明は、大型の電気誘導コイルを製造するための半自動式システムに関し、コイルの各巻回部に必要な圧力を印加する多関節ヘッドによって動作させ、導電体を固定及び供給するシステムにより補助される、コイル製造用のテーブルからなる。この全体は順次、製造すべきコイルの特性に関する適切な命令が入力された遠隔でプログラムされたシステムにより制御される。
本発明が提案する、大型の電気誘導コイルを製造するための半自動式システムは、コイリングテーブル、2つの加圧システムを持つ多関節ヘッド、ケーブルを供給する自動装置、巻回すべき導電体のリール対、及びプログラム可能な制御パネルからなる。

上記コイルの成長過程において常に加圧ヘッド(2)の現在位置と理論位置とを比較し、マニュアルで隙間を埋めるパッド材が必要な誤差が発生した場合には停止する。
Claims (4)
- 大型の電気誘導コイルを製造するための半自動式システムであって、
支持体(3)まわりに回動可能に取り付けられた加圧ヘッド(2,4)を有し、
前記支持体は、巻回部の成形が手作業によらずに完了するように、巻回すべき導電体に作用する垂直ホイール(10)と水平ホイール(11)の対を有することを特徴とするシステム。 - フィーダ(5)は、巻回すべき導電体の牽引による張力を回避して、導電体の伸張を回避するように作動することを特徴とする請求項1のシステム。
- 制御ユニット(8)の予めプログラムされた命令は、加圧処理を不要としつつコイルの巻回部の各々が正確に位置決めされるように、前記垂直ホイール(10)及び前記水平ホイール(11)に適切な加圧力を保持する油圧部品(12)に対して転送されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニット(8)の予めプログラムされた命令によって、前記コイルの形状と当該コイルを形成する各層に配置される巻回部の数の両方が、要求される理論値から逸脱したときに予めプログラムされた形状にするために必要に応じてパッド材が使用できるように、前記システムを監視する前記ヘッド(2)の水平ホイール(11)の位置によって与えられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項のシステム。
