技术领域

背景技术
这种样式的纸杯就是专利EP 1227042中的现有技术。它描述了一种隔热杯,它具有一个锥形内壳和一个锥形外壳,其中内壳有一个向里指向的槽,这个槽用于使同样式的杯子能堆到所要堆叠的杯子里面。该向里指向的通过卷起而产生的槽使杯子具有良好的堆叠和取出性能,而不会使许多堆叠的杯子卡住。经验表明:堆叠性能在杯子数量大致不超过20时是令人满意的。但如果堆叠的杯子多得多,那么就会卡住。尤其是由于从杯口指向杯底的轴向压力,当堆叠杯的数量很大时则由于自重就会卡住。50个包装并堆叠的杯子在适度压下时就会造成卡住。卡住的原因必然被认为是刚度不够,但以这种制造方式无法改善刚度,因为所述卷起使材料削弱了。
发明内容
本发明的任务是大大改善所述样式纸杯的堆叠和取出性能。与现有技术相比尤其应该可以堆叠更多的杯子,若有许多堆叠的杯子突然被压下,或者如果以任意一种其它形式和方式在堆叠的杯子上作用一个大的轴向压力的话,该轴向压力例如在装备杯子储仓时可能会出现,这些杯子尤其也不会卡住。此外应该通过外壳下卷边的止挡的特殊位置也来改善内壳的形状稳定性,以便当一个杯子从杯子储仓里拉出时避免使下一个杯粘附住。
该任务按如下方式来解决:止挡面设计成凸肩,在该凸肩之下内壳的直径突然变小了,并且下卷边在内壳外表面上的止挡布置在杯底高度上或者杯底之下。
止挡面由内壳直径的突然减小而形成,在该止挡面之下杯子直径在某一个高度范围内保持不变。紧接该圆柱形部位则又是内壳的原始锥体。直径的减小通过一种特殊的成型过程实现,这在下面还要继续说明,由于止挡面的成型过程可以在止挡面之下接着的圆柱形部位里使材料加强和压缩,这样这个部位的强度就提高了。因此止挡面能够抵抗变形,从而实现高的抗压性。此外在图3和4中用α标注的止挡面的倾斜角以及压入深度p都影响内壳的稳定性并因此总体上影响到杯子的可堆叠性。在实际的实施方式中压入深度p为0.4至1mm,止挡面的倾斜角α为20°至50°。这就形成很稳定的内壳,它们即使在极限的载荷情况时,即载荷作用于杯子轴线方向上并可能达到大于200N,也不会产生夹卡。
当结构费用增加时实际上也可以使倾斜角α在0°至20°之内。对于这种倾斜角就可以实现形状最稳定的止挡面。然而特别是在这些实施方式中必须在加温时进行压制,因为否则的话内壳的内涂层可能撕开:这种型式的纸杯的内壳通常由纸板组成,其中里面涂有一层薄薄的塑料层,大多数情况下采用聚乙烯。
内涂层撕开就会使杯子不能再使用了,因为它在受损部位通过与饮料的接触而变软。提高成型台的温度到大约位于所述的内涂层的玻璃温度(软化温度)之下就满足了以下先决条件:涂层是能流动的,因此即使止挡面的倾斜角在0°至20°之内也可以,而不会撕开涂层。
此外提高内壳的形状稳定性的方法是:使下卷边在内壳外表面上的止挡设于杯底的高度上或者在杯底之下。
杯子可以在开口部位制有凸肩或者没有凸肩。设有一个上凸肩就使内壳和外壳之间有较大的间距,以保证较高的隔热。但是上凸肩对于杯子的堆叠性能却没有什么影响。
堆叠性能的另一种改进方案通过下卷边与止挡面的几何形状的形状配合连接来达到。这里在外壳的一个专门的工序中通过压制元件使下卷边形状匹配于止挡面的形状。通过下卷边的形状匹配实现每个堆叠纸杯的很准确的配合,因此可以形成很高的不会翻倒的堆叠柱,因为其重心并没有移出站立面,因此例如在装备储仓时可以没有危险地进行中间压缩。
