Abstract
含有至少一种具有杀菌作用的酰基苯胺类衍生物(如甲霜灵、呋霜灵等)和亚磷酸或其盐的杀菌组合物对植物病害,特别是对于抗酰基苯胺的病菌具有协同增效作用。该组合物可以有选择地包括第三种保护性杀菌剂成分。这三种有效成分可以相继以任意顺序或同时施用。
Description
本发明是关于抗植物病害具有协同作用的杀菌剂组合物及使用该组合物的方法。
近年来,能有效地控制卵菌,尤其是能控制霜霉菌属(霜霉目)的农药,以及一开始就能防止细菌侵害的农药获得了迅速的发展。最主要的一类有效农药,化学上来自于具有杀霉菌作用的酰基苯胺类(下式Ⅰ)。这些化合物最大的优点是它们具有内吸作用。由于它们具有渗入植物细胞和渗入树液流动(Sap-flow)的能力,因此它们能够保护植物的各个部分防止霉菌的侵害,或者在霉菌开始侵害时它们能够阻止霉菌生长传播。
但是在过去的十年中,酰基苯胺类农药极其广泛的应用,导致对这些杀霉菌剂抗性的意外迅速增长。为此,人们求助于长期已经建立起来的安全的杀霉菌剂,以便延缓由于酰基苯胺类与该杀霉菌剂并用或交替应用而引起的对于酰基苯胺类抗性的发展,或者防止产生抗性(如果对特殊作物还没产生抗性的话)。
下述安全的杀霉菌剂可作为与酰基苯胺类化合物(式Ⅰ)混合的成分,并且它们是市场上可以买到的:
铜盐〔如硫酸铜(CuSO4),氯化铜(Ⅱ)或氧氯化铜(Ⅱ),
1,2-亚乙基双(二硫代氨基甲酸)锌(代森锌)

对于有经验的人员来说,上述保护叶子的杀霉菌剂和其它保护叶子的杀霉菌剂显然可作为混合物的成分。所谓铜盐指的是在葡萄栽培中通常以波尔多液(Bordeaux mixtwue)。应用的各种铜盐。
本发明解决了克服抗性的问题,有效的控制卵菌的问题以及按另一方式控制其他植物病害的问题。
本发明与包括下述成分的混合物有关:
α)式Ⅰ酰基苯胺
其中
R为甲基、氯、硝基或叠氮基(N3),
W为α-丙酸甲酯基-C(CH3)COOCH3或杂环
Y为选自下式的基团:
-CH2-O-CH3(甲氧基甲基),
-CH2Cl(氯甲基),
-CH2-C6H5(苄基)和
m为1或2,如果R相对于氨基为间位氯原子,并且W又为丁内酯环(X=CH),那么m也可为零。
β)Ⅱ组杀霉菌剂,它包括亚磷酸(H3PO3)或其碱金属盐、碱土金属盐,或者为其未取代的或取代的铵盐,或者为它的锌盐、铜盐、镍盐或锰盐。
上述式Ⅰ化合物中,取代基R可以在苯环的2位、3位或6位。如果合适,CH3基团也可以在2,3或6位中一个或二个位置上。如果W是α-丙酸甲酯基团,那么硝基(NO2)最好在3位上。
亚磷酸的碱金属盐可以理解为指所有一碱价的或二碱价的盐MeH2PO2或Me2HPO3,其中Me为锂、钠或钾,或者为该三种离子的混合盐。所谓铵盐指的是上述亚磷酸盐,其中Me或者为NH+ 4,或者为被1~4个脂肪族和/或芳香族基团取代的NH+ 4阳离子,如〔NH3-C2H5〕+,〔N(CH3)4〕+,〔N(CH3)3Ph〕+,〔NH2CH3(C6H4Cl)〕+,〔NH2(异C3H7)2〕+。Me还可以代表碱金属和铵盐的混合物。
同样,亚磷酸的碱土金属盐可以理解为指含有钙、镁、钡或锶作为阳离子的亚磷酸盐,并且它们可以相互地形成混合盐,或者它们可以与碱金属或铵阳离子形成混合盐。
