技术领域
本发明涉及汽车的钥匙互锁系统,它只有当汽车在停泊状态,才能将钥匙从点火开关操纵柱锁紧组件取下。
背景技术
一般,点火开关操纵柱锁紧组件作为一个电气开关,可以通过依次转换4个位置:锁紧,附件(ACC),接通和开始,用曲柄起动发动机。在锁紧状态过程中,该组件也可锁紧操纵柱,以防被偷盗。
该点火开关操纵柱锁紧组件还具有钥匙互锁功能,可以在除了停泊状态以外,防止从该点火开关操纵柱锁紧组件上取下钥匙,这样当汽车行驶时,操纵柱锁紧功能不起作用。
对于一般的钥匙互锁系统,凸轮根据插入钥匙的钥匙圆柱体的转动而转动,而一个电执行器限制凸轮的转动和转动范围。
只有当钥匙圆柱体在锁紧状态时,才可以将钥匙从钥匙圆柱体上取下,并且该电气执行器限制凸轮的转动范围,以便使该钥匙圆柱体只有当变速杆在停泊(P)状态才能在锁紧状态下枢轴转动。
该电气执行器可以为单向螺线管执行器或双向螺线管执行器。单向螺线管执行器使用电磁铁的磁力,使柱塞作单向的直线运动,而另一个直线运动依靠弹簧力。双向螺线管执行器将电磁铁磁力加在二个方向的直线运动上。
发明内容
本发明的实施例改进了点火开关操纵柱锁紧组件的工作可靠性。该组件通过一个双向螺线管执行器控制与插入钥匙的钥匙圆柱体互相作用的凸轮的转动范围。
一种汽车的钥匙互锁系统包括:一个凸轮轴,它通过与插入钥匙的钥匙圆柱体互相作用而枢轴旋转;装有柱塞的一个双向螺线管执行器,它在凸轮轴的垂直方向上作直线往复运动;一个锁紧凸轮块,它在凸轮轴的径向从凸轮轴突出,并且与柱塞锁紧,以防止钥匙圆柱体转动至锁紧状态;一个钩形突出部分,它在与凸轮轴相同的方向上从所述柱塞的一端突出出来;和一个限制凸轮块,它安装在凸轮轴周围,当所述钥匙圆柱体处在接通或开始状态时,通过所述钩形突出部分的阻断,可限制柱塞的直线运动。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的钥匙互锁系统包括一个凸轮轴5,它通过与插入钥匙1的钥匙圆柱体3互相作用而枢轴转动。双向螺线管执行器9装备有一个柱塞7,它可在凸轮轴5的垂直方向作直线往复运动。锁紧凸轮块11在凸轮轴5的径向方向,从该凸轮轴5突出,以防止钥匙圆柱体3转动至通过柱塞7阻断的锁紧状态。一个钩形突出部分13,在与凸轮轴相同的方向上从柱塞7的一端突出。限位凸轮块15安装在凸轮轴5上,当钥匙圆柱体3在接通或开始状态时,通过该钩形突出部分13进行阻断,可限制柱塞7的直线运动。
该钥匙圆柱体3与通常的系统一样,只有在锁紧状态才能将钥匙1从钥匙圆柱体3中取出。
该钥匙圆柱体3依次从锁紧状态枢轴转动至ACC,接通和开始状态。
该双向螺线管执行器9由一个电源驱动,并通过使该柱塞7直线运动接近凸轮轴5,而限制该锁紧凸轮块11的枢轴转动。该双向螺线管执行器9还可直线地使柱塞远离凸轮轴5运动,使得该锁紧凸轮块11可枢轴转动运动。
该锁紧凸轮块11从凸轮轴5的外圆周突出,横截面为扇形。
该限位凸轮块15由圆盘板17和限位部分19组成。该圆盘板17作成圆形板形状,并且在中部被凸轮轴5贯通。该限位部分19从圆盘板17向着锁紧凸轮块11方向突出出来。
限位部分19在径向方向置于该圆盘板17的边缘上。因此,当柱塞7运动接近凸轮轴5时,限位部分19不妨碍该钩形突出部分13,从而可使凸轮轴5旋转。
在图2中,该锁紧凸轮块11和限位凸轮块15配置在凸轮轴5方向上。锁紧,ACC,接通和开始状态在双向螺线管作动器9的柱塞7和凸轮轴5(当凸轮轴5旋转时)的接触点上显示出来。
在ACC状态,柱塞7不受限位凸轮块15和锁紧凸轮块11干扰,因此柱塞7可直线运动,接近或远离凸轮轴5。
如图3所示,在凸轮轴5在接通或开始状态时,从柱塞7突出出来的钩形突出部分13被限位凸轮块15阻止,从而防止由于外部冲击或双向螺线管执行器9的误动作造成的柱塞远离凸轮轴5的运动。
当汽车在行驶中,驾驶员突然试图将钥匙1转动至锁紧状态时,柱塞7限制锁紧凸轮块11的枢轴转动运动,使得由于没有形成锁紧状态,从而不能从钥匙圆柱体3取出钥匙1。
如图4所示,要将凸轮轴5从接通或开始状态转动至锁紧状态,应通过使凸轮轴5旋转,将凸轮轴5切换至ACC状态。其次,柱塞7应直线运动,远离凸轮轴5,由于双向螺线管执行器9的柱塞7只有变速杆在P范围内时,才运动远离凸轮轴5时,所以只有当汽车在停泊状态才能从钥匙圆柱体3上取出钥匙1。
从以上所述可看出,本发明的优点是,当凸轮轴在接通或开始状态时,即使当具有外部冲击或双向螺线管执行器误动作时,该钩形突出部分和限位凸轮块保持柱塞的位置,从而可以稳定钥匙互锁系统的工作。

Claims (3)

1、一种汽车的钥匙互锁系统,它包括:
一个凸轮轴,它通过与插入钥匙的钥匙圆柱体互相作用而枢轴转动;
装有柱塞的一个双向螺线管执行器,它可在与所述凸轮轴的垂直方向上作直线往复运动;
一个锁紧凸轮块,它在所述凸轮轴的径向从所述凸轮轴突出,并且与所述柱塞锁紧,以防止所述钥匙圆柱体转动至锁紧状态;
一个钩形突出部分,在与所述凸轮轴相同的方向上从所述柱塞的一端突出出来;和
一个限制凸轮块,它安装在所述凸轮轴周围,当所述钥匙圆柱体处在接通或开始状态时,通过所述钩形突出部分的阻断来限制所述柱塞的直线运动。
2、如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述锁紧凸轮块从所述凸轮轴的外圆周突出出来,并且其横截面为扇形。
3、如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述限位凸轮块由以下部分构成:
一个形成为圆盘形状,并且在中间被所述凸轮轴贯通的圆盘板;和
从所述圆盘板向着所述锁紧凸轮块方向突出的限制部分。