灌入饮料的温度尤其是纸杯隔热性能的基础。内壳的材料厚度、紧随着的内壳和外壳之间的距离以及外壳的材料厚度规定了在饮料和抓住纸杯的手之间的温降。在内壳和外壳的纸板为通常的单位面积重量时,内壳和外壳之间的间距通常大约达到1.2mm。因此可以通过灌入温度为80℃的饮料使外部温度低于60℃,这样就可以无痛地即使较长时间地握住杯子。
由于本发明对纸杯内壳的刚度进行了优化,因此可以节省材料大约15%,而不会使杯子明显地失去刚性。由于材料的节省而引起的隔热性能的降低则又可以通过内壳和外壳之间间距加大0.2mm来补偿。
本发明也涉及一种方法,它用来制造纸杯。为此在此处未加叙述的前置工序中制成一个内杯,它具有一个上卷边并设有一个杯底。
在成型台上加上止挡面,该成型台集成在加工内杯的过程流水线里而且它由杯座、芯棒和压入环这些元件组成。芯棒通过圆柱形部分和其直径的突变而确定了止挡面的形状和性能。为了形成止挡面,将内杯在成型台打开时推入到杯座里。为此使芯棒和压入环一直升起,因此可以将内杯装入杯座。接着使成型台合拢移动,这就是说芯棒和压入环相互移近,这在图10中用箭头表示。当成型台合拢移近使压入环达到了芯棒的圆柱部分时,那就实现了压入环、内杯和芯棒的形状配合连接。压入环和芯棒的几何特性如此匹配,因此在成形台进一步合扰移近时该压入环成型出了内纸杯的一个圆柱形局部并将杯壁的材料例如驱赶至止挡面。因此在成型台的关闭位置上在原始为锥形的内杯的圆柱形部分里实现了材料的压缩并在止挡面上实现了材料的增强。这是可能的,因为内杯外壳的纤维走向与压入环的运动方向相一致,而且所用的材料是可压缩的,其纤维是可伸长的。
对于很突出地形成的止挡面,其倾斜角可小于20°,可以加热成型台以改善塑料涂层的流动能力。通过热空气流或对成型台的电加热产生大约70℃至90℃的温度造成良好的可成型性和内涂层的良好流动性能。
在下一个加工工序中又升起成型台并将内杯继续送给成型台,在该成型台里它装上外壳、连接起来并完成。

具体实施方式
按图1所示作为纵向剖视图所示的隔热纸杯由一个具有内壳(1)和一个杯底(4)的内杯和由一个外壳(2)组成。在内壳(1)上设有一个上卷边(3)并使用了一个杯底(4)。杯子的堆叠性能由一个止挡面(5)、其压入深度(p)(见图3)以及由一个位于止挡面(5)之下的圆柱形部分(7)至(8)来确定。杯子的对称轴线(15)用来更好地表示出止挡面(5)的倾斜角(α)(见图3和4)并且只是一条虚拟的线。外壳(2)在纸杯开口部位在上卷边(3)之下在外面挡靠在内壳(1)上。在其下端外壳(2)有一个下部的向里包起的卷边(11)。上部止挡(9)的实施方式、一种可能设有的上凸肩(12)(见图8)和下卷边(11)规定了纸杯的隔热性能。
图2表示了四个堆叠起来的杯子,其中三个部位作有标记,它们在另外的附图中放大表示。部位“X”表示于图3和4中,用于说明两种止挡面(5)的实施方式。部位“Y”表示于图5和6中,用于表示出下卷边(11)的止挡(13)的实施方式。部位“Z”表示于图7和8中,用于表明杯口的实施方式。
杯子的堆叠性能和取出性能由止挡面(5)的倾斜角(α)、压入深度(P)和圆柱形部位(7)至(8)来确定。图3表示了一个纸杯堆叠在一个倾斜角(α)为25°的止挡面(5)上。图4表示了一个纸杯堆叠在倾斜角(α)为5°的止挡面(5)上。
图5和6表示通过在杯底(4)的高度上(图5)或者在杯底(4)之下(图6)设有下卷边(11)来改善内壳(1)的稳定性。若在下卷边(11)部位里抓住杯子,那就可以在卷边(11)上施加很大压力,而内壳(1)不会发生变形,这是因为卷边(11)由于其止挡(13)而使压力只是传递到杯底(4)或者下侧框(24)上。要是下卷边(11)设于杯底(4)之上的话,那么当抓住太用力时就可能在下卷边(11)处,例如在从储仓里取出时,由于力从卷边(11)传到内壳(1)上而使内杯的横截面产生变形,这样就会与随后的杯子产生夹卡。
