背景技术
转向节是汽车转向桥上的主要零件之一,转向节的功用是承受汽车前部载荷,支承并带动前轮绕主销转动而使汽车转向。在汽车行驶状态下,它承受着多变的冲击载荷,因此,要求其具有很高的强度。影响有二点,一、结构不够紧凑,二、强度不够。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型紧固型刚性转向节,包括:转向节本体;轮毂盘,所述轮毂盘套设在所述转向节本体的前端;螺母,所述螺母设置在所述转向节本体的前端;轴承,所述轴承设置在所述轮毂盘套与所述转向节本体之间;以及螺栓,所述螺栓设置在所述轮毂盘套的两端。所述轴承的数量为两个。 
本实用新型紧固型刚性转向节改变原有结构增加自身强度,解决了强度问题,提高安全系数。且实际使用性高,适应性强。

轮毂盘,所述轮毂盘套设在所述转向节本体的前端;
螺母,所述螺母设置在所述转向节本体的前端;
轴承,所述轴承设置在所述轮毂盘套与所述转向节本体之间;以及
螺栓,所述螺栓设置在所述轮毂盘套的两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧固型刚性转向节,其特征在于,所述轴承的数量为两个。
