Abstract
本发明涉及一种脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布及其制造方法。上述医用纱布积叠了多层棉纸,该积层棉纸之间利用压克力系粘接剂粘接,其表面利用乙烯共聚体混合物稀释溶液形成网格状透明分离膜。上述分离膜的制造方法为:把乙烯共聚体混合物和蜡(WAX)的稀释溶液以网格(Mesh)方式涂布后加以凝固,或者把乙烯共聚体混合物和石蜡(Paraffin)的稀释溶液以网格(Mesh)方式涂布后加以凝固。此时可以添加阻氧化剂。本发明提供的脱脂棉可以从受伤部位干净利落地剥离,上述压纹使积层棉纸和棉纸之间不易分离,还能维持的一定弹性。

一般来说,医用纱布指的是漂白棉纱织品及或把钻了孔的高分子膜以热压焊(thermocompression)方式粘接到含有粘胶(Viscose)短纤的脱脂棉而生成的产品。前述漂白棉纱织品的工艺不仅复杂,而且不易从受伤部位剥离,让患者感受痛苦。
虽然只使用脱脂棉时可以减轻患者的痛苦且能充分利用其吸收力,但是粘接到受伤部位的脱脂棉时却较难剥离。只由棉花形成的纱布由于其抗拉力较弱而需要在其外表覆上织布或不织布。另外,把钻了孔的高分子膜以热压焊(thermocompression)方式粘接到含有粘胶短纤的脱脂棉而生成的产品,虽然剥离较容易,但是其吸收力较弱,且对患者造成心理负担,有时还会发生静电,可以说问题多多。
为了解决前述问题,本申请人在先前申请的专利中提供了一种“表面和网格一体型医用纱布及其制造方法”(专利申请号:1020020039703)。本申请人申请的前述医用纱布制造方法如下:脱脂后利用喷雾等方法把低融点粘接树脂加进树脂粘接棉里,然后把脱脂后没有添加任何杂质的纯棉依次积叠,在多层棉纸表面形成网格网(Mesh Net),再通过热压焊工序把树脂粘接棉里的粘接树指溶化,使棉积层和表面的网格网成为一体。
但是,在前述医用纱布的制作过程中可能破坏网格(Mesh)形态,因此即使在表面形成网格网,也无法轻易干净利落地剥离,而且积层棉纸之间也可能出现分离现象。如果为了防止棉纸分离而利用粘接树脂加以巩固的话,将因为降低前述医用纱布的弹性而给人坚硬不适的感觉。
发明内容
为了解决前述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可以从受伤部位干净利落地剥离,积层棉纸和棉纸之间不易分离,还能维持一定弹性的医用纱布(Mesh Cotton)。
本发明的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布,积叠了多层棉纸,该积层棉纸之间利用压克力系粘接剂粘接,其表面利用乙烯共聚体混合物稀释溶液形成网格状透明分离膜,外侧表面则形成凹凸压纹。
为了使本发明中的前述分离膜更加容易剥离,把乙烯共聚体混合物和蜡(WAX)的稀释溶液以网格(Mesh)方式涂布后加以凝固,或者把乙烯共聚体混合物和石蜡(Paraffin)的稀释溶液以网格(Mesh)方式涂布后加以凝固。
本发明包括下列工序:把多个棉纸积叠的积层粘接工序;利用乙烯共聚体混合物在前述积叠棉纸的外侧表面形成网格(Mesh)状分离膜的分离膜工序;对棉纸外表加热加压后形成凹凸面的压纹(embossing)工序;把棉脂裁剪为一定大小和形态的裁剪工序。需要时,可以把前述压纹工序和分离膜工序的顺序对调。本发明中的积层粘接工序可分为把棉纸和粘胶(Viscose)短纤(short staple)均匀混合后利用滚轮压接的混合压接工序以及把多个棉纸积叠后利用压克力系粘接剂粘接的工序。
利用压克力系粘接剂粘接的方法中,前述积层粘接工序包括:利用滚轮积叠多个棉纸的积层工序、在积层棉纸喷涂压克力系粘接剂而在另一侧吸收前述压克力系粘接剂的粘接工序。完成了前述积层粘接工序后,接着进行干燥工序。本发明中,形成网格(Mesh)状分离膜的分离膜工序包括下列过程:通过印刷工序在前述积叠棉纸的外侧表面把乙烯共聚体混合物、乙烯共聚体混合物和蜡(WAX)稀释溶液、或乙烯共聚体混合物和石蜡稀释溶液印制成网格(Mesh)状分离膜,前述印刷后的分离膜通过干燥工序予以烘干。