根据所要灌入饮料的种类或温度的不同,纸杯的上部可以作成不同的样式。对于很热的饮料可以设有一个上部凸肩(12),它加大了在内壳(1)和外壳(2)之间的隔热距离并且它设于内壳(1)上。对于适中的饮料温度那就不需要这种凸肩(12)。图7表示了没有上部凸肩(12)的实施方式。图8则表示具有上部凸肩(12)的实施方式。
止挡面(5)的成型工序在一个成型台(14)里进行。为此将包含有杯底(4)的内杯送入到成型台(14)的杯座(17)里(见图9)。接着将成型台(14)合拢。成型台(14)的一个芯棒(18)移入内杯里,而压入环(19)从外面移动到内杯上,如图10所示。芯棒(18)具有一个圆柱形部分(20)至(21)(图11)和直径的突变部分(22)至(23),这种突变部分确定了内壳(1)的止挡面(5)的形状和其圆柱形部分(7)至(8)的高度。若压入环(19)的上边(26)达到了芯棒(18)圆柱形部分(21)的起始处,那就开始进行内壳(1)的压入。图11表示了这种状态。成型台(14)合扰成关闭状态(图12)就结束了止挡面(5)的成型。在压制的最后工序(图13)中又完全打开成型台并继续传送内杯。
Claims (8)
1.双层壁的、可堆叠和可取出的纸杯,其具有一有杯底的内壳、一与内壳间隔开的外壳、一设于外壳下端处的,贴靠在内壳上的下卷边以及一成型在内壳上的止挡面,其特征在于,止挡面(5)是凸肩,在该凸肩之下内壳(1)的直径突然变小;其中圆柱形部位设置在突然变小的部位之下,其中凸肩设置在内壳(1)的下半段中,而且下卷边(11)的止挡(13)在内壳(1)的外表面(25)上设置于杯底(4)的高度上或者在杯底(4)之下。
2.按权利要求1所述的纸杯,其特征在于,成型在内壳上的止挡面用于另一个同样型式的要堆叠的纸杯的卷边。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的纸杯,其特征在于,止挡面(5)具有一在0°到70°之间的倾斜角(α)。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的纸杯,其特征在于,止挡面(5)具有一在5°到25°之间的倾斜角(α)。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的纸杯,其特征在于,它具有一上凸肩(12)。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的纸杯,其特征在于,下卷边(11)形状配合连接地匹配于止挡面(5)的形状。
7.制造按权利要求1至6中任一项所述纸杯的方法,包括以下步骤:
-将一在其上设有一上卷边(3)并在其中插入一杯底(4)的内杯输送到一由芯棒(18)、杯座(17)和压入环(19)组成的成型台(14)里,
-将芯棒(18)推入内杯里,因此也形成直接位于止挡面之下的圆柱形部位,
-通过将压入环(19)推到内杯和芯棒(18)上,在成型台(14)里形成止挡面(5),
-打开成型台(14)并将内杯继续传送至工作台用于完成双层壁的纸杯,在该工作台里所述内杯与外壳(2)连接在一起。
8.按权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,用于形成止挡面(5)的压制过程在提高温度时进行。
