Description
技术领域
本发明涉及杀虫组合物和用所述的组合物来防治害虫的方法,其中所述的组合物用作农业和园艺的杀虫剂,它具有杀虫的效果,特别对防止和/或治疗植物病有特别的改进效果。
背景技术
JP-A-131163披露了作为本发明杀虫组合物活性组分的咪唑化合物用作杀虫剂,需要时它们能与其他杀真菌剂一起使用。此外,作为含有上述咪唑化合物为活性组分的混合杀虫组合物,可以提及的有披露于JP-A-11-71209、JP-A-11-106301和JP-A-11-124305的几种。另外,WO99/27788披露了下文所述的化合物1号与(S)-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮的可能混合物。但是,并不知道包含上述咪唑化合物和至少一种选自下列的杀真菌剂的杀虫组合物有优异的杀虫效果:(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮、2-甲基-1-[(1-对甲苯基乙基)氨基甲酰基]-(S)-丙基氨基甲酸异丙酯、3,5-二氯-N-(3-氯-1-乙基-1-甲基-2-氧代丙基)-4-甲基苯甲酰胺和N-(α-氰基-2-噻吩基)-4-乙基-2-(乙基氨基)-5-噻唑氨基甲酰。
关于下文所述的式(I)的各咪唑化合物的杀虫效果,其效果对某些特定害虫可能是不足的,或者其残留效果会停留较短的时间,所以某些情况下对害虫的杀虫效果实际上会不足。
发明内容
本发明对克服上述问题已经作了广泛的研究,结果发现当下文所述的式(I)的咪唑化合物和至少一种杀真菌剂一起使用时能获得单用各化合物时所预计不到的优良杀虫效果,其中杀真菌剂选自(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮、2-甲基-1-[(1-对甲苯基乙基)氨基甲酰基]-(S)-丙基氨基甲酸异丙酯、3,5-二氯-N-(3-氯-1-乙基-1-甲基-2-氧代丙基)-4-甲基苯甲酰胺和N-(α-氰基-2-噻吩基)-4-乙基-2-(乙基氨基)-5-噻唑氨基甲酰。本发明是在这些发现的基础上完成的。
也就是说,本发明涉及包含作为活性组分的至少一种式(I)的咪唑化合物和至少一种杀真菌剂的杀虫组合物:

其中R是低级烷基或低级烷氧基,n是1-5的整数,其中杀真菌剂选自(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮、2-甲基-1-[(1-对甲苯基乙基)氨基甲酰基]-(S)-丙基氨基甲酸异丙酯、3,5-二氯-N-(3-氯-1-乙基-1-甲基-2-氧代丙基)-4-甲基苯甲酰胺和N-(α-氰基-2-噻吩基)-4-乙基-2-(乙基氨基)-5-噻唑氨基甲酰。
在式(I)的咪唑化合物中,作为定义R的低级烷基或低级烷氧基的烷基部分,可以提及的是C1-6的烷基,如甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基或己基,它们可以是直链或支链的。另外,在n至少为2的情况下,大多数R可以相同或不同。
式(I)的咪唑化合物的例子包括下列化合物:

上述的(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮(下文简称为化合物
a)是THE 1998 BRIGHTON CONFERENCE-Pests & Diseases(1998年布赖顿会议-害虫与疾病)319-326页披露的化合物。上述的2-甲基-1-[(1-对甲苯基乙基)氨基甲酰基]-(S)-丙基氨基甲酸异丙酯(下文简称为化合物

c)是THE 1998 BRIGHTON CONFERENCE-Pests & Diseases335-342页披露的化合物。N-(α-氰基-2-噻吩基)-4-乙基-2-(乙基氨基)-5-噻唑氨基甲酰(下文简称为化合物
d)是AG CHEM NEW COMPOUND REVIEW VOLUME17 1999的53页披露的化合物。上述化合物

d的杀真菌剂的杀虫组合物在施用于被有害菌类感染或怀疑被感染的种植的农作物时,表现出优良的杀菌效果,这些农作物包括蔬菜,如黄瓜(

本发明的杀虫组合物还表现出对农业和园艺害虫、螨虫和线虫的优良防治效果,例如,害虫如光蝉(planthoppers)(
Delphacidae)、小菜蛾(
Plutella xylostella)、绿稻叶蝉(
Nephotettix
cincticeps)、赤豆象鼻虫(
Callosobruchus chinensis)、黄地老虎(
Spodoptera
litura)和绿桃蚜虫(grean peachaphid)(
Myzus
persicae),螨虫如二点叶螨(

