Description

内饰板组件以及气囊装置
技术领域
本发明涉及设置在汽车副驾驶座等上的内饰板组件以及气囊装置,尤其涉及当气囊膨胀时内饰板的门部一边向室内侧转动一边打开的类型的气囊装置。
背景技术
设置在汽车上的副驾驶座用气囊装置具备折叠的气囊、安装该气囊的保持器、用于使该气囊膨胀的充气机(气体发生器)以及配置在该保持器前方的盖或仪表板门部等。
当充气机产生气体时,气囊开始膨胀,盖或仪表板的门部沿着撕裂线开裂并被推开,气囊向车辆室内展开,以保护乘员。
日本特开2004-161182号公报记载了仪表板的门部设置内衬的气囊门支承结构。
图6、图7示出了该公报的图9和图11所记载的结构,在内饰板(此时为仪表板)10的内面上设有撕裂线11、12、13,从而设定门部14。在该门部14附近的内面上固定门框20。该门框20具有固定在门部14上的铰链板部21、包围该铰链板部21的框部22、连接该铰链板部21与框部22的铰链部23以及从该框部22直立设置的腿部24。框部22固定在门部14周围的内饰板10的内面上。铰链部23大致弯曲成U字形,并没有固定在门部14上,而是与门部14隔开。
在腿部24的钩挂孔25上钩挂住保持器30的钩部31。气囊32(图7)折叠收纳在该保持器30内,能够借助充气机33膨胀。
当充气机动作时,气囊32开始膨胀。通过由该气囊32从内侧推压门部14,撕裂线11~13断裂,如图7所示那样,门部14一边向室内侧转动一边打开。
铰链部23允许门部14的打开移动以及上浮移动。

在上述现有的例子中,门部14的基端侧部分14b并未设置铰链板部21作为内衬。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供该门部的基端侧部分得到加强的内饰板组件以及具备该内饰板组件的气囊装置。
本发明第一方面的内饰板组件,该内饰板组件具备:内饰板,该内饰板具有被气囊从内侧推压而向车辆室内侧转动打开的门部,以及门框,该门框固定在该内饰板的该门部及其周围的内面上;该门框具备:铰链板部,该铰链板部固定在该门部上;框部,该框部包围该铰链板部,固定在该门部周围的内饰板内面上;铰链部,该铰链部连接该铰链板部和框部,与所述门部中打开时的基端侧部分相对,并且与该基端侧部分隔开;以及腿部,该腿部从该框部直立设置,该内饰板组件的特征在于,具备对该门部的该基端侧部分进行加强的加强机构。
加强机构可以设置在上述门部的内面上。
该加强机构可以是肋。
该肋可以在连接该框部和铰链板部的方向上延伸设置。
可以在上述铰链板部中面临该铰链部的部位上设置开口,上述肋延伸设置到该开口内。
上述加强机构可以是伸出片,该伸出片与上述铰链板部相连,从铰链板部延伸至上述门部的基端侧部分的内面,并固定在该内面上。

