Abstract
本发明涉及电灯的灯头,它具有尽可能微小的树脂组分。按本发明的灯头胶合剂既含有天然树脂也含有合成树脂,其中合成树脂组分最多为11%(重量)和天然树脂组分最多为5%(重量)。作为填料单独采用方解石。天然树脂对合成树脂的重量比在0.1和0.5之间为宜。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于电灯的灯头胶合剂,它具有用含酚树脂和/或有机硅树脂的合成树脂、天然树脂组分和含方解石的填料以及溶剂组分。
背景技术
这种形式的灯头胶合剂例如在欧洲专利说明EP 0261 722中已公开。在此文件中描述的灯头胶合剂是由天然树脂和合成树脂,填料和溶剂及其它添加剂组成的。天然树脂采用虫胶和松香。合成树脂是有机硅树脂和酚醛树脂。填料组分是由碳酸钙组成和乙醇作为溶剂。此外这种胶合剂还添加有六甲撑四胺。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,制备电灯的灯头胶合剂,这种灯头胶合剂具有尽可能微小的树脂组分、价格合适和赋于灯头满意的扭转强度。
按本发明此任务通过下列特征予以解决:用于电灯的灯头胶合剂,它具有含酚树脂和有机硅树脂的合成树脂、天然树脂组分和含方解石的填料以及溶剂组分,其特征在于;
-在灯头胶合剂中合成树脂组分最多占11%重量,
-在灯头胶合剂中天然树脂组分最多占5%重量,
-填料单独由结晶形式的方解石组成的。本发明特别合适的实施例在后文中进行说明。
微小的树脂组分基本上通过单独采用具有相对微小的吸收能力的结晶形式的方解石作为填料而成为可能。尤其有利的是采用粒度0.1μm和700μm之间的方解石,在此方解石的平均粒度有利的是约200μm和有利的是方解石具有平均密度为2.7g/cm3。按本发明的灯头胶合剂的树脂组分最多为16%(重量)。在优选的实例中它甚至于在13%(重量)以下。通过应用由天然树脂和合成树脂的混合物使灯头胶合剂具有满意的强度,尤其是对于用螺纹-和卡口灯头配备的灯具有满意的灯头扭转强度成为可能,在此天然树脂组分最多为灯头胶合剂的5%(重量)和合成树脂组分最多为灯头胶合剂的11%(重量)。有利的是在此关系中天然树脂的重量组分对合成树脂重量组分之比在0.1和0.5之间和特别有利的是在0.12和0.4之间。按本发明灯头胶合剂是通过微小的树脂组分和通过天然树脂的组合,例如虫胶和松香,与合成树脂,例如酚-和有机硅树脂,也是价格合适的。按本发明的灯头胶合剂的合成树脂组分有利的是只含有酚-和有机硅树脂。按本发明的灯头胶合剂与技术现况比较仅仅由较少的组分组成的。
以下用三个优选的实施例进一步解释本发明。
具体实施方式
按照特别优选的第一个实施例本发明的灯头胶合剂的合成树脂组分是由8.1%(重量)的Bakelite公司标明K0791的酚树脂和0.7%(重量)的Dow corning公司标号6-2230的有机硅树脂组成的。这灯头胶合剂的天然树脂组分是由2.5%(重量)松香和0.8%(重量)虫胶组成的。填料组分是由74.8%(重量)的Merkle公司标明JP/LM的方解石和8.0%(重量)的Bayerische Farben-und Minera werke公司的标明Nofacal Z的方解石形成的。结晶的方解石粒度在0.1μm和700μm之间。方解石的平均程度,也称所谓的D50值大约为200μm。方解石的平均密度为2.7g/cm3。作为溶剂采用1.1%(重量)的异丁醇和3.7%(重量)的乙醇。按本发明的第一个实施例灯头胶合剂此外还含有0.3%(重量)的浓度为1.8%品红溶液作为染料。合成树脂组分这里总共为8.8%(重量)和天然树脂组分总共为3.3%(重量),这样总共树脂组分为12.1%(重量)。由此得出天然树脂对合成树脂的重量比为0.375%。
在本发明的第二个实施例中灯头胶合剂的合成树脂组分别由8.5%(重量)的Bakelite公司标明K0791的酚树脂和0.65%(重量)的DOW Corning公司标号6-2230的有机硅树脂组成的。灯头胶合剂的天然树脂组分由2.69%(重量)的松香和0.81%(重量)的虫胶组成的。填料组分是由78.7%(重量)的Merkle公司标明JP/LM的方解石和8.6%(重量)的Bayerische Farben-und MineralWerke公司标明Nofacal Z的方解石形成的。结晶方解石的粒度在0.1μm和700μm之间。方解石的平均粒度大约为200μm。方解石的平均密度为2.7%/cm3。作为溶剂采用5.4%(重量)的乙醇。合成树脂组分总共为9.15%(重量)和天然树脂组分总共为3.5%(重量),这样总的树脂组分为12.65%(重量)。由此得出天然树脂对合成树脂重量比为0.383。
在本发明的第三个实施例中灯头胶合剂的合成树脂组分由9.90%(重量)的Bakelite公司标明K0791的酚树脂和0.62%(重量)DOWCorning公司标明6-2230的有机硅树脂组成的。这灯头胶合剂的天然树脂组分由0.97%(重量)的松香和0.39%(重量)的虫胶组成的。填料组分由总共83.37%(重量)的方解石形成的。结晶的方解石的粒度在0.1μm和700μm之间。平均粒度,亦即方解石粒度的D50值大约为200μm。方解石的平均密度为2.7g/cm3。作为溶剂采用1.01%(重量)的异-丁醇和3.74%(重量)的乙醇。这里合成树脂组分总共10.52%(重量)和天然树脂组分总共1.36%(重量),这样总的树脂组分为11.88%(重量)。由此得到天然树脂对合成树脂之重量比为0.129。
所有胶合剂组成保证在应用于带E27螺纹和卡口灯头的灯中灯头扭转强度大于10Nm。此外按本发明的灯头胶合剂软膏在制造后至少具有8周的存放能力。
本发明并不局限于上述的实施例。例如作为填料也可采用其它供货商具有同样质量特征的方解石。上述的灯头组成也可以不用溶剂制成粉末。溶剂然后在胶合剂软膏搅拌时,直接在按灯头之前掺合入。
Claims (8)
1.用于电灯的灯头胶合剂,它具有含酚树脂和有机硅树脂的合成树脂、天然树脂组分和含方解石的填料以及溶剂组分,其特征在于;
-在灯头胶合剂中合成树脂组分最多占11%重量,
-在灯头胶合剂中天然树脂组分最多占5%重量,
-填料单独由结晶形式的方解石组成的。
2.按权利要求1的灯头胶合剂,其特征在于,合成树脂单独由有机硅树脂和酚树脂组成。
3.按权利要求1的灯头胶合剂,其特征在于,天然树脂组分对合成树脂组分的重量比在0.1和0.5之间。
4.按权利要求3的灯头胶合剂,其特征在于,天然树脂对合成树脂组分的重量比在0.12和0.4之间。
5.按权利要求1的灯头胶合剂,其特征在于,填料组分的颗粒度在0.1μm至700μm。
6.按权利要求1的灯头胶合剂,其特征在于,填料组分的平均颗粒度为200μm。
7.按权利要求1的灯头胶合剂,其特征在于,填料组分的平均密度为2.7g/cm3。
8.按权利要求1的灯头胶合剂,其特征在于,溶剂是由乙醇和/或异-丁醇组成的。
