车辆用灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用灯具。详细说就是涉及在通过光照熔接而将壳体和覆盖其前面的透明罩接合而成的车辆用灯具中进行可靠熔接的技术。
背景技术
在车辆用灯具中有将覆盖壳体前面的透明罩通过照射激光等光线而熔接在壳体上的光照熔接技术。光照熔接的壳体与透明罩的接合有许多热板熔接、超声波熔接、粘接等其他接合技术所没有的优点。
但为了通过光照熔接而可靠地接合就需要在进行光线照射期间将壳体的熔接面与透明罩的熔接面贴紧,至少需要使两者熔接面之间的间隙在0.1mm以下。
为了使壳体与透明罩的熔接面之间具有0.1mm以下间隙地接近并贴紧,就要在壳体和透明罩的射出成型时正确进行模具的切削和射出条件设定等。
但实际上使射出成型后的收缩、翘曲、变形等完全没有是困难的,是存在有具有0.1mm以上间隙的部位,在这些部分出现熔接不良。
于是尝试在进行光线照射时将壳体固定,并通过夹具将透明罩向壳体侧按压,通过外力使产生强制变形来将两者熔接面之间贴紧。
如上述通过夹具将透明罩向壳体侧按压,通过外力使透明罩产生强制变形的尝试中,在壳体和透明罩大部分的部位能使两者熔接面之间的间隙是0.1mm以下,但在对于熔接面法线方向使方向急剧变化的部分,该部分的刚性高,所以即使通过夹具进行按压也难于使两者熔接面之间的间隙是0.1mm以下。
发明内容
本发明的课题是,对于具有形成三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状熔接面的透明罩也能使其与壳体熔接面的间隙在0.1mm以下而能可靠地进行光照熔接。
为了解决上述课题,本发明车辆用灯具的透明罩是由弯曲弹性率2000Mpa以上的透明树脂形成的,且具备表面部和面对壳体的内面部,在所述内面部的全周上形成有熔接面,所述熔接面被形成是三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状,且所有连续的面是由对该面法线方向的平面或是曲率半径30mm以上的曲面形成的。
因此,本发明车辆用灯具的透明罩熔接面上没有因形状而刚性极端高的部位。
本发明的车辆用灯具是通过光照熔接而将透明罩和壳体接合的车辆用灯具,所述透明罩是由弯曲弹性率2000Mpa以上的透明树脂形成的,且具备表面部和面对壳体的内面部,在所述内面部的全周上形成有熔接面,所述熔接面被形成是三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状,且所有连续的面是由对该面法线方向的平面或是曲率半径30mm以上的曲面形成的。
因此,本发明车辆用灯具的透明罩熔接面上不存在有形状上刚性高的部分,因此,成型后的状态即使在壳体的熔接面与透明罩的熔接面之间稍微存在有间隙,也能通过从外部向透明罩加压力而使熔接面变形,这样使透明罩的熔接面贴紧在壳体的熔接面上,或是即使有间隙也使该间隙变成0.1mm以下。因此在进行光照熔接时热则充分地传递到壳体的熔接面上而可靠地被熔接。
优选地,所述透明罩上形成所述熔接面部分的壁厚是4mm以下,所以由夹具等将透明罩向壳体方向按压而加外力时容易变形,且使透明罩的熔接面良好地贴紧在壳体的熔接面上。即,使透明罩的熔接面贴紧在壳体的熔接面上,或是即使有间隙也使该间隙变成0.1mm以下。因此在进行光照熔接时热则充分地传递到壳体的熔接面上而可靠地被熔接。
优选地,所述熔接面比与其邻接的部分稍微突出,所以能将与除了透明罩内面部熔接面的以外部分对应的模具面加工成镜面状的研磨时的划分线,放在与熔接面对应的面和与其他部分对应的面之间,提高了研磨作业的作业性。
优选地,所述壳体上形成有与所述透明罩熔接面进行熔接的壳体熔接面,所述壳体熔接面被形成是三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状,且所有构成所述熔接面的连续的面由平面或相对于该面的法线方向曲率半径30mm以上的曲面所形成,因此,具有与壳体熔接面对应的形状的透明罩熔接面容易贴紧在壳体熔接面上,且即使稍微有间隙产生也使该间隙变成0.1mm以下。