具体实施方式
在本发明中,由于内饰板组件的门部的基端侧通过加强机构得到加强,所以可防止该基端侧部分的损伤及飞散。
另外,在门部的基端侧的内面上沿着框部设有撕裂线时,当气囊膨胀时,应力就集中在该撕裂线上,促使撕裂线开裂。
由于该加强机构设置在门部的内面上,所以容易进行制造。
作为该加强机构,从构成简单方面来看,肋是合适的。通过在连接框部与铰链板部的方向上延伸设置该肋,可得到良好的加强效果。此时,在铰链板部中面临铰链部的部位上设置开口,使肋延伸至该开口内,由此能够扩大由肋产生的加强效果所涉及的范围。
加强机构可以是伸出片,该伸出片与上述铰链板部相连,从铰链板部延伸至上述门部的基端侧部分的内面,并固定在该内面上。这样一来,内饰板能够使用与现有技术相同的部件。
下面,参照附图对实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示实施方式所涉及的气囊装置的纵向剖视图,图2a是铰链部的剖视图,即图1的IIA部分的放大图,图2b、图2c分别是沿着图2a的IIB-IIB线的剖视立体图、沿着IIC-IIC线的剖视图,图3是门框的立体图。
在内饰板(此处为仪表板,但也可以为盖)40的内面上设有撕裂线41、42、43,该撕裂线41、42之间构成门部44。在门部44的基端侧设有肋45。
在该门部44附近的内面上固定门框50。该门框50具有固定于门部44的铰链板部51、包围该铰链板部51的框部52、连接该铰链板部51与框部52的铰链部53以及从该框部52直立设置的腿部54。
框部52固定在门部44周围的内饰板40的内面上。铰链部53大致弯成U字形,并未固定在门部44上,而是与门部44隔开。
在腿部54的钩挂孔55中钩挂住保持器60的钩部61。气囊62折叠收纳在该保持器60内,能够借助充气机63进行膨胀。附图标记64表示将气囊62安装在保持器60上的安装配件。另外,气囊62和保持器60的连接结构并不限于此。
在该实施方式中,保持器60呈上方打开的大致长方形的容器状,门框50的腿部54也呈大致长方形的框形。框部52从该腿部54的上端的全周向侧外方扩展成法兰状。
在该实施方式中,设有两个铰链板部51,各铰链板部51的基端侧分别经由铰链部53与该框部52内侧的一对长边部分相连。在铰链板部51、51的前端侧彼此之间隔开一定间隙,上述撕裂线43沿着该空隙延伸。
撕裂线41、42沿着门部44的内面的基端侧延伸。在该实施方式中,撕裂线41、42以与框部52的内周缘附近相对的方式配置。
门部44的基端侧与铰链部53相对,该部分如上所述地与铰链部53隔开。在该实施方式中,在该门部44的基端侧,上述肋45沿着连接框部52和铰链板部51的方向延伸设置。肋45在框部52的内周缘的延伸方向上隔开间隔地设有多个。该肋45具有收纳于铰链部53内的长度。
在该实施方式中,内饰板40由热塑性合成树脂制成,肋45与内饰板40一体成型。铰链板部51、框部52以及铰链部53与腿部54一起由合成树脂一体成型。铰链板部51和框部52优选通过振动融敷方式固定在内饰板40上。
在如此构成的气囊装置中,当充气机63动作时,气囊62开始膨胀。该气囊62从内侧推压门部44,使得撕裂线41~43断裂,门部44一边向室内侧转动一边打开。
与图7的情况一样,铰链部53允许门部44向上方上浮移动、或者门部44的基端侧进入到门部44打开后的内饰板打开口中。
在该实施方式中,在门部44的基端侧设有肋45,该基端侧得到加强,所以即使门部44打开,该基端侧也不会破碎。另外,由于设置了该肋45,门部44的基端侧的弯曲刚度得到提高,所以当门部44打开时,弯曲应力集中在撕裂线41、42上,促进了撕裂线41、42的断裂。
图4a、图4b以及图5a、图5b分别是表示其他实施方式的说明图。
在图1至图3的实施方式中,肋45为收纳在铰链部53内的长度,但也可如图4a、图4b的门框50A那样,在铰链部53和铰链板部51的连接部设置开口58,较长地延伸设置肋45A,使得肋45A的一端侧进入该开口58内。这样一来,扩大了肋45A的加强范围。
另外,图4a、图4b的其它构成与图1至图3的情况相同。
在本发明中,也可以通过肋以外的加强机构来加强门部44的基端侧。例如,也可以如图5a、图5b所示的门框50B那样,设置从铰链板部51向铰链部53伸出的伸出片59,通过振动熔敷等方式将该伸出片59固定在门部44的基端侧。
上述各实施方式是本发明的一例,本发明并不限于上述这些实施方式。
尽管使用了特定实施方式详细说明了本发明,但是,本领域的技术人员应该明白只要不脱离本发明的构思及范围就能够进行各种各样的改变。

Claims (9)

1.一种内饰板组件,该内饰板组件具备:
内饰板,该内饰板具有被气囊从内侧推压而向车辆室内侧转动打开的门部;以及
门框,该门框固定在该内饰板的该门部及其周围的内面上;
该门框具备:
铰链板部,该铰链板部固定在该门部上;
框部,该框部包围该铰链板部,固定在该门部周围的内饰板内面上;
铰链部,该铰链部连接该铰链板部和框部,与所述门部中打开时的基端侧部分相对,并且与该基端侧部分隔开;以及
腿部,该腿部从该框部直立设置;
该内饰板组件的特征在于,具备对该门部的该基端侧部分进行加强的加强机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的内饰板组件,其特征在于,所述加强机构设置在所述门部的内面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的内饰板组件,其特征在于,该加强机构是肋。
4.如权利要求3所述的内饰板组件,其特征在于,该肋在连接该框部和铰链板部的方向上延伸设置。

9.一种气囊装置,其特征在于,具备:
如权利要求1所述的内饰板组件,
与该内饰板的门部的内侧相向配置的保持器,
收纳在该保持器中的气囊,
用于使该气囊膨胀的充气机,以及
连接该保持器和所述门框的腿部的连接部件。
