Claims (4)

1. Полуавтоматическая система для производства крупных индукционных электрических катушек, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит прессующую головку (2 и 4), смонтированную на опоре (3) и выполненную с возможностью поворота вокруг нее, причем указанная опора имеет комплект вертикальных колес (10) и горизонтальное колесо (11), которые осуществляют наматывание провода, так что его витки идеально сформированы без необходимости ручной работы.
2. Полуавтоматическая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что механизмом подачи (5) устранено натяжение в наматываемом проводе и таким образом предотвращен риск его растяжения.
3. Полуавтоматическая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что заранее запрограммированную команду блока управления (8) подают на гидравлические компоненты (12), которые поддерживают заданное давление, создаваемое вертикальными (10) и горизонтальным (11) колесами, так что благодаря точному расположению каждого витка катушки исключена необходимость их прессования.
4. Полуавтоматическая система по любому из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что при помощи заранее запрограммированной команды блока управления (8) получены форма катушки и количество витков в каждом из слоев, формирующих катушку, причем положение горизонтального колеса (11) головки (2), контролирует указанную систему, так что в случае отклонения от ожидаемого расчетного значения при необходимости получения запрограммированной формы может быть вручную введен наполнитель.