在1975年,已经提出亚磷酸及其盐在植物保护中可以用于控制霉菌病害(如西德专利2453401或法国专利2252056),但是在实践中迄今尚未应用。主要的原因是怀疑亚磷酸(H3PO3)及其盐的植物毒性。为了有效地控制植物病害,并且为了真正持久地将霉菌侵害减少到小于5%,需要以浓度200~500克/百升喷雾混合物,但是在该浓度下,大多数农作物要遭受不能允许的损害,至少该浓度要阻止植物生长发育,甚至会引起植物各部分的枯萎(如叶坏死)。
人们十分惊奇地注意到,亚磷酸(H3PO3)及其盐(即上面提到的Ⅱ组成分)在与Ⅰ组的酰基苯胺并用时,可以发挥出三个在实践中十分有用的作用。第一,Ⅰ组化合物与Ⅱ组化合物的混合物其杀霉菌作用可以协同地提高,即有效的减少病害侵袭,这样有效成分总量就可以明显地降低。第三,在浓度为≤250克有效成分/公顷时,没有观察到对农作物,特别是敏感的葡萄有任何植物毒性。该结果部分原因是由于亚磷酸(H3PO3)或其盐的用量减少了,但是这不能完全解释为什么在常用的浓度范围(100克~2000克有效成分/公顷)没有观察到任何毒性作用。第三,合并使用上述杀霉菌剂还可以完全地控制对酰基苯胺类(式Ⅰ)具有抗性的各种致病菌株。
因此,本发明明显提高了该项技术的地位。
式Ⅰ杀霉菌剂最好的代表是下述化合物,其中大部分是可以买得到的:
1)N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)-N-(2-甲氧基乙酰基)-DL-氨基丙酸甲酯(甲霜灵),
2)N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)-N-糠酰(2)-DL-氨基丙酸甲酯(呋霜灵),
3)N-(2-甲基-6-叠氮基苯基)-N-(2-甲氧基乙酰基)-DL-氨基丙酸甲酯,
4)N-(2,3,6-三甲基苯基)-N-(2-甲氧基乙酰基基)-DL-氨基丙酸甲酯,
5)N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)-N-(苯基乙酰基)-DL-氨基丙酸甲酯(苯霜灵,benblaxyl);
6)α-〔N-(3-氯苯基)环丙烷甲酰氨基〕-γ-丁丙酯(环霜灵,Cyprofuram),
7)α-〔N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)氯甲基甲酰氨基-γ-丁内酯(丁霜灵,ofurace),
8)α-〔N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)甲氧基甲基甲酰氨基〕-γ-丁内酯,
9)α-〔N-(2,3-三甲基苯基)甲氧基甲基甲酰氨基〕-γ-丁内酯,
10)α-〔N-(2,6-二甲基-3-氯苯基)甲氧基甲基甲酰氨基〕-γ-丁内酯,
11)2-甲氧基-N-(2-氧代-1,3-噁唑烷-3-基)-乙酰-2′,6′-二甲代苯胺(恶霜灵,Oxadixyl)。
熟悉本行的人员可从文献中了解这些未注册名称的杀霉菌剂。化合物3可从欧洲专利说明书65,483,化合物4可从美国专利说明书4,151,299得知。化合物8,9和10已在英国专利说明书1,577,702中公开。
