背景技术
由欧洲专利1227042的现有技术已知一种这一类型的杯子。它介绍了一种隔热杯,它由两层锥形壁构成,其中内壁具有朝内的槽,该槽用来在一堆杯子的内部叠放一个同类的杯子。通过卷入产生的朝内的槽应该赋予杯子良好的叠放和拆开性能,而不致使许多叠放的杯子卡死。经验表明,直到约20个杯子为止叠放性能是令人满意的。如果叠放多得多的杯子,那么便同样出现卡死现象。这种卡死特别是通过从杯口朝向底部的轴向压力引起,而该轴向压力是在叠放的杯子数量很大时通过其自重引起。50个包装和叠放的杯子稍微的压缩便已经导致卡死。卡死的原因应该认为是槽的刚性不足,但是它用这种制造方法不可能改善,因为卷入导致材料削弱。

由专利申请JP2000-302132公开了可叠放的单层壁纸杯,它们在杯子的上部区域内通过夹紧实现了内纸杯在外纸杯内的叠放。这种夹紧造成,纸杯不能很好地拆开。此外单层结构造成差的隔热性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,显著改善双层壁隔热杯的叠放和拆开性能。特别是和现有技术相比应该可以叠放多得多的纸杯,特别是如果大量叠放的纸杯突然受压缩时,或者如果以任何其他方式方法在叠放的纸杯上作用一大的轴向压力时,例如在装载杯库时可能出现这种情况,纸杯仍然不会卡死。
这个目的通过这样的方法实现,即在外壳上形成一凸肩形的叠放止挡,它配设于杯口卷边。
在不同类型的单层壁塑料杯方面已知(JP338 3698),为外壳配备一叠放止挡,它在叠放时支承在上部的内边缘上。但是这里叠放止挡做成这样,使得在过高的压力时,特别是在突然受压缩时,出现叠放的杯在被叠放的杯上的卡死,因为在叠放止挡区域内力的分布在过高的轴向压力时导致叠放的杯子杯壁的向内偏移。

可以制造不同结构形式的纸杯:体积小的纸杯的内杯不必具有内凸肩,因为用于小的杯口的杯口卷边在径向足够稳固。对于大纸杯建议设置内凸肩,以支承叠放止挡。通过设置内凸肩提高叠放止挡的径向稳固性。此外通过采用凸肩可以改变外壳的表面温度。内凸肩加大内杯和外壳之间的距离,从而进一步提高双层壁结构的隔热效果。此外卷边的止挡可以比较自由地选择。
为了经济地节省材料地制造纸杯卷边的止挡可以位于杯底上方几毫米处,而不改变叠放性能。如果要求纸杯有最大的稳固性,那么卷边的止挡应该正好位于杯底高度上。在这种结构形式时纸杯外观最漂亮,因此得到尽可能大的销量。

按图1的局部纵向剖开表示的隔热纸杯包括一内杯1和一外壳2,内杯1包括一内壳31和一底面4。在内壳31上设置一杯口卷边3。纸杯的叠放通过凸肩形的叠放止挡5实现。外壳2在杯口区域内在杯口卷边3下方从外部通过上止挡7紧靠在内壳31上。在其下端上外壳2配备一向内卷入的卷边6。上止挡7、凸肩形叠放止挡5和一也许设置的上凸肩8的结构确定纸杯的叠放和隔热性能。

Claims (3)
1.可叠放和拆开的双层壁纸杯,具有一内杯(1)、一与内杯隔开的紧靠在内杯杯口卷边(3)下方的外壳(2)、一在外壳下端处紧贴在内杯上的卷边(6),其特征为:在外壳上形成一凸肩形叠放止挡(5),它配设于杯口卷边(3)。
2.按权利要求1的双层壁纸杯,其特征为:所述凸肩形叠放止挡(5)通过一内凸肩(8)稳固化。
3.用来制造按权利要求1和2的纸杯的方法,其特征为包括以下步骤:
-将上面已经设有卷边(6)的外杯输入包括一杯子下支承(17)、一杯子夹具(18)和一冲压机(19)的开启的成形工位(16);
-闭合成形工位(16);
-通过借助于扩张心轴(20)使卷边内夹爪(22)移出和借助于外滑块(23)使卷边外夹爪(21)移入压制凸肩形叠放止挡(5);
-开启成形工位(16);
-将外杯(2)输送到使它和内杯结合的工位,以最终制成双层壁纸杯。
