Abstract

Description
本发明涉及权利要求1前叙部分中限定的用于电灯的灯座胶合剂。
背景技术
这种灯座胶合剂例如已在公开号是WO98/43267的国际专利申请中公开。这种灯座胶合剂通常用于将灯管(Lampengefβe)固定在灯座套管(Sockelhülse)中。出于该目的,在灯座套管的边缘附近在其内侧安装胶合剂环。胶合剂的涂覆和将灯管插入灯座套管在不同的加工设备中进行,以便已经装上胶合剂环的灯座套管必须仍然是能传送的,以用于灯座。通常装有胶合剂环的灯座套管在被插到灯管上之前还被储存数周。胶合剂制备和灯旋入灯座中的一个大问题是正确调节灯座胶合剂的粘度和膨胀能力。胶合剂的粘度必须被调节,以便胶合剂在涂覆了胶合剂的灯座套管的运输或储存期间不会流到灯座套管底部和堵塞供电口。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于电灯的灯座胶合剂,其粘度可以在宽的范围内调节,而不会对该胶合剂的膨胀性能有不利的影响。本发明的目的尤其是提供一种其流动性大大降低的用于电灯的灯座胶合剂。
本发明的目的是通过权利要求1的特征或通过权利要求4的特征实现的。本发明特别优选的实施方案描述在从属权利要求中。
本发明的用于电灯的灯座胶合剂包含一种或多种树脂和一种或多种填料以及如果需要的话还包含溶剂,并且包含聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺作为触变剂。聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺是以杜邦公司的商标名KEVLAR已知的。通过加入聚对二甲酰对苯二胺,可以在宽的范围内改变灯座胶合剂的粘度,而不会因此影响灯座胶合剂的膨胀性。通过加入聚对二甲酰对苯二胺可以更容易地将胶合剂机械涂抹在灯座套管中,因为该胶合剂由于其触变性能在涂抹之后立即硬化。因此可以机械加工这种在糊状和静止状态下具有特别低的粘度的胶合剂。聚对二甲酰对苯二胺的含量越高,那么灯座胶合剂的流动性越低。有利的是,聚对二甲酰对苯二胺在灯座胶合剂中的含量是0.05重量%至30重量%,以灯座胶合剂的干重计,也就是说,以胶合剂的树脂和填料组分计,而不考虑溶剂的含量。因为与灯座胶合剂的其它组分相比,聚对二甲酰对苯二胺是一种相对昂贵的材料,所以使用尽可能少量的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺。已经表明,以灯座胶合剂的干重计仅0.3重量%的相对低的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺便足以充分地降低灯座胶合剂的流动性,以便在涂有胶合剂的灯座套管的运输和储存期间该胶合剂不会流到灯座套管的底部。
本发明的主要优点在于,在每一种已知的电灯用灯座胶合剂中均可以使用聚对二甲酰对苯二胺作为触变剂。因此,灯座胶合剂是否包含合成树脂、天然树脂或这二种树脂的混合物是不重要的。同样,聚对二甲酰对苯二胺与已知灯座胶合剂中的常规填料也是相容的。此外,也可以使用已知的溶剂或悬浮剂,例如乙醇、丁醇或水来形成灯座胶合剂糊。在每种已知的灯座胶合剂配方中,加入聚对二甲酰对苯二胺导致胶合剂的流动性降低。在任何情况下均没有观察到加入聚对二甲酰对苯二胺对胶合剂膨胀性的影响。
优选将聚对二甲酰对苯二胺以粉末形式与灯座胶合剂混合,以保证尽可能好的混合和与胶合剂组分的均匀性。同样也可以使用纤维状的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺,只要纤维足够细以便允许与胶合剂组分均匀混合并且不影响计量过程。因此纤维的尺寸应该与其它胶合剂组分特别是填料的平均颗粒尺寸相适应。
优选实施方案的描述
下面借助于优选实施方案详细描述本发明。
根据本发明的第一优选实施方案,灯座胶合剂的树脂组分由8.1重量%的Bakelite公司的标号是K0791的酚醛树脂、0.7重量%的DowCorning公司的标号是6-2230的有机硅树脂、2.5重量%的松香和0.8重量%的虫胶组成。灯座胶合剂的填料组分由74.5重量%的MerkleGembH公司的标号为JP/LM的方解石和8.0重量%的BayerischeFarben-und Mineralwerke公司的标号为Nofacal的方解石组成。方解石的颗粒尺寸即D50值约是200微米。1.1重量%的异丁醇和3.7重量%的乙醇作为溶剂使用。此外该灯座胶合剂还包含0.3重量%的1.8%的品红溶液作为染料。为了降低胶合剂的流动性,该灯座胶合剂还包含0.3重量%的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺。
根据本发明第二优选的实施方案,每1000克灯座胶合剂粉包含770.0克方解石、84.5克酚醛树脂、84.5克有机硅树脂和61.0克聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。每1000克灯座胶合剂粉中加入3.0克高纯硅酸(其在商业上以商标名Aerosil获得)和2.4克粉末状的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺。在这种灯座胶合剂粉末中加入至少75克乙醇/1000克灯座胶合剂粉作为溶剂。
根据本发明第三优选的实施方案,每1000克灯座胶合剂粉包含830.2克方解石、80.0克酚醛树脂、12.0克有机硅树脂和55.2克聚乙烯醇缩丁醛以及22.6克磷酸三苯酯。每1000克灯座胶合剂粉中加入3.0克高纯硅酸(其在商业上以商标名Aerosil获得)和2.4克粉末状的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺。在这种灯座胶合剂粉末中加入至少50克乙醇/1000克灯座胶合剂粉作为溶剂。
根据本发明第四优选的实施方案,每1000克灯座胶合剂粉包含852.6克方解石、83.2克酚醛树脂、8.4克有机硅树脂和55.2克聚乙烯醇缩丁醛以及22.6克磷酸三苯酯。每1000克灯座胶合剂粉中加入3.0克高纯硅酸(其在商业上以商标名Aerosil获得)和3.0克粉末状的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺。在这种灯座胶合剂粉末中加入至少70克乙醇/1000克灯座胶合剂粉作为溶剂。
Claims (5)
1.用于电灯的灯座胶合剂,其含有一种或多种树脂和一种或多种填料以及如果需要的话还含有溶剂,其特征在于,该灯座胶合剂包含聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺作为触变剂。
2.权利要求1的灯座胶合剂,其特征在于,聚对二甲酰对苯二胺在灯座胶合剂中的含量是0.05重量%至30重量%,以灯座胶合剂的干重计。
3.权利要求1或2的灯座胶合剂,其特征在于,聚对二甲酰对苯二胺在灯座胶合剂中的含量低于或等于0.3重量%,以灯座胶合剂的干重计。
4.聚对二甲酰对苯二胺用于调节电灯用灯座胶合剂的粘度的用途。
5.权利要求4的聚对二甲酰对苯二胺的用途,其以粉末形式使用。
