Abstract
一种用于集装箱检查系统的拖动装置,涉及辐射成像检测技术领域。本发明包括置于检查通道内的拖动小车、绞车及钢丝绳张紧机构。所述拖动小车的前后端分别连接可使其在检查通道内做往复运动的钢丝绳。其结构特点是,所述与拖动小车前后端连接的钢丝绳各自环绕设置在检查通道内前后两端的钢丝绳张紧机构并由与其在一水平面的转向滑轮改变钢丝绳的运动方向再经所设立式滑轮组后分别与所设绞车的单卷筒连接。同现有技术相比,本发明不仅节约了设备投资、减小了占地面积,还可使系统的工作更可靠、更安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及辐射成像检测技术领域,特别是用于集装箱检查系统的拖动装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,自20世纪90年代初开始有拖动式集装箱检测系统问世,如德国海曼公司和英国宇航公司生产的大型集装箱检测系统。它们是在一幢能屏蔽射线的检测通道内,装有固定不动的、能产生高能X射线的辐射源和能接收穿过集装箱X射线的阵列探测器,由专用的拖动装置将装有集装箱的车辆拖过检测通道,集装箱在X射线束中通过时,透过集装箱的X射线穿到探测器中,根据其强度变化,反映箱中所装物体的密度分布,并将射线强度变换成图像灰度,即可获得箱内所装物体的透视图像。上述的拖动装置是在检测通道内铺装轨道,轨道上置有可移动的拖动小车,装有集装箱车辆的车头停在拖动小车上,由牵引系统拖拽拖动小车在轨道上移动从而带动装有集装箱的车辆通过检测通道。现有技术的拖动装置中,要使用两套卷筒、两套电机和两套变频器来分别控制拖动小车的前进和后退,不仅设备投资大还增加了占地面积。工作时,由缠绕在双卷筒上的钢丝绳分别对拖动小车施加牵引和拖拽力,这种操作方式要实现恒张力是很难控制的,尤其是当拖动小车出现启动或停止等情况时,会出现一侧钢丝绳过量松弛而使拖动不稳定,影响系统正常工作。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种用于集装箱检查系统的拖动装置。它所采用的绞车为单卷筒的设计,不仅节约了设备投资、减小了占地面积,同时还可提供一个持续可调的恒久张力,从而使拖动系统的工作更可靠、更安全。
为了达到上述的发明目的,本发明的技术方案以如下方式实现:
一种用于集装箱检查系统的拖动装置,它包括置于检查通道内的拖动小车、绞车及钢丝绳张紧机构。所述拖动小车的前后端分别连接可使其在检查通道内做往复运动的钢丝绳。其结构特点是,所述与拖动小车前后端连接的钢丝绳各自环绕设置在检查通道内前后两端的钢丝绳张紧机构并由与其在一水平面的转向滑轮改变钢丝绳的运动方向再经所设立式滑轮组后分别与所设绞车的单卷筒连接。
在上述的拖动装置中,所述立式滑轮组是由高低位置不同的上下两排立式滑轮组成。下排立式滑轮下部轮缘与转向滑轮在同一水平面,上排立式滑轮与绞车的单卷筒位置对应,两段钢丝绳穿过下排立式滑轮下部轮缘经上排立式滑轮上部轮缘后分别与单卷筒的下轮缘与上轮缘缠绕。
在上述的拖动装置中,所述钢丝绳张紧机构采用以碟形弹簧为张力的主动张紧结构。
本发明由于采用了上述的结构,用于对拖动小车进行前拖后拽的钢丝绳都缠绕在同一个卷筒上,等直径的卷筒保持了两侧收、放绳的同步。以碟形弹簧为张力的主动张紧结构使得拖车在拖动的过程中,两侧钢丝绳始终处在一个有效的张力控制中,不仅不会出现因松弛而乱绳的现象,而且主动张紧结构还可以弥补钢丝绳因长时间使用而发生的永久变形拉长。同现有技术相比,本发明不仅节约了设备投资、减小了占地面积,还可使系统的工作更可靠、更安全。
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
参看图1和图2,本发明包括置于检查通道内的拖动小车1、绞车5及采用以碟形弹簧为张力的主动张紧结构的钢丝绳张紧机构6。拖动小车1置于检查通道内所设的轨道上,拖动小车1的前后端分别连接可使其在检查通道内做往复运动的钢丝绳,与拖动小车1前后端连接的钢丝绳各自环绕设置在检查通道内前后两端的钢丝绳张紧机构6并由与其在一水平面的转向滑轮2改变钢丝绳的运动方向再经所设立式滑轮组3后分别与所设绞车5的单卷筒4连接。立式滑轮组3是由高低位置不同的上下两排立式滑轮组成,下排立式滑轮下部轮缘与转向滑轮2在同一水平面,上排立式滑轮与绞车5的单卷筒4位置对应。两段钢丝绳穿过下排立式滑轮下部轮缘经上排立式滑轮上部轮缘后分别与单卷筒4的下轮缘与上轮缘缠绕。
工作时,由绞车5通过缠绕在单卷筒4上的一端钢丝绳对拖动小车1施加牵引力。因为此时的牵引力大于钢丝绳在牵引端钢丝绳张紧机构6中所受的张紧力,带动立式滑轮组3、转向滑轮2转动,使连接在拖动小车1另一侧的钢丝绳放长。放长的钢丝绳受到它所环绕的钢丝绳张紧机构6的张紧作用,其中的碟形弹簧释放张紧了的钢丝绳。当牵引端钢丝绳张紧机构6中的碟形弹簧不再压缩时,钢丝绳上的牵引力就传递到拖动小车1上,带动拖动小车1移动。拖动小车1在检查通道内的往复运动,均由绞车5的正反向转动实现,其工作原理反之亦然。
Claims (3)
1、一种用于集装箱检查系统的拖动装置,它包括置于检查通道内的拖动小车(1)、绞车(5)及钢丝绳张紧机构(6),所述拖动小车(1)的前后端分别连接可使其在检查通道内做往复运动的钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述与拖动小车(1)前后端连接的钢丝绳各自环绕设置在检查通道内前后两端的钢丝绳张紧机构(6)并由与其在一水平面的转向滑轮(2)改变钢丝绳的运动方向再经所设立式滑轮组(3)后分别与所述绞车(5)的单卷筒(4)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的拖动装置,其特征在于,所述立式滑轮组(3)是由高低位置不同的上下两排立式滑轮组成,下排立式滑轮下部轮缘与转向滑轮(2)在同一水平面,上排立式滑轮与绞车(5)的单卷筒(4)位置对应,两段钢丝绳穿过下排立式滑轮下部轮缘经上排立式滑轮上部轮缘后分别与单卷筒(4)的下轮缘与上轮缘缠绕。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的拖动装置,其特征在于,所述钢丝绳张紧机构(6)采用以碟形弹簧为张力的主动张紧结构。
