Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将声音信号传送到使用者耳中的助听器或其他听觉装置。该助听器或听觉装置具有一个结构部件以及至少两个间隔开的电子部件。所述结构部件支承所述间隔开的电子部件。所述听觉装置可为一种与电话、或者其他产生声音的装置无线或有线连接的头戴式耳机。另外,在这个连接装置中,所述助听器也包含具有有线或无线传送方式、用于捕获声音的话筒。
发明背景
在现有技术助听器的一种类型中,电子部件固接到其上打印有互连电子部件的电导线的电路板上,接着电路板再固接到助听器的结构部件(structuralparts)上。电路板可为刚性或柔性。电路板的使用使电子部件的更换和固接变得简易,以及能够以自动过程进行。问题是电路板在助听器或头戴式耳机中占据空间,随着使用者对小型听觉装置大量需求,这已成为一个严重问题。
在现有技术助听器的另一种类型中,电路板至少部分地被细导线所替代。此种导线的使用极为差强人意,因为受过培训的员工必须手工将导线连接到部件上。这使得成品助听器的制造成本昂贵,以及手工操作易于出错。
电子装置中,在非平状(non-flat)聚合物表面上直接提供有电导线已众所周知。首先使用激光灯,以改变聚合物表面的结构,来制作出导线轨迹和区域。因而所述聚合物表面变成能够将金属片粘附到刻出的轨迹和区域上,通过这种方式,电导线可直接形成于聚合物的表面上。该过程即为所谓的3D-MID(Moulded Interconnect Device,模造互连装置)。电子部件于是可以装在表面上,通过一种通常的回流(re-flow)焊接过程,与导线电连接,并与所述表面很好地物理性(physical)连接。这在先前未被视为一个有利点,而将该技术用在助听器制造时的连接方面上。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种没有上述问题的助听器或其他类似电子装置。
本发明涉及一种助听器或其他听觉装置,其中该装置包含至少一个结构部件,两个或多个间隔开的电子部件固接到所述结构部件上,电导线相互连接所述电子部件,电导线提供在助听器结构部件的表面上。
通过这种连接装置,可全部去掉助听器中的电路板,并且所需的电导线的数量也非常少。因而,制成的助听器可明显地比现有技术的助听器小。另外,能够将电子部件装在非平状表面上以及不需要印刷电路板这两个方面,使得制作出紧密的听觉装置成为可能。在制造中,可使用高度自动过程,这使得制造成本和制造出错概率均更低。另外,在现有技术助听器中,存在的一个问题是,如果使用导线,则导线必须准确放置以免装置中的电子部件之间产生电子耦合现象。在依据本发明的助听器和头戴式耳机中,这个问题也得到了解决。
在一个实施例中,该助听器为耳后式助听器,其中导线提供在壳体的内部,所述壳体封住助听器的电子部件。此种助听器的制作可完全不需要电路板。因而,一些部件将会是多余的,或者可减小尺寸,这使得该装置的制造成本更低以及对使用者更具有吸引力。
在另一个实施例中,该助听器为耳内式助听器,结构部件包括一个壳体(shell),其被定做成适合戴在使用者的耳朵或耳道内,还包括一个面板,其形成背向使用者的部件,因而导线位于面板的内表面。通过这个方式,可制造出更小的助听器

具体实施方式
本发明的不同例子以参考附图的方式进行描述。
在附图1,助听器电子部件2、3、4直接安装在结构部件1上。该结构部件为聚合物或塑料部件,其可构成助听器壳体或面板的一部分,在这两种情况下,结构部件1的第一侧面12为内面,另一侧面13构成助听器的外表面。话筒(microphone)2安装在夹架5上,话筒的入/出电子导线6、7直接形成在结构部件1的第一侧面上。导线6、7沿着部件1的表面以及夹架5的接近直立的表面走线,在话筒2的后端与焊接点连接。导线6、7将放大器(amplifier)3和话筒电连接在一起。