更好的具有代表性的Ⅱ组化合物为

h)CaHPO3,亚磷酸氢钙,
i)Ba(H2PO3)2,亚磷酸二氢钡,
j)BaHPO3,亚磷酸氢钡,
k)MgHPO3,亚磷酸氢镁,
l)ZnHPO3,亚磷酸氢锌,
m)Cu2HPO3,亚磷酸氢亚铜,
n)CuHPO3,亚磷酸氢铜,
o)NiHPO3,亚磷酸氢镍,
p)MnHPO3,亚磷酸氢锰。
上述盐通常与1摩尔或1摩尔以上的水一起结晶。如果应用含水的喷雾混合物或杀霉菌剂的其他含水制剂,那么上述盐是以解离的形式,如带有亚磷酸盐离子H〔HPO3〕-或〔HPO3〕2-而存在的。碱土金属阳离子能够水合。配制杀霉菌组合物时Ⅱ组盐成分的选择,取决于适合应用到植物上或植物各个部位上适当的亚磷酸盐离子的限量。由于亚磷酸(H3PO3)及其盐b)~h)的水可溶性,所以它们可优先选用。钡盐和其他的金属盐k)~p)以及取代的铵盐其水溶性较低,因而只是当不需要大量稀释或避免例如由下雨而造成冲脱的时候才优先选用它们。亚磷酸铜盐m)~n)是特别合适的混合物成分。
根据所用的成分,特别好的比例为,Ⅰ∶Ⅱ=1∶8~2∶3,例如Ⅰ∶Ⅱ=1∶7或Ⅰ∶Ⅱ=1∶4。最后提到的三个比例尤其有利于较有效的酰基苯胺类,化合物1)、3)、4)、8)和9)属于较有效的酰基苯胺类。不管它们单独使用时效果较高或较低,但是在亚磷酸(H3PO3)或其盐(式Ⅱ)存在下,酰基苯胺类化合物(式Ⅰ)的活性会产生大致相同的增加,由于式Ⅰ酰基苯胺类的活性与已知最好的代表“甲霜灵”类似,所以在生物学出版物中将它们归入“酰基氨基丙酸类杀霉菌剂”。
包括可以买到的已知杀霉菌剂〔如甲霜灵、呋霜灵、苯霜灵benalaxyl)、环霜灵(cyprofuram)、丁霜灵(ofurace)和恶霜灵(oxadixyl)〕以及化合物9)和10)在内的各组合物,属于在实际应用中优先选用的组合物。典型的实例是上述杀霉菌剂与H3PO3、Na2HPO3、亚磷酸铜或亚磷酸钙〔如Ca(H2PO3)2·H2O〕构成的组合物。最后提到的化合物还可以方便地以酸酐形式应用,并且可以在潮湿的气候条件下使其较慢地冲洗掉。
本发明的组合物Ⅰ+Ⅱ的有效成分对于保护栽培植物具有有效的治愈、预防和内吸作用。用上述含式Ⅰ组合物可以在不同作物中抑制或破坏在植物中或在植物各个部位(果实、花、叶、茎、结节、根)的细菌,同时还可以使生长得较晚的植物的各个部位得到保护,免遭上述细菌的侵害。它们还适用于对所谓的“酰基氨基丙酸类杀霉菌剂”已经产生了抗性的细菌。
组合物对于下述种类的霉菌植物病害是有效的:子囊菌纲(即黑星菌属、叉丝单囊壳菌属、白粉菌属、串孢盘菌属、丝核菌属、柄锈菌属);半知菌类(葡萄孢属、长蠕孢霉属、镰孢霉属、壳针孢属、尾孢霉属、交链孢霉属,特别是梨孢霉属)。此外,式Ⅰ化合物具有内吸作用。它们还能用作拌种剂以保护种子(果实、块茎、谷粒),也可用于植物扦插(Plant Cuttings)以防止霉菌感染和防止来自于土壤的霉菌植物病害。植物对本发明的组合物特别可以耐受,从生态学来讲它们是无害的。亚磷酸及其盐最后转变成磷酸盐,因此当施于土壤中时,它们后来起肥料的作用。式Ⅰ的酰基苯胺类,尤其是化合物1)~4)和8)~10)能够降解,因此在一个生长季节之后,在土壤中不再能检测出它们。