前述印刷工序包括下列过程:印刷滚轮的外柱面上具有网格状凹凸面,前述凹凸槽里储存了乙烯共聚体混合物,前述印刷滚轮在前述积层棉纸的外侧面局部涂布乙烯共聚体混合物。前述压纹工序包括下列过程:具有一对外柱面上具有网格状凹凸面的压纹滚轮,前述积层棉纸在通过前述一对压纹滚轮的过程中被压接,前述凹凸面在前述积层棉纸的表面形成压纹。
具有前述结构的本发明脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布,其构成医用纱布的纤维被牢固地粘接在前述分离膜上,因此可以干净利落地剥离贴在受伤部位的棉;通过前述压纹工序形成的棉纸之间不易分离还可维持一定的弹性,大幅提高了医用纱布的商业性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。在所有附图中相同的部位以使用同一符号为原则。
图1是本发明医用纱布的一实施例斜视图,图2和图3是医用纱布的制造图及图1的A-A’线剖面图。
如图示,医用纱布10被裁剪成一定的厚度和形状。前述医用纱布10由多个棉纸积叠为成,积层棉纸之间利用压克力系粘接剂粘接。其两面利用乙烯共聚体混合物稀释溶液形成网格(Mesh)状分离膜11。如图示,前述网格状分离膜11不涂布到整个表面上,而是采取印刷方式进行局部涂布。分离膜可以是格状、点状或线状等各种形式。
前述分离膜11由对人体无害的乙烯共聚体混合物构成,不会粘住患者皮肤。前述分离膜11(未图示)是由透明的乙烯共聚体混合物或乙烯共聚体混合物蜡(WAX)稀释溶液或乙烯共聚体混合物石蜡稀释溶液或乙烯共聚体混合物加其它添加剂稀释的稀释溶液形成的。其厚度和大小很小,肉眼无法识别。
如图示,前述医用纱布10的外柱面形成了压纹(embossing)。前述压纹是由外柱面具有凹凸面的一对压纹滚轮60形成的。前述压纹除了为前述医用纱布10提供一定弹性外,还可以使其容易剥离。
下面利用图3至图6对本发明医用纱布10的制造方法进一步说明。
如图4所示,本发明医用纱布的制作步骤包括下列工序:形成压纹的工序S10;利用乙烯共聚体混合物稀释溶液形成分离膜的工序S20;裁剪成一定大小的工序S30。前述分离膜工序和压纹工序的顺序可以对调。如图3所示,前述分离膜工序S20包括下列过程:把多个棉纸积叠的压接工序S110、在压接状态下利用粘接剂喷雾方式把棉纸粘接的粘接工序S120、把喷雾处理的粘接剂加以烘干的粘接剂干燥工序、在表面形成网格(Mesh)状分离膜的印刷工序S140、以及把成形后的分离膜加以烘干的分离膜干燥工序S150。
下面利用图6至图9对前述工序进一步说明。
利用滚轮20把多个棉纸压接积层,积层后的棉纸将经过可以喷射压克力系粘接剂的喷雾器30。如图示,位于上侧的前述喷雾器30利用喷嘴喷射压克力系粘接剂,位于下侧的前述吸收器35则吸收前述雾状压克力系粘接剂。前述结构可以促使从前述喷雾器30喷射出来的压克力系粘接剂通过积层棉纸后被吸进前述吸收器35内,压克力系粘接剂将被均匀分布到积层棉纸内部。需要时,可以改变棉纸方向或喷雾器的位置后进行双面加工。均匀分布到前述积层棉纸里的压克力系粘接剂通过干燥器40后凝固并粘接。需要时,可以包括把前述压克力系粘接剂加以高温硬化的硬化工序。
然后进行压纹工序。需要时,可以在分离膜工序后直接进行压纹工序。压纹工序是通过外柱面上具有凹凸面的一对压纹滚轮60进行的。也就是说,在前述积层棉纸通过前述一对压纹滚轮之间时进行压纹加工(参考图9)。
利用粘接剂粘接成积层棉纸并形成压纹的前述棉纸,将通过一对印刷滚轮50并在其表面形成网格(Mesh)状的前述分离膜11。如图2所示,前述印刷滚轮50的表面具有凹凸槽51以便印刷网格,该网格是由细小的矩形交替形成峰谷而成的(参考图8)。由于乙烯共聚体混合物稀释溶液不是涂布到整个表面而是先储存到凹凸槽51后被印刷到前述积层棉纸,因此前述印刷滚轮50的表面为了防止前述溶液54被涂布到前述凹凸槽51以外的区域而需要利用刮片(Blade)53清除。位于下侧的前述印刷滚轮50将有一部分沉浸在储存了待印溶液54的容器55内并进行旋转运动。前述积层棉纸在经过前述印刷滚轮50后,表面将被印上网格状分离膜11,经过印刷后的前述分离膜11在干燥工序后凝固。附图虽然显示只有下侧的前述印刷滚轮50进行印刷作业,其实位于上侧的前述印刷滚轮50的外柱面也可以把待印溶液54印到棉纸表面上。