以下参照附图说明本发明车辆用灯具的实施例。
车辆用灯具10这样形成,在前面开口的大致容器状的壳体20上接合透明罩30而覆盖该前面的开口,在由壳体20和透明罩30围成的灯具空间11内配置光源灯泡40。
所述透明罩30通过利用照射激光等光线而进行熔接的光照熔接而被接合在壳体20上。
透明罩30由弯曲弹性率2000Mpa以上的透明树脂,例如丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯(PC)等形成,且具备朝向外部的表面部31和面对壳体20的内面部32,在所述内面部32的全周上形成有熔接面33。所述熔接面形成呈三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状,所有构成所述熔接面的连续的面由平面或相对于该面的法线方向曲率半径30mm以上的曲面所形成。(在此,法线方向的概念是为了区分性地针对于熔接面在垂直方向上的急剧而造成对刚性的影响而引入的。当在水平方向上(即平面上看)发生急剧弯曲的情况下,不会影响熔接面间的接触。而当垂直方向看发生急剧弯曲会对结构的刚性带了很大影响,而熔接面不能充分接触。为了排出水平方向上的弯曲,而针对垂直方向的弯曲而提出改进,采用了相对于法线方向30mm以上曲率半径的描述)。透明罩30的形成有熔接面33部分的壁厚1是4mm以下,且熔接面33比其他部分34稍微突出(参照图4的放大部)。之所以将形成熔接面33的部分的壁厚1形成为4mm以下是为了防止形成熔接面33的部分的刚性变高,之所以使熔接面33比其他部分34稍微突出是为了能将与除了透明罩30的内面部32中除熔接面33以外的部分34所对应的模具面加工成镜面而研磨时的划分线形成在与熔接面对应的面和与其他部分对应的面之间,以提高研磨的作业性。
在所述壳体20的开口边缘部上形成大致朝向前方的壳体熔接面21。所述壳体熔接面21被形成是三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状,且所有构成所述熔接面的连续的面由平面或相对于该面的法线方向曲率半径30mm以上的曲面所形成。

首先,将壳体20以其开口面向上的方式放置在未图示的固定夹具上。然后,将透明罩30以使壳体熔接面21与透明罩30的熔接面33面对的方式重合在壳体20上。然后,将施压夹具50重叠在透明罩30上,经由该施压夹具50对透明罩30施加朝向壳体20侧的压力。利用经由所述施压夹具50所施加的压力,使得当透明罩30的熔接面33与壳体的熔接面21之间即使存在极小的形状差,也使透明罩30的熔接面33变形而贴紧在壳体熔接面21上,使熔接面33的整个面贴紧在壳体熔接面21上。即使出现熔接面33与壳体熔接面21没贴紧的部分,其间隙也是在0.1mm以下。
所述施压夹具50整体是由透明材料形成的,或者,至少与透明罩30的熔接面33对应的部分由透明材料形成。
如上所述,利用经由施压夹具50的压力使透明罩30的熔接面33与壳体的熔接面21贴紧,乃至微夹有间隙(0.1mm以下)而接近,在该状态下通过未图示的光线照射部例如激光头将激光等光线透过施压夹具50向壳体熔接面21照射。通过光线照射而使壳体熔接面21成活性(被激励:励起)状态而发热。在壳体20的树脂材料对照射的光线能量吸收性不好的情况下,可以在其熔接面21上涂布或附着对该光线能量吸收性良好的材料。所述透明罩30和施压夹具50的光线透过部的材料则相反,优选对照射的光线能量吸收性不好。
如上,通过光线照射部的光线照射而壳体熔接面21发热,则该发的热向透明罩30的熔接面33(与壳体熔接面21接触的面)传递,两熔接面21、33被一起加热而成互熔状态,在两个熔接面21、33接触的界面处壳体20和透明罩30的树脂材料成为一体。如上这样,透明罩30和壳体20就通过光照熔接而接合成一体。
本发明车辆用灯具即使是大型的透明罩,也可如上述那样至少在熔接面上局部刚性高的部分设定形状以使刚性不会高,使与壳体熔接面的贴紧良好而进行可靠的熔接。
需要对局部刚性高的部分设定形状以使刚性不会高的是在熔接面上,而在其他的部分,例如在图4所示的部分35,在熔接面33以外的部分即使有曲率半径30mm以下的弯曲部分对本发明的效果也没有影响。
另外,在上述实施例和变形例中所示各部的形状和结构都只不过表示是在实施本发明时所进行的具体化一例,这些并不能限定解释本发明的技术范围。

Claims (5)

1、一种车辆用灯具,其通过光照熔接而将透明罩和壳体进行接合而成,其特征在于,
所述透明罩由弯曲弹性率2000Mpa以上的透明树脂形成,并具有表面部和面对壳体的内面部,在所述内面部的全周上形成熔接面,
所述熔接面形成呈三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状,且所有构成所述熔接面的连续的面由平面或相对于该面的法线方向曲率半径30mm以上的曲面所形成。
2、如权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于,
所述透明罩上形成所述熔接面的部分的壁厚是4mm以下。
3、如权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于,
所述熔接面比与其邻接的部分稍稍突出。
4、如权利要求2所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于,
所述熔接面比与其邻接的部分稍微突出。
5、如权利要求1~4任一项所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于,
所述壳体上形成有与所述透明罩的熔接面熔接的壳体熔接面,
所述壳体熔接面形成呈三维曲面状弯曲的闭曲环状,且所有构成所述熔接面的连续的面由平面或相对于该面的法线方向曲率半径30mm以上的曲面所形成。