虽然没有任何的限制,但本发明范围内被保护的目标作物可以包括下述各种植物:禾谷类(小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、稻、高粱和有关作物),甜菜(糖用甜菜和饲用甜菜),核果,梨果和小果(苹果、梨、李、桃、扁桃,樱桃、草霉、树霉和黑霉),豆科植物(豆、小扁豆,豌豆,大豆),油科植物(欧州油菜,芥菜类,罂粟,油橄榄,向日葵,椰子,蓖麻,可可豆,野豆),黄瓜类植物(黄瓜,葫芦,甜瓜),纤维植物(棉,亚麻,大麻,黄麻),柑桔类(柑桔,柠檬,葡萄,桔),疏菜(菠菜,蒿苣,芦笋,甘蓝,胡萝卜,洋葱,蕃茄,马铃薯,红辣椒)樟科鳄梨,肉桂,樟脑),或植物(例如玉米,烟草,竖果,咖啡,甘蔗,茶,葡萄,蛇麻,香蕉和天然橡胶树树,以及观赏植物(花卉,灌木,落叶树和针叶树)。
并用化合物式Ⅰ和Ⅱ,一般可以组合物的形式施用,并且可同时或相继地施药于作物区或需处理的植物上,如果需要,可以与配方技术中常用的填料、表面活性剂或促生长的辅助剂一起施用。合适的填料和辅助剂可以为固体或液体,并且它们与在配制工艺中通常应用的物质相同,例如天然的或再生的无机物质、溶剂、分散剂、湿润剂、增粘剂、增稠剂、粘合剂或肥料。
至少由一个式Ⅰ化合物和一个Ⅱ组化合物构成的组合物最好的施用方法是施药到植物的生长部位,尤其是叶上(叶的施药)。施药的次数和施药的比例由病菌的生物学特点和气候的情况决定。然而,用液体配方通过浸润植物所在地,或者施用固体组合物于土壤中,例如以颗粒的形式(土壤施药),可以使有效成分经过土壤通过根部渗入植物中(内吸作用)。式Ⅰ和Ⅱ化合物也可以用于浸渍种子(涂抹),浸种或者用一个成分的液体制剂,或者用组合物配方涂抹种子。在特殊情况下也可以使用另外类型的施药方法,如有选择的处理芽或果实。
化合物式Ⅰ和Ⅱ可以不加辅助剂直接使用,或者最好与配制技术中常用的辅助剂一起使用,因此它们可以按已知的方式配制成乳油、可涂抹的糊剂、可直接喷雾或能稀释的溶液剂、稀乳剂,也可以在聚合物中配制成微囊剂。正如组合物的种类一样,施药的方法(如喷射、雾化、喷粉、撒粉、涂抹或泼浇)可以根据预期的目的和主要的环境条件进行选择。有利的施药比例一般为100克~2公斤有效成分/公顷,最好为100克~600克有效成分/公顷。
组合物可按已知的方法配制,例如使有效成分与填充剂,如溶剂,固体填料,如果合适的话,可用表面活性化合物(表面活性剂),均匀的混合和/或研磨。
合适的溶剂有:芳香族烃类,最好是含有8~12个碳原子的芳香族烃类,如二甲苯混合物或取代的萘、邻苯二甲酸酯类(如邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯),脂肪族烃类,如环己烷或石蜡,醇类和二元醇类及它们的醚和酯,如乙醇、乙二醇-甲基或-乙基醚、酮类,如环己酮,强极性溶剂,如N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜或二甲基甲酰胺,植物油或环氧化植物油,如环氧化椰子油或环氧化豆油。
