技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆的安全气囊封板打开装置。更具体地，当安全气囊封板在乘客安全气囊展开的时候打开时，该封板通过滑动铰链以滑动形式打开。
背景技术
通常，乘客安全气囊是指用来保护坐在驾驶员旁边座位，即前排乘客座位的乘客安全的安全气囊。乘客安全气囊是一种辅助安全系统，它在车辆碰撞时防止乘客的膝部，头部，胸部等直接接触仪表板，风挡玻璃等。
美国专利US 6,494,481中公开了一种车辆的安全气囊封板打开装置，包括安全气囊封板、容纳安全气囊的安全气囊箱和多个加强板，每个加强板在其纵向方向上具有铰链部分，铰链部分的一端形成支臂部分，支臂部分一端与安全气囊箱的开口部分的侧边上的固定连接的钩子相连。在安全气囊膨胀时，开口部分沿着分割部分打开。然而这种安全气囊封板打开装置在安全气囊展开时，并不能平滑的进行打开动作。因此，在打开过程中存在着有可能伤及乘客的安全隐患。
因此，其设计要求安全气囊封板在安全气囊的展开过程中不要伤到乘客。
发明内容
根据本发明的优选实施方案，装在前排乘客座位车厢的安全气囊封板能通过滑动铰链以滑动方式打开。因而，在安全气囊展开时安全气囊封板的可靠和平滑的打开动作防止乘客被轻质铰链和封板所伤。此外，通过消除需要形成用于铰链的空间，优化了安全气囊封板组件。
安全气囊封板打开装置设置成包括一个安全气囊封板，它包括形成在仪表板上的环绕裂纹，和一个滑道(chute)，用来装配安装在仪表板内部的安全气囊。一个铰链，有一端固定在仪表板和滑道之间，另一端插在安全气囊封板和封板加强板之间能够滑动，从而可优化安全气囊封板组件。另外，一个凸缘设置在封板加强板限制铰链的滑动范围。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，安全气囊封板15是被车辆仪表板11上形成的裂纹17所围绕。安全气囊装配滑道12在仪表板11内部须经振动熔融连接(vibrating fusion attachment)，封板加强板13通过振动熔融连接安装在封板15内部。
仪表板11和滑道12优选通过超声波熔融安装，铰链14的一端插在仪表板11和滑道12之间，使铰链14被固定在仪表板11和滑道12之间。安全气囊封板15和封板加强板13被安装，铰链14的另一端松动地放在在安全气囊封板15和封板加强板13之间能滑动。
另外，凸缘18形成在封板加强板13上限制铰链部件14的滑动范围。因此，安全气囊封板15打开安全气囊展开，铰链14的滑动按箭头方向进行，铰链14的滑动范围由凸缘18限制。
虽然已通过优选实施方案对本发明进行了说明，但本发明的技术概念并没有被限制在此，本发明的技术范围是由所附的权利要求来定义的。

Claims (3)

1.一种安全气囊封板打开装置，包括：
一个在仪表板上的安全气囊封板，由形成在所述仪表板上的裂纹所限定；
一个滑道，用来装配安装在所述仪表板内部的安全气囊；和
一个铰链；其特征在于，
所述铰链有一端固定在所述仪表板和滑道之间，另一端插在所述安全气囊封板和封板加强板之间能够滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全气囊封板打开装置，进一步包括一个凸缘，形成在所述封板加强板上限制所述铰链的滑动范围。
3.一种安全气囊封板，它包括：
一个仪表板，在仪表板的内部上限定一条裂纹，其中所述裂纹划出一个安全气囊封板；
一个与所述仪表板的内侧耦合的封板加强板，其中所述封板加强板包括至少一个凸缘，和其中所述封板加强板通过所述凸缘与所述仪表板的内侧隔开；和
一个铰链，有厚度增加的边缘部分；
其特征在于，所述铰链的第一边紧紧耦合在所述仪表板的内侧和所述滑道之间，和所述铰链的第二边松动地耦合在所述安全气囊封板左右所述仪表板的内侧和所述封板加强板之间，所述铰链的第二边能相对所述封板加强板滑动，直到所述厚度增加的第二端靠着所述凸缘为止。
