Abstract

气囊装置及其盖部件
技术领域
本发明涉及设在汽车等高速移动体上的气囊装置及其盖部件,特别涉及适合应用于副驾驶座用气囊装置的气囊装置及其盖部件。具体而言,本发明涉及具有门部的盖部件和具有该盖部件的气囊装置。
背景技术
副驾驶座气囊装置,设在副驾驶座前方,包括前表面在敞开的外壳、收容在该外壳内的气囊、用于使该气囊膨胀的气体发生器以及覆盖该外壳的前表面的盖部件。该气体发生器进行气体喷出工作时,气囊膨胀,盖部件被气囊挤开而敞开,气囊在车辆室内展开。
作为该盖部件,在特开2002-12116号公报中公开了由合成树脂制的作为盖主体的仪表板和通过振动熔敷固定在该仪表板的内表面的作为衬板兼用连接部件的合成树脂制气囊托架构成的盖部件。该气囊托架与作为外壳的气囊壳体相连。
专利文献1:特开2002-12116号公报
在上述特开2002-12116号公报中,气囊托架包括与上述气囊壳体相连的安装部和固定在仪表板的门部的内表面上的内表面部,该安装部和内表面部通过弯曲成U字形的铰接部由相同的合成树脂成形为一体。认为该铰接部,使门部的打开变得顺畅。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种盖部件和具有该盖部件的气囊装置,所述盖部件,衬板中固定在盖主体的门部上的内表面,在该门部敞开时非常容易打开。
第1发明(技术方案1)的气囊装置的盖部件,具有:盖主体,具有在气囊膨胀时敞开的门部;和衬板,与该盖主体的内表面形成一体;其特征在于,该衬板中,至少铰接部由易弯曲材料构成,所述铰链部在该门部敞开时弯曲。
技术方案2的盖部件,在技术方案1中,其特征在于,上述衬板,具有:与上述盖主体的门部形成一体的第1衬板;和第2衬板,该第2衬板与包围该门部的周围部形成一体,且与该第1衬板分体形成;该第1衬板和第2衬板通过上述易弯曲材料相连。
第2发明(技术方案3)的气囊装置的盖部件,具有:盖主体,具有在气囊膨胀时敞开的门部;和衬板,与该盖主体的内表面形成一体;其特征在于,该衬板,与上述盖主体中的包围该门部的周围部形成一体;并设置了易弯曲材料,上述易弯曲材料固定在该衬板上,并沿着上述门部的内表面伸出,且固定到该门部的内表面上。
技术方案4的盖部件,在技术方案1至3中任一项所述的盖部件中,其特征在于,上述易弯曲材料是网状材料、板材或金属材料。
技术方案5的盖部件,在技术方案1至4中任一项所述的盖部件中,其特征在于,上述盖主体是盖或仪表板。
本发明(技术方案6)的气囊装置,具有前表面敞开的外壳、收容在该外壳内的气囊、用于使该气囊膨胀的气体发生器以及覆盖该外壳的前表面的盖部件,其特征在于,该盖部件是上述本发明的盖部件.
发明效果
在技术方案1气囊的盖部件和使用该盖部件的气囊装置中,因衬板的铰接部由易弯曲材料构成,因而盖主体敞开时,该门部顺畅地打开。
在技术方案2中,固定在盖主体的门部上的第1衬板和固定在盖主体的周缘部上的第2衬板分体形成,并且两者通过易弯曲材料相连。因此,在该盖主体敞开时,门部全然或几乎不承受第1衬板和第2衬板的弯曲阻力,非常顺畅地打开。
在技术方案3中,衬板不固定于盖主体的门部上,仅易弯曲材料固定于盖主体的门部上。因此,在盖主体敞开时,门部不受衬板的弯曲阻力,顺畅地打开。
作为上述易弯曲材料,使用网状材料、板材或金属材料时,门部的打开非常顺畅。
该盖主体是盖及仪表板中任意一个。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对实施方式进行说明,图1是实施方式的副驾驶座用气囊装置的剖视图。其中,图1的右侧为乘员侧,左侧为风挡玻璃侧。
该副驾驶座用气囊装置1,包括俯视图形状大致呈长方形的外壳2、折叠而配置在该外壳2内的气囊3以及用于使气囊3膨胀的大致呈圆柱形的充气机4等。气囊3,通过沿着外壳2的底面的气囊压板3P与外壳2的底部相连。
在覆盖外壳2的上表面侧的开口的仪表板5的内表面,设有开裂开始用撕裂线5a。该撕裂线5a的两侧成为在气囊3膨胀时打开的门部5d、5d,包围门部5d、5d的部分为周围部5s。