放大器3直接安装在结构部件1上,进一步地,其上有连接放大器3和助听器其它部件4、10的导线8、9。放大器可由其上直接装有电子部件的硅片(silicon hip)构成,或者由某种类型以安装IC(集成电路)和其它部件的电路板构成。
在参考号4处显示了一个开关装置,以下将对该开关装置进行进一步阐述。另外也部分显示了一个接收器或扬声器10,以及显示了一个电池盒11。从结构部件1的另一侧13可进入到电池盒11。
在附图2中显示了扁形话筒15。话筒15安装在形成于结构部件17上的沟槽16中。在结构部件17上提供有电导线18以作为电源和从话筒15中输出信号。通过通常的焊接块20连接导线18与话筒15。
附图3以放大示意图显示了开关装置4,其中除去结构部件1的一部分以更好地显示开关装置4的功能部件。开关装置4包含一个安装在穿过结构部件1的孔眼22的销钉21。按钮23和弹簧24安装在结构部件1外表面的销钉21上。在内部,销钉21具有一个固定在其外端上的、由导电性材料制成的圆片25。在孔眼22旁提供有第一导线26和第二导线27,但是这两根导线相互隔离。通过销钉21在孔眼22中的轴向移动,导电性材料制成的圆片25与两个导线26、27接触,从而在这两个导线之间建立起电连接。当自主行动时,弹簧24将驱使销钉21移动,建立起两个导线26和27之间的连接。当以箭头28的方向按动按钮23时,圆片被抬起,导线26和27之间的连接断开。
附图4显示了电池30和电池连接装置31。在电池一侧的电池连接装置31局部嵌入结构部件1的主体(material)中。连接到连接部件31上的导线33位于结构部件体的表面上。在电池的另一侧提供有一个相似的连接装置。连接部件31由柔性材料制成,因而具有弹性作用,这确保了与电池30的良好连接。连接部件自身可由单独(separate)的金属元件构成,所述金属元件形成于结构部件1的主体上。其还可制成为结构部件1的一个组成部件,因而MID导线23在弹性部件31的表面上延伸,而与电池直接连接、或与金属弹簧或探针连接,接着所述金属弹簧或探针再与电池表面连接。
附图5中,在结构部件1的上方显示了接收器10。接收器10以通常方式悬挂,这个在图中未显示。导线40、41形成于结构部件1上并终止于局部嵌入结构部件1的主体中的销针42、43。从销针42、43到接收器10提供有导线44、45。通过这种方式,确保了接收器与助听器的其他结构部件之间的听觉和振动隔离。
在以上的例子中,结构部件1为助听器外壳的一部分,但是在内壁上可提供有导线和装置,从而将助听器的内部空间分成两个隔间。也可提供一根从壁的一侧到另一侧穿壁而过的导线。另外,也可使用印刷电路板制造方面的公知技术来提供相互交联的导线。在特定的实例中,如上所述,在其他部件通过助听器的结构部件上的导线进行连接的情况下,提供印刷电路板给某些部件可成为一个有利方面。
Claims (5)
1.一种助听器或类似装置,其中,该装置包含至少一个结构部件,两个或多个间隔开的电子部件固接到所述结构部件上,电导线相互连接所述电子部件,电导线提供在助听器结构部件的表面上。
2.如权利要求1中所述的助听器,其中该助听器为耳后式助听器,其中,导线提供在壳体的内部,所述壳体封住所述助听器的部件。
3.如权利要求2中所述的助听器,其中导线和至少一部分部件提供在内壁上,该内壁将壳体的内部空间分成两个隔间。
4.如以上任一权利要求中所述的助听器,其中至少有一根导线穿透一壁部分的厚度。
5.如权利要求1中所述的助听器,其中该助听器为耳内式助听器,并且结构部件包括:一个壳体(shell),其被定做成适合戴在使用者的耳朵或耳道内;以及一个面板,其形成有背向使用者的部件,因而导线位于面板的内表面。