用于粉剂或分散粉剂的固体填料一般为天然的无机填料,如方解石、滑石、高岭土、蒙脱土或美国活性白土。为了改进物理性质,可以加入高度分散的硅酸或高度分散的有吸附性的聚合物。合适的颗粒吸附填料为多孔型的,如浮石、碎砖、海泡石或膨润土;合适的无吸附性的填料是方解石,沙子。此外,可以应用大量无机或有机的天然产物作为预制颗粒的材料,特别是白云石或粉碎的植物残余物。能够显著减少施药比例的特别有用的促生长辅助剂也是天然的(动物或植物)或者人工合成的脑磷脂和卵磷脂等一系列磷脂类,如磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰胆碱、鞘磷脂、磷脂酰肌醇、磷脂酰甘油、溶血卵磷脂、缩醛磷脂或心磷脂,它们可以从动物或植物细胞中得到,尤其可从脑、心脏、肝、蛋黄或黄豆中得到。天然有用的实例为磷脂酰胆碱混合物。合成的磷脂类的实例是二辛酰基磷脂酰胆碱和二棕榈酰基磷酰胆碱。
根据需要配制的式Ⅰ和Ⅱ化合物的性质,适用的表面活性化合物可以为非离子型,阳离子型和/或阴离子型的,并且应有良好的乳化性,分散性和湿润性。术语“表面活性剂”还可以理解为各种表面活性剂所组成的混合物。
此外,本发明还涉及处理植物病害的方法,该方法包括将式Ⅰ和Ⅱ化合物以及含有它们的组合物施用到已经受到感染或有感染危险的植物上。化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ二者可以任意顺序施用,或者同时施用。
在下述配方实例中,术语“有效成分”应理解为是指式Ⅰ的酰基苯胺与Ⅱ组HSPO3(或其盐)以1∶8~2∶3比例所构成的组合物。本文中所用的百分比为重量百分比。
如果应用甲霜灵、呋霜灵、丁霜灵和恶霜灵,Ⅰ与Ⅱ(按H3PO3计)有用的比例为1∶7;1∶5;1∶3;3∶5;2∶5和2∶3。

6~8叶阶段的葡萄扦插用喷雾混合物进行喷雾,该喷雾混合物是由受试组合物的可湿性粉剂制得的。24小时以后,处理过的植物用对于甲霜灵、丁霜灵和恶霜灵敏感性已经减低了的霉菌孢子混悬液进行感染。于20℃,在相对湿度为95~100%条件下孵育6天后对霉菌的侵害进行评价。
通过应用列于表中开头的保护性成分,可以部分地增加Ⅰ组杀霉菌剂(即酰基苯胺类)的浓度。含有各种杀菌剂的成分,如含有第三种有选择的成分,例如硫酸铜、氧氯化铜、代森锌、代森锰、甲基代森锌、代森锰锌、灭菌丹、克菌丹、敌菌丹、百菌清、二噻农、抑菌灵、地茂散或甲羧异噁唑也是本发明的研究对象。第三种成分的用量可以为酰基苯胺的三倍。
含有三种成分的典型实例是以甲霜灵为基础,例如可以是甲霜灵/灭菌丹/亚磷酸盐,或者是甲霜灵/百菌清/亚磷酸盐。
B)在上述控制葡萄上葡萄霜霉的生物试验条件下,用下述三种成分的混合物,得到以下的结果(Ⅰa+Ⅰb的量等于Ⅰ的量)
C)对葡萄上葡萄霜霉的作用(抗酰基苯胺)预防和治疗作用
4叶阶段的葡萄扦插用对于酰基苯胺杀霉菌剂(如甲霜灵、呋霜灵、丁霜灵、环霜灵、恶霜灵)及可以比较的典型杀霉菌剂敏感性已经降低了的单轴霜霉属孢子混悬液进行接种。在发病1天以后,葡萄扦插用喷雾混合物进行喷雾(测定治疗效果),该喷雾混合物由受试化合物或受试组合物的可湿性粉剂制得。
在第一次接种之后第2天和第6天,用孢子混悬液进行第二次和第三次接种(测定预防效果)。
试验时温度为20°~22℃,相对湿度保持在95~100%。
