Abstract

本发明涉及无光牛仔釉的制作方法,其特征:按给定配方配制釉料,釉料包括无光兰和无光棕两类,两者都含规定量的一价、二价、三价、四价之金属氧化物,而无光兰以CoO为着色剂,无光棕则以Fe2O3和MnO2为着色剂;对配料进行湿法球磨,然后过筛,按25~35波美度的浓度调配浆料;取具特定表面特征的瓷器坯体浸釉后入窑,在1180~1200℃的氧化气氛中快速烧成。所得成品瓷表面釉层形似牛仔服色,有自然斑杂的花纹,装饰效果较强。

技术领域
本发明涉及无光牛仔釉之制作方法。
背景技术
牛仔服以其独特的服色及自然斑杂的花纹而闻名于世。能否将它借用于瓷器行业,以期获得意外的效果呢?
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是要在瓷器坯体上烧成接近牛仔服色的自然斑杂花纹,其色彩应贴近自然色,并具有较强的装饰效果。
本发明所谓的无光牛仔釉之烧成方法其特征在于:(1)按以下化学组成百分比配料——A、无光兰配方  Na2O 2~8,K2O 5~10,CaO 25~40,AI2O3 16~18,SiO2 17~20,BaO 6~8,MgO 4~5,ZnO 4~12,CoO0.8~2;B、无光棕配方Na2O 2~8,K2O 5~10,CaO 25~40,AI2O3 16~18,SiO2 17~20,BaO 6~8,MgO 4~5,ZnO 4~12,Fe2O3 2~7,MnO2 0.5~2;(2)按料∶球∶水等于1∶2∶0.6进行湿法球磨20小时;(3)球磨后之釉料过250目筛,再配成25~35波美度的浆料;(4)取外表有规律分布之麻坑或光洁的瓷器坯体浸釉入快速烧成辊道窑,于1180~1200℃的氧化气氛下烧制而成。
具体实施方式
例一,按如下配方配制无光兰釉料(所有原料皆系工业级):Na2O 5%(重量百分比,下同),K2O 7%,CaO 35%,AI2O3 16%,SiO2 18%,BaO 6%,MgO 5%,ZnO 6.5%,CoO 1.5%;依本发明规定进行湿法球磨、过筛、制成浓度25~35波美度的浆料,取外表有规律分布之麻坑或光洁的瓷器坯体浸釉入窑,窑为快速烧成辊道窑,于1180~1200℃的氧化气氛下烧制。所得成品瓷具表面所有麻坑底部釉层颜色最深,而其余部分则色泽甚浅,且釉本身在烧成中也形成斑驳的花纹效果,从而整体看来呈牛仔服般自然斑驳的花纹,色感贴近天然色。
例二,依如下配方配制无光棕釉料(所有原料皆系工业级):Na2O 8%(重量百分比,下同),K2O 5%,CaO 33.5%,AI2O3 16%,SiO2 18%,BaO 6%,MgO 4%,ZnO 4%,Fe2O3 5%,MnO2 1.5%;依本发明方法进行球磨至过筛后,调配成25~35波美度浓度的浆料,取外表带规律分布麻坑的瓷器坯体浸釉后入快速烧成管道窑,在1180~1200℃的氧化气氛下烧制。所得成品瓷其表面所有麻坑底部釉层颜色最深,其它部分则色泽较浅,整体看来色彩斑驳,装饰效果很好;即使在光洁平滑的坯体上施釉也能达到同样效果,因此釉种本身在烧成及冷却过程中会自然形成斑驳的花纹图案。

1、无光牛仔釉之制作方法其特征在于:
(1)按以下化学组成百分比配制——
A、无光兰配方
Na2O       2~8
K2O        5~10
CaO         25~40
AI2O3    16~18
SiO2      17~20
BaO         6~8
MgO         4~5
ZnO         4~12
CoO         0.8~2
B、无光棕配方
Na2O       2~8
K2O        5~10
CaO         25~40
AI2O3    16~18
SiO2      17~20
BaO         6~8
MgO         4~5
ZnO         4~12
Fe2O3      2~7
MnO2        0.5~2
(2)湿法球磨20小时,选定料∶球∶水=1∶2∶0.6;
(3)球磨后之釉料过250目筛,再调成浓度25~35波美度的浆料;
(4)取外表有规律分布之麻坑或光洁的瓷器坯体浸釉入快速烧成辊道窑,于1180~1200℃的氧化气氛下烧制。
