Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可与其相同的小车套拢在一起的手推车,它包括一轮子框架,一装载平台和两个位于轮子框架的后部并承载一推力结构的向上延伸的竖立部分,其中,还设置了一制动装置,它由推力结构予以控制并当小车不使用时起作用,该制动装置具有:布置在竖立部分上的两个制动杆;一作用在后轮上的制动闸瓦,其设置在各制动杆的下端处,其中,一制动释放装置设置在靠近各后轮的轮子框架的下面,被引导在轮叉内,各设置有一作用表面的触发部件布置在轮子框架上,并当两个小车套拢在一起时,该触发部件借助于其作用表面用来偏转前一小车的两个制动释放装置。
背景技术
DE 34 42 124 A1描述了一该种小车。该小车的制动释放装置各由一杠杆形成,杠杆可枢转地安装在一水平轴线上,并在一端处承载一滚轮,通过其另一端连接到一延伸通过一侧的竖立部分上的制动杆。轮子框架的两个纵向件设置为触发部件,纵向件的底侧承担一作用部件的功能。当两个小车以节约空间的方式套拢在一起时,小车的两个纵向件被推而压迫前一小车的滚轮使之略微向下,其结果该小车的制动装置释放。然而,该设计就其本身而言是有优点的,但设计也还具有缺点。例如,该小车的轮子框架必须布置得相对高(见DE 34 42 124 A1的图2),以便容纳制动释放装置的两个臂的杠杆。两个轴对于枢转地安装这些杠杆是必要的,且在各个竖立部分内要求有一开口,以使各个杠杆可连接到两个制动杆中的一个。所有这些技术特征引起小车的制造成本实际上不是有效的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进现有类型的小车,以使其制动释放装置和制动释放装置与制动装置的连接可以一简单的和成本有效的方式形成和实施,这样,所述结构允许一低位的轮子框架和随之的一低位的装载平台。
本发明的实现在于,各从外面延伸通过一轮叉的制动释放装置连接于一制动杆或一制动闸瓦,还在于,各触发部件的作用表面位于轮子框架的底侧下面。
所提出的方案有利地提供两个制动释放装置,它们被构造为制动杆或制动闸瓦的简单的延伸部。始终存在于各个轮叉与各个后轮之间的间隙可用作该用途。由此,如迄今一直为传统的、位于各竖立部分内的一开口不再是必要的了。有利地是,不仅制动释放装置,而且两个触发部件都以节约空间的方式布置在轮子框架的下面,以使轮子框架和装载平台都处于低位。因此,当对装载平台进行装载和卸载时,不必将被装载的货物上提很高。

具体实施方式
图1示意地示出一可与其相同的手推车套拢在一起的手推车1的侧视图。该小车包括一轮子框架3,它设置有一装载平台7或形成一装载平台7。两个向上延伸的竖立部分13位于轮子框架3的后面4,并承载一推力结构14。推力结构14以一已知的方式被构造成可控制一作用在小车1的两个后轮9上的制动装置16。小车1还设置有一个或两个前轮8。制动装置16包括两个制动杆17,向下延伸的制动杆17中的一个布置在各个竖立部分13内。在其下端处,各制动杆17承载了一制动闸瓦18,在制动情形下该闸瓦18趋于靠在一后轮9的滚动表面12上。一制动释放装置20布置在靠近各后轮9的轮子框架3的下面,并如图2所示,固定地连接于各制动闸瓦18。在实例中,各制动释放装置20具有一滚轮22。一设置有一作用表面26的触发部件25固定地设置在轮子框架3的各个纵向侧5上。至少各触发部件25的作用表面26位于轮子框架3的底侧6的下面。触发部件25设置在比两个制动释放装置20更靠近小车1的前端2。制动装置16被以一已知的方式设定成:当小车1处于不使用位置且推力结构14的推杆15不操作时,制动装置16对两个后轮9具有一制动作用。仅当铰接在制动杆17上的推力结构14或推杆15翘起时制动装置16才可释放,小车1才可被推动和拉动。
图2示出带有固定地布置在其上的一弧形制动闸瓦18的制动杆17的下部,制动闸瓦18设置成搁在或压在一后轮9上。制动释放装置20离开制动闸瓦18首先引向制动闸瓦18的纵向,然后,引向水平向和侧向,它包括一沿直角转折的横档21,其上布置有一滚轮22并安装成围绕一水平轴线可转动。