在一定的浓度下,各个化合物(或组合物)重复三次试验。在第一次接种之后11天和15天进行评价。
在用酰基苯胺(式Ⅰ)和亚磷酸盐组合物合并处理的植物上,获得下述惊人的结果。(a·i=有效成分),0%效果=100%受侵害。
D)在葡萄上对葡萄霜霉的作用(抗酰基苯胺)予防和治疗作用
在类似于e的试验中,应用比对c)中所用的酰基苯胺类更敏感的葡萄霜霉菌评价甲霜灵和亚磷酸(H3PO3)。在第一次接种之后8天进行评价。
Claims (18)
2、按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其中Ⅰ与Ⅱ的重量比为1∶100~1∶1。
3、按照权利要求2所述的组合物,其中Ⅰ与Ⅱ的重量比为1∶25~1∶1。
4、按照权利要求3所述的组合物,其中Ⅰ与Ⅱ的重量比为1∶8~2∶3。
5、按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其中式Ⅰ有效成分系选自以下一组化合物:甲霜灵、呋霜灵、苯霜灵(benalaxyl)、环霜灵(cyprofuram)、丁霜灵(ofurace)、霜灵(oxadixyl)或α-(N-2,6-二甲基-3-氯苯基)甲氧基甲基甲酰氨基〕-γ-丁内酯。
6、按照权利要求1所述的组合物,其中式Ⅱ有效成分系选自以下一组化合物:
a)亚磷酸(H3PO4)
b)亚磷酸二氢钠,
c)亚磷酸二氢钾,
d)亚磷酸氢二钠,
e)亚磷酸氢二钾,
f)亚磷酸二氢铵,
g)亚磷酸二氢钙,
h)亚磷酸氢钙,
i)亚磷酸二氢钡,
j)亚磷酸氢钡,
k)亚磷酸氢镁,
l)亚磷酸氢锌,
m)亚磷酸氢亚铜,
n)亚磷酸氢铜
o)亚磷酸氢镍
p)亚磷酸氢锰
7、按照权利要求6所述的组合物,其中式Ⅱ有效成分系选自亚磷酸、亚磷酸氢二钠、亚磷酸铜或亚磷酸钙。
8、按照权利要求7所述的组合物,其中式Ⅰ有效成分为甲霜灵。
9、按照权利要求7所述的组合物,其中式Ⅰ有效成分为α-〔N-(2,3,6-三甲基苯基)甲氧基甲基甲酰氨基〕-γ-丁内酯。
10、按照权利要求7所述的组合物,其中式Ⅰ有效成分为α-〔N-(2,6-二甲基-3-氯苯基)甲氧基甲基甲酰氨基〕-γ-丁内酯。
11、按照权利要求1所述的组合物,该组合物含有选自硫酸铜、氧氯化铜、代森锌、代森锰、甲基代森锌、代森锰锌、灭菌丹、克菌丹、敌菌丹、百菌清、二噻农、抑菌灵、地茂散或甲羟异噁唑的第三种有效成分。
12、按照权利要求11所述的组合物,其中保护性成分的用量,按重量计不超过酰基苯胺用量的三倍。
13、按照权利要求12所述的组合物,其中式Ⅰ有效成分为甲霜灵。
14、按照权利要求12所述的组合物,其中第三种有效成分系选自克菌丹、敌菌丹或灭菌丹。
15、按照权利要求13所述的组合物,其中第三种保护性有效成分为二噻农。
16、按照权利要求13所述的组合物,其中第三种保护性有效成分为代森锰锌。
17、控制某地植物病害的方法,该方法包括用至少一种按照权利要求1所述的式Ⅰ有效成分和Ⅱ组有效成分,同时或以任意的顺序处理已经遭受感染或容易遭受感染的地方。
18、按照权利要求17所述的方法,该方法包括除了以任意的顺序或同时施用式Ⅰ有效成分和式Ⅱ之外,还另外施用按照权利要求11所述的第三种有效成分。
