Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚动组件。该滚动组件被优选地设计成在童车中使用，不过已证明，该滚动组件在家用和工业领域内的其它应用中也是有利的。
背景技术
公知由具有装配到其上的双轮的支承件制成的滚动组件，作为双轮的所述两个轮子通过连接到所述支承件上的轮轴而彼此相连。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于包括双轮的滚动组件，该滚动组件的特征在于其简化的组成省略了按照传统布置固定连接所述两个轮子的轮轴。
用于这一目的的支承件具有圆形开口，设置在每个轮子一侧处的圆形心轴从每一侧插入到所述圆形开口中，所述心轴由此而固定地彼此相连。
为了防止这些心轴与所述支承件的所述开口的外周在轮子转动期间直接摩擦，已经预见到在所述外周上布置诸如自润滑衬套的轴承。
上述轮子心轴将是轴向中空的，从而大大地降低了重量，并且在看到轮子在没有连接它们的轮轴的状态下转动时，会产生令人吃惊的印象。

具体实施方式
根据附图，作为本发明目的的滚动组件包括支承件1，该支承件1被例如装配到童车的腿2上，并具有圆形开口3，在该圆形开口3的外周上布置有轴承4，诸如由尼龙或其它自润滑材料制成的衬套。
设置在每个轮子7和8的一侧处的圆柱心轴5和6插入到所述开口3中，所述心轴被布置成这样，即，它们彼此相对布置(图4)并通过延伸穿过设置在所述心轴内的横向孔9和10的螺钉或铆钉而彼此固定地连接。
为了防止轮子的侧边与支承件的侧边直接摩擦，轮子7和8可设有自润滑垫圈11和12，所述自润滑垫圈与由轴承4的U形部分确定的横向凸缘13和14接触。
该滚动组件可配备有悬挂装置15以及制动元件(未示出)。

Claims (4)

1、一种滚动组件，该滚动组件包括其上装配有双轮的支承件，所述滚动组件的特征在于，所述支承件(1)具有圆形开口(3)，设置在每个轮子(7，8)一侧处的圆形心轴(5，6)从每一侧插入到所述圆形开口(3)中，所述心轴由此而固定地彼此相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的滚动组件，其特征在于，在所述支承件(1)的所述圆形开口(3)的外周上布置有轴承(4)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的滚动组件，其特征在于，所述轴承(4)由自润滑衬套构成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的滚动组件，其特征在于，所述心轴(5，6)是轴向中空的。
