Abstract

本发明涉及一种权利要求1的前序部分的电白炽灯。
背景技术
如在德国公开申请DE4428357A1中披露了一种电白炽灯。该文本公知了一种具有白炽灯丝的卤素白炽灯,且所述白炽灯丝的每一个灯丝输出导线都由钼管围绕以将其焊接到电源引线或遮光罩上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有简化的白炽灯丝支架的上述白炽灯。
根据本发明可以通过权利要求1所述的技术特征达到此目的。本发明的特别的优选实施例在从属权利要求中进行了介绍。
根据本发明的电白炽灯具有用于至少一根白炽灯丝的电源引线,根据本发明至少一根电源引线具有孔,至少一根白炽灯丝的灯丝输出导线被固定在孔中。从而,所述至少一根白炽灯丝的灯丝输出导线能够被直接焊接到电源引线上而不使与现有技术的钼管。

具体实施方式
图3所示的本发明的优选实施例是用于车前灯的卤素白炽灯,特别是H7灯。该灯具有一端设有金属灯座2的玻璃灯状容器1。在灯容器1内部空间中设有轴向的钨制白炽灯丝3,且其灯丝输出导线31,32被分别地焊接到钼制电源引线4或5上。电源引线4,5具有0.7毫米的厚度或直径且从灯容器1的被密封且设有灯座2的端部引出,且电源引线4,5分别与灯座2的电接头6和7连接。
为了在第一电源引线4上固定白炽灯丝3,所述第一电源引线4的一端具有沿着所述电源引线4的纵向延伸的孔40(见图2),该孔具有0.5毫米的直径,且白炽灯丝3的第一灯丝输出导线31设在孔中并通过激光焊固定。白炽灯丝3的第二灯丝输出导线32设在第二电源引线5的孔50中且通过激光焊固定。孔50(图1)同样具有0.5毫米的直径且相对于电源引线5的纵向横向延伸。两个孔40,50通过激光生成。
本发明不仅仅局限于上面详细介绍的优选实施例。如孔或眼40,50也可以借助电子束或由电火花腐蚀的手段进行加工。此外,本发明不仅仅局限于车灯且可以被用于其他种类的白炽灯。
Claims (1)
1.一种电白炽灯,其具有用于至少一个白炽灯丝(3)的电源引线(4,5),其特征在于,至少一个所述电源引线(4,5)设有一个孔(40,50),所述至少一个白炽灯丝(3)的一个灯丝输出导线(31,32)固定在该孔中。
