Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于制造连接法兰的方法。本发明的目的是提出一种方法,该方法改进和简化了环形连接法兰,特别是DE 101 26 049中描述的连接法兰的制造。所述目的通过一种用于制造环形连接法兰(L-法兰)的方法而实现,根据该方法,该环形法兰由一个基本上三角形的截面(轮廓)的环形构件切削而成。

DE 101 26 049 A1已公开了一种环形连接法兰,其具有一个用于安装到一管状部件端部的管状部分,特别地,该管状部件用于构成风力设备塔架的一个塔架部分,其中该环形连接法兰形成有一法兰环,该法兰环沿径向与所述管状部分的一端邻接,并具有沿轴向远离所述管状部分的一法兰表面。
背景技术
为了制造这样一种环形连接法兰,现有技术使用一种圆环形状的构件,其截面(轮廓)基本上为四边形,并且该圆环形状的构件然后被加工成环形连接法兰。在加工操作中,材料从圆环形状的构件上被大量地去除,从而以单一件的形式获得截面(轮廓)为所期望轮廓的环形连接法兰。因此由一金属半成品通过车削生产单一件形式的该连接法兰是公知的。
上述专利文献DE 101 26 049也公开了这样一种环形连接法兰,其中管状部分的外壁是锥形的,特别地用于安装到也是锥形的部件上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种方法,由该方法,环形连接法兰特别是如DE 101 26 049中描述的连接法兰的制造得以改进和简化。
该目的通过如权利要求1所述的一种方法而实现。从属权利要求中描述了有利的改进。
本发明基于以下的事实:在其自由端,法兰环仅须传递相对较小的力并且甚至可能完全没有力。因此就连接法兰的强度和稳定性而言,如果法兰环在其自由端处的厚度比在法兰环(整体上)过渡到管状部分的过渡区域处的厚度小的话,是无害的。这也使得用来制造连接法兰的原始材料例如不只是具有大致矩形截面构型而也可以是具有大致三角形截面构型的圆环形状部分。
具体的优点在于:通过这种方法,用于由半成品制造连接法兰的切削或车削操作显著减少了。当半成品的截面大致是三角形时,明显比以前的半成品要好,这是因为半成品在开始阶段不需要具有像目前那样多的材料。从属权利要求的主题讨论了进一步的结构。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种现有技术中所使用的用于制造法兰的、具有矩形截面的半成品。
图2示出了一种根据本发明的具有大致三角形截面的半成品,其中,三角形的斜边是笔直的。图3示出了弧形的斜边而不是笔直的斜线,因此具有凹面部分。
图4示出了与现有技术相关的第一实施例。该图中,该半成品示出为矩形,并且虚线示出了根据本发明该半成品从一开始就不需要的区域。
图5是相应的半成品的截面视图。在该情况下,在这两个附图中,同样也在其它图中,这些需去除的区域总是以阴影表示。
图6和图7中的视图与图4和图5中的视图是类似的。不同之处在于:图6和图7中,法兰环的内缘不再是矩形的而是具有一斜角结构。
图8和图9示出了与图4和图5中示出的结构相类似的实施例,但具有凹面部分而不是笔直的表面。
图10和图11示出了一种具有倾斜法兰的实施例。
最后图12再一次示出了一个直角半成品,并且示出了如何由这样一个半成品而获得两个法兰。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于制造环形连接法兰(L-法兰)的方法,其中该环形法兰由具有圆环形状的构件制成,并且该圆环形状的构件的截面(轮廓)大致是三角形结构。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该三角形轮廓的三个角中的一个角,优选两个角被切除或截短。
3.一种环形连接法兰,其包括:一管状部分,用于安装到一管状部件的端部,该管状部件特别地用于构造风力设备塔架的塔架部分;以及一法兰环,其沿径向邻接所述管状部分的一个端部,该法兰环具有沿轴向远离该管状部分的一法兰表面,其中,该法兰环沿径向并在内部邻接所述连接法兰的管状部分,并且该法兰环在自由端处的厚度比该法兰环在连接到管状部分的区域的厚度小。