构成本发明杀虫组合物的大多数活性组分可以和助剂结合使用,用和常规农业化学配制相同的方法制成各种形式,如可乳化的浓缩物、粉末、可润湿粉末、水溶液、颗粒和悬浮浓缩物。在这种情况下,可以一起混合和制备上述式(I)的化合物和其他特定的化合物,或者单独制备并将所得的制成物混合。实际上这些制剂可以就这样使用,或在用稀释剂如水稀释到预定浓度后使用。作为助剂,可以提及的是例如载体、乳化剂、悬浮剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、分散剂、潮湿剂、湿润剂、渗透剂、防冻剂和消泡剂。它们可在需要的情况下任选地加入。载体分为固体载体和液体载体。固体载体的例子包括动物和植物来源的粉末,如淀粉、糖、纤维素粉、环糊精、活性炭、黄豆粉、小麦粉、稻壳粉、木粉、鱼粉和奶粉;矿物粉如滑石、高岭土、膨润土、有机膨润土、碳酸钙、硫酸钙、碳酸氢钠、沸石、硅藻土、白炭、粘土、氧化铝、二氧化硅、硫粉和熟石灰。液体载体的例子包括水;植物油如豆油和棉籽油;动物油如牛脂和鲸油;醇类如乙醇和乙二醇;酮类如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮和异佛尔酮;醚类如二噁烷和四氢呋喃;脂肪烃类如煤油、煤馏油和液体石蜡;芳烃类如甲苯、二甲苯、三甲苯、四甲苯、环己烷和溶剂石脑油;卤代烃类如氯仿和氯苯;酰胺类如二甲基甲酰胺;酯类如乙酸乙酯和脂肪酸甘油酯;腈类如乙腈;含硫化合物类如二甲基亚砜、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺。潮湿剂(spreader)的例子包括烷基硫酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、木素磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯二醇烷基醚、聚氧乙烯月桂基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚和聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯。
在本发明的杀虫组合物中。所述的至少一种式(I)的化合物和所述的至少一种选自化合物
a、
b、
c和
d的杀真菌剂的合适掺混重量比通常为1∶10000-10000∶1,优选为1∶1000-10000∶1,更优选为1∶200-200∶1。此外,所述的至少一种式(I)的化合物和所述的化合物
a的最优选掺混重量比为1∶150-3∶1。
本发明还提供了防治害虫的方法,它包括对害虫施用本发明的杀虫组合物。施用时,本发明杀虫组合物中的活性组分浓度根据目标作物、施用方式、配方形式、剂量、施用季节和有害菌类的类型而改变,因此不能一概而论。但是,在处理叶片的情况下,作为活性组分的式(I)的化合物的浓度通常为0.01-1,000ppm,优选为0.3-500ppm,作为活性组分的所述至少一种选自化合物
a、
b、
c和
d的杀真菌剂的浓度通常为0.01-1,000ppm,优选为0.5-500ppm。
本发明的最佳实施方式
现在描述本发明杀虫组合物的优选实施方式的例子。但本发明决不受其限制。
(1)杀虫组合物,它包含作为活性组分的至少一种式(I)的化合物和(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮。
(2)第(1)项所述的杀虫组合物,其中所述的至少一种式(I)的化合物和(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮重量比为1∶1000-10000∶1。
(3)第(1)项所述的杀虫组合物,其中所述的至少一种式(I)的化合物和(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮重量比为1∶200-200∶1。
(4)第(1)项所述的杀虫组合物,其中所述的至少一种式(I)的化合物和(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮重量比为1∶150-3∶1。
(5)杀虫组合物,它包含作为活性组分的至少一种式(I)的化合物和2-甲基-1-[(1-对甲苯基乙基)氨基甲酰基]-(S)-丙基氨基甲酸异丙酯。
(6)杀虫组合物,它包含作为活性组分的至少一种式(I)的化合物和3,5-二氯-N-(3-氯-1-乙基-1-甲基-2-氧代丙基)-4-甲基苯甲酰胺。

现在,下文将描述本发明的测试实施例。但是,本发明决不受其限制。
测试实施例1
对黄瓜霜霉病的预防效果测试
在直径为7.5厘米的聚乙烯盆中种植黄瓜(品种:Suyo),当黄瓜到达二叶阶段时,用喷枪将药液喷到两株黄瓜幼苗上,药液中试样化合物的预定浓度为1,000升/公顷。在处理后的第二天,用黄瓜霜霉病菌的游动孢子囊悬浮液喷洒和栽培黄瓜,并将黄瓜在保湿室中于20℃静置18小时。然后,在20℃的恒温室中静置6-7天,检查二株幼苗的初生叶上的平均损害面积,根据下式求出发病率。接着用和处理过的样地相同的方法获得未处理的样地中的平均损害面积,不同的是用喷枪将水代替药液喷到黄瓜上。结果示于表1-4。

2.如权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于所述的式(I)的咪唑化合物和所述的至少一种选自下列物质的杀真菌剂的重量比为1∶10,000-10,000∶1∶(S)-5-甲基-2-甲硫基-5-苯基-3-苯基氨基-3,5-二氢咪唑-4-酮、2-甲基-1-[(1-对甲苯基乙基)氨基甲酰基]-(S)-丙基氨基甲酸异丙酯、3,5-二氯-N-(3-氯-1-乙基-1-甲基-2-氧代丙基)-4-甲基苯甲酰胺和N-(α-氰基-2-噻吩基)-4-乙基-2-(乙基氨基)-5-噻唑氨基甲酰。
3.防治害虫的方法,它包括对害虫施用权利要求1或2所述的杀虫组合物。