也就是说,可以根据使用者的需要而采取单面分离膜11或双面分离膜11方式。
使用者可以根据其需要而利用裁剪机70把完成分离膜工序和压纹工序后的积层棉纸裁剪成一定的长度和形状,进而制造出完整的医用纱布(Mesh Cotton)。
图7是积层粘接工序的另一实施例。在该实施例中,把棉纸和粘胶(Viscose)短纤(short staple)均匀混合后,积叠成多层棉纸,然后利用滚轮20压接。该实施例可以替代喷雾工序、吸收工序及干燥工序,把工序加以简单化。此时,为了提高粘接效率,应该在粘胶短纤上形成粘接剂层。
Claims (12)
1.一种脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布,其特征是:把多个棉纸积叠并加以粘接,对前述积层棉纸外表加热加压后形成凹凸槽,利用印刷方式在积层棉纸的外表面印上网格状的乙烯共聚体混合物分离膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布,其特征是:把棉纸和粘胶短纤均匀混合后,积叠成多层棉纸,然后利用滚轮(20)压接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布,其特征是:利用压克力系粘接剂把多个棉纸积叠后粘接。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布,其特征是:前述分离膜的制造方法为:以蜡或石蜡稀释乙烯共聚体混合物后,以网格方式涂布后加以凝固。
5.一种脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:括下列工序:把多个棉纸积叠的积层粘接工序;利用乙烯共聚体混合物在前述积叠棉纸的外侧表面形成网格状分离膜的分离膜工序;对棉纸外表加热加压后形成凹凸槽的压纹工序;把棉脂裁剪为一定大小和形态的裁剪工序。
6.根据权利要求5所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:前述积层粘接工序包括把棉纸和粘胶短纤均匀混合后,利用滚轮把前述多个积层棉纸压接的混合压接工序。
7.根据权利要求5所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:前述积层粘接工序包括把多个棉纸积叠后利用压克力系粘接剂粘接的工序。
8.根据权利要求5或要求7所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:包括下列工序:利用滚轮积叠多个棉纸的积层工序;在前述积层棉纸的一侧喷涂压克力系粘接剂而在另一侧吸收前述压克力系粘接剂的粘接工序。完成了前述积层粘接工序后,接着进行干燥工序。
9.根据权利要求5或要求6或要求7所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:形成网格状分离膜的分离膜工序包括下列过程:通过印刷工序在前述积叠棉纸的外侧表面把乙烯共聚体混合物、乙烯共聚体混合物和蜡稀释溶液、或乙烯共聚体混合物和石蜡稀释溶液印制成网格状分离膜,前述印刷后的分离膜通过干燥工序予以烘干。
10.根据权利要求9所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:前述印刷工序包括下列过程:印刷滚轮的外柱面上具有网格状凹凸面,前述凹凸槽里储存了乙烯共聚体混合物,前述印刷滚轮在前述积层棉纸的外侧面局部涂布乙烯共聚体混合物。
11.根据权利要求5或要求6或要求7所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:前述压纹工序包括下列过程:具有一对外柱面上具有网格状凹凸面的压纹滚轮,前述积层棉纸在通过前述一对压纹滚轮的过程中被压接,前述凹凸面在前述积层棉纸的表面形成压纹。
12.根据权利要求5或要求7所述的脱脂棉和分离网兼备的医用纱布的制造方法,其特征是:需要时,可以改变前述粘接工序的棉纸方向或喷雾器的位置后进行双面加工,完成了前述积层粘接工序后,接着进行干燥工序。
