Abstract
本发明涉及一种车辆的进气道。该进气道在排气口的外壁上具有可切削的凹槽,该进气道可适用于任何车辆,无论是否使用了空气滤清器,这样不但可以提供经济效益,又可在不使用空气滤清器时防止空气泄漏,并增加车辆的空调/加热器的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆的进气道,它可吸收车外或车内的空气,并将其提供给空调设备。本发明更具体地涉及一种适合在其中随意安装空气滤清器的进气道。
背景技术
通常,空气可通过空调机的蒸发器或加热芯进入车辆的座舱内。提供给蒸发器或加热芯的空气是利用鼓风机通过进气道选择地吸入车外或车内的空气得到的。
也可在车中增加空气滤清器来净化利用鼓风机通过进气道送来的空气。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种车辆的进气道,它可在任何车辆中使用,无论其是否安装了空气滤清器,由此降低了制造成本,防止了不安装空气滤清器时的漏气问题,并且使车内空调机/加热器的功用达到最优化。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,车辆的进气道包括一个具有矩形截面的排气口。所述的排气口的外壁上形成有一个可切削的凹槽,通过由切削凹槽所形成的孔将空气滤清器插入到进气道中。

具体实施方式
以下参考附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。
如图1和图2所示,进气道1包括一个外进气口3和一个内进气口5。活门(flap door)7可选择性地打开外进气口3和内进气口5。具有近似矩形截面的排气口11(见图3)在进气道1底部与鼓风机箱9的入口部分相连接。
在进气道1的排气口11的外壁上形成有一个可切削的凹槽13,通过由切削凹槽所形成的孔将空气滤清器插入到进气道中。可切削的凹槽13在面对空气滤清器插入方向的表面上,围绕封闭的矩形具有连续的沟槽。
如图4所示,进气道1的排气口11具有近似矩形的截面,可切削的凹槽13的具体结构在局部放大图中说明。
可切削凹槽13的槽深优选至进气道1壁厚的3/4处,以便易于切削从而插入空气滤清器,而且在没有进行切削时还能保证结构的刚性。
根据本发明所述,在没有安装空气滤清器的车辆中,安装上述结构的进气道1不用切削排气口11外壁的任何部分。当可切削的凹槽13没有被切削时,凹槽保持封闭,这样既防止了漏气又有助于改进车辆的空调机及加热器的功能。
如果在车辆中使用有空气滤清器,在可切削的凹槽13的基础上部分地切削进气道1的外壁,并将空气滤清器插入由此形成的孔中。
因此,根据本发明的进气道1可适用于任何车辆,无论是否安装了空气滤清器,因此既增加了经济效益又简化了管道部件的使用。
综上所述,本发明的车辆进气道的优点在于:其可被用于任何车辆,无论是否安装了空气滤清器,从而降低了制造成本,特别是,当空气滤清器没有固定在进气道时,可通过防止漏气来增加车内的致冷和致热效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种车辆的进气道,包括:
一个具有矩形截面的排气口;和
在所述排气口的外壁上形成有可切削的凹槽,通过由切削所述凹槽所形成的孔将空气滤清器插入到所述进气道中。
2.如权利要求1所述的进气道,其中,所述的可切削的凹槽在面对所述空气滤清器的插入方向的表面上,围绕封闭的矩形具有连续的沟槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的进气道,其中,所述的可切削的凹槽的槽深至相对所述进气道壁厚的3/4处。
4.如权利要求1所述的进气道,其中,所述的排气口与鼓风机箱的入口部分相连接。
