Abstract

Claims (12)
- 多数枚の綿地を積層接着し、積層接着された綿地の外部を加圧加熱して凸凹溝を形成し、積層接着された綿地の外面にエチレン系共重合体混合物を印刷法によってメッシュ状に印刷して分離膜を形成したことを特徴とする、脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットン。
- 前記綿地の積層接着は、綿地とビスコース短繊維を均一に混合し、これらを複数積層してローラによって圧着することにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットン。
- 前記積層接着は、多数枚の綿地を積層してアクリル系バインダによって接着することにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットン。
- 前記分離膜は、エチレン系共重合体混合物にワックスまたはパラフィンを希釈させた溶液をメッシュ状に塗布して凝固させることにより成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットン。
- 多数枚の綿地を積層して接着する積層接着工程と、前記積層接着された綿地の外面にエチレン系共重合体混合物によってメッシュ状の分離膜を形成する分離膜形成工程と、綿地の外部に加圧加熱によって凸凹溝を形成させるエンボシング工程と、綿地を一定の大きさと形状に切断する切断工程とを含むことを特徴とする、脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
- 前記積層接着工程は、綿地とビスコース短繊維を均一に混合し、これらを複数積層してローラによって圧着する混合圧着工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
- 積層接着工程は、多数枚の綿地を積層してアクリル系バインダによって接着することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
- 前記積層接着工程は、多数枚の綿地をローラによって積層する積層工程と、前記積層された綿地の一側からアクリル系バインダを噴射し、他側から前記アクリル系バインダを吸収する接着工程とからなり、前記積層接着工程の後、乾燥させる乾燥工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5または7に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
- メッシュ状の分離膜を形成する分離膜形成工程は、積層接着された綿地の外面に、エチレン系共重合体混合物またはエチレン系共重合体混合物にワックスまたはパラフィンを溶解させたものを印刷工程によってメッシュ状に印刷して分離膜を形成し、前記分離膜を乾燥工程によって乾燥させることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
- 前記印刷工程は、外周面に格子状のメッシュ型凸凹面が設けられた印刷ローラを使用し、前記印刷ローラの凸凹溝に収容されたエチレン系共重合体混合物によって前記積層された綿地の外面を部分的に塗布する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
- 前記エンボシング工程は、外周面に凸凹面が設けられた一対のエンボシングローラを使用し、前記積層された綿地を一対の前記エンボシングローラの間に通過させて圧着し、前記凸凹面によって、前記積層された綿地の表面をエンボシングすることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
- 前記接着工程は、綿地の方向または噴霧器と吸収器の位置を変えて両面に実施することもでき、前記接着工程の後には乾燥させる乾燥工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5または7に記載の脱脂面に分離膜が形成されたメッシュコットンの製造方法。