衬板10通过振动熔敷等方式固定在该仪表板5的内表面上。该衬板10包括固定在门部5d、5d的内表面上的第1衬板11、11;固定在包围门部5d、5d的周围部5s上的第2衬板12;和从该第2衬板12直立设置的支脚板13。第1衬板11、第2衬板12以及支脚板13是分体形成,在第1衬板11和第2衬板12之间存在间隙。所述第1衬板11、第2衬板12以及支脚板13为合成树脂制。
衬板10还具有用于连接第1衬板11和第2衬板12的易弯曲材料14,该易弯曲材料14由网状材料、合成树脂板、金属薄板等形成,所述网状材料由合成树脂纤维或金属线形成。该易弯曲材料14的一半侧通过埋设等方式固定在第1衬板11中,另一半侧通过埋设等方式固定在第2衬板12中。
另外,如图所示,各第1衬板11的基端侧靠近第2衬板12,其前端侧到达撕裂线5a的边缘部附近。
支脚板13是与仪表板5大致垂直地立起的板形状部件。在支脚板13上设有用于插入后述的安装金属工具20的挂钩部21的开口15。
该安装金属工具20,通过焊接等方式固定在外壳2的风挡玻璃侧和乘员侧的各边缘部上.在安装金属工具20的仪表板5侧的前端部上一体设置了大致呈钩形的挂钩部21.通过将该挂钩部21插入支脚板13的开口15内,使支脚板13与外壳2相连.
在结构如上的气囊装置1中,充气机4进行气体喷出工作时,气囊3膨胀,门部5d、5d沿着撕裂线5a开裂,如箭头θ,门部5d向外侧打开。然后,气囊3在乘员前方膨胀,对乘员进行约束。
门部5d打开时,第1衬板11与门部5d成一体而打开,易弯曲材料14弯曲。由于该易弯曲材料14非常容易弯曲,因而不会成为门部5d打开时的阻力。因此,门部5d非常顺畅地打开。并且,由于第1衬板11和第2衬板12通过易弯曲材料14相连,因而即使很大的应力集中在门部5d和周围部5s之间的连接底部附近,也不会有门部5d飞散的情况。
图2是另一实施方式的气囊装置1A的剖视图。
在该实施方式中,衬板10A省略了第1衬板11,仅由第2衬板12和支脚板13构成。第2衬板12固定在仪表板5的周围部5s的内表面上。
易弯曲材料14A的一半侧通过埋设等方式固定在该第2衬板12中。易弯曲材料14A的另一半侧沿着门部5d的内表面延伸,通过粘接等方式固定在该门部5d的内表面上。
如图所示,易弯曲材料14A、14A的该一半侧埋设在第2衬板12的乘员侧和风挡玻璃侧的各周围部5s、5s侧上,各个易弯曲材料14A的另一半侧延伸至撕裂线5a的附近。
该实施方式的其它结构与图1相同,相同标号表示相同的部分。
在该实施方式中,同样地,充气机4进行工作,门部5d、5d向箭头θ的方向打开。此时,由于易弯曲材料14A容易弯曲,因而门部5d非常顺畅地打开。另外,由于易弯曲材料14A固定在门部5d和周围部5s双方上,因而也不会有门部5d飞散的情况。
上述各个实施方式都是本发明的一个例子,本发明也可以采用图示以外的方式。例如,也可以通过沿着乘员侧的周围部5s设置撕裂线5a,而设置1个门部。当然,也可以设置3个以上的门部,以使门部向3个方向或4个方向打开。
另外,在上述实施方式中,衬板固定在仪表板5上,衬板也可以固定在气囊装置的盖上。

Claims (4)

1.一种气囊装置的盖部件,具有:盖主体,具有在气囊膨胀时敞开的门部;和衬板,与该盖主体的内表面形成一体;其特征在于,
该衬板,与所述盖主体中的包围该门部的周围部形成一体;
并设置了易弯曲材料,所述易弯曲材料通过埋设固定在该衬板上,并沿着所述门部的内表面伸出,且固定到该门部的内表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖部件,其特征在于,
所述易弯曲材料是网状材料、板材或金属材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盖部件,其特征在于,
所述盖主体是盖或仪表板。
4.一种气囊装置,具有前表面敞开的外壳、收容在该外壳内的气囊、用于使该气囊膨胀的气体发生器以及覆盖该外壳前表面的盖部件,其特征在于,
该盖部件是权利要求1至3中任一项所述的盖部件。