图3示出一小车1的轮子框架3的部分和一布置在其上的触发部件25,该小车待推入另一小车中,图中还有前一小车1’的制动释放装置20、一后轮9和带有部分制动杆17的一制动闸瓦18。显示在右面的小车1推入到前一小车1’内,即以节约空间的方式套拢(也可见水平箭头所示)。附图示出这样的时刻:此时,触发部件25的笔直向后上升的作用表面26撞击制动释放装置20的滚轮22。如果小车1沿箭头方向从右面继续前推,则带有其作用表面26的触发部件25推动滚轮22,因此,前一小车1’的制动释放装置20被推向上,其结果,作用在后轮9上并连接于制动释放装置20的制动闸瓦18从后轮9的滚动表面12提升,因此,消除了制动动作(见垂直箭头所示)。在实践中,前一小车1’的制动释放装置20被推入的小车1的两个触发部件25提起,其结果,小车1’的制动装置16的制动动作被消除。
而在刚才所述的实施例中,各制动释放装置20的沿直角转折的横档21利用轮叉10和相关的后轮9(见图1和3)之间的间隙19以便从外面达到制动闸瓦18,图4示出还可水平地导向各制动释放装置20的横档21,并侧向地和从外面直接地朝向制动闸瓦18。在实例中,因此,通过其横档21被导向的一向上延伸的凹陷部23设置在各轮叉10的内面11上。
如图5所示,各制动释放装置20的横档21可以可拆卸的或插入的方式接触于对应的制动杆17。为此目的,必须在各轮叉10的内部11上提供一最好为细长的垂直延伸的封闭的开口24。各轮叉10内的开口24用来接纳制动释放装置20的横档。这里,如同上述的实例,各制动释放装置20从外面引入对应的轮叉10以及制动闸瓦18或制动杆17。各制动释放装置20以图3中所述的相同的方式提升。
各制动释放装置20的制动闸瓦18可设置有至少一个具有一垂直槽的向下延伸的突出部,后轮9的轴带有的微小的游隙延伸通过该垂直槽。该措施允许各制动释放装置20另外可位移地支承在该轴上,当制动释放装置20移动时,这是很有利的。
Claims (7)
1.一种可与其相同的小车套拢在一起的手推车(1),它包括一轮子框架(3),一装载平台(7)和两个位于轮子框架(3)的后部(4)并承载一推力结构(14)的向上延伸的竖立部分(13),其中,还设置有一制动装置(16),它由推力结构(14)所控制并当小车(1)不使用时起作用,它具有布置在竖立部分(13)上的两个制动杆(17)和一作用在后轮(9)上的制动闸瓦(18),该制动闸瓦(18)设置在各制动杆的下端处,其中,制动释放装置(20)设置在靠近各后轮(9)的轮子框架(3)的下面,被引导在轮叉(10)内,各设置有一作用表面(26)的触发部件(25)设置在轮子框架(3)上,并当两个小车套拢在一起时触发部件借助于其作用表面(26)来偏转前一小车(1’)的两个制动释放装置(20),其特征在于,从外面延伸入一轮叉(10)内的各制动释放装置(20)连接于一制动杆(17)或一制动闸瓦(18),以及,各触发部件(25)的作用表面(26)位于轮子框架(3)底侧(6)的下面。
2.如权利要求1所述的小车,其特征在于,各制动释放装置(20)具有一滚轮(22)。
3.如权利要求1所述的小车,其特征在于,被推入的小车(1)的触发部件(25)被设置在比前一小车(1′)的两个制动释放装置(20)更靠近被推入的小车(1)的前端(2)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的小车,其特征在于,当两个小车(1、1’)彼此套拢时,被推入的小车(1)的触发部件(25)的作用表面(26)提升前一小车(1’)的制动释放装置(20)。
5.如权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的小车,其特征在于,各制动释放装置(20)具有一横档(21),而各横档(21)通过形成在一轮叉(10)与相关的后轮(9)之间的间隙(19)引导到一制动闸瓦(18)。
6.如权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的小车,其特征在于,在各轮叉(10)的内面(11)上设置一凹陷部(23)或一开口(24),对应的制动释放装置(20)的横档(21)通过该凹陷部或开口延伸到制动闸瓦(18)或制动杆(17)。
7.如权利要求1至6中任何一项所述的小车,其特征在于,各制动释放装置(20)另外可位移地支承在一后轮(9)的轴上。
